i think the reason the videos of Bethany using the product cut, was because she was stopping and starting the recording in real time. You can see her hands go in and out like she's pressing the record button, so i don't think she recorded everything in one go and then purposefully left it out, i just don't think she got it on video. Logically idk why she would film that way, but then again a lot of things she does, doesn't make sense lol

I’m not through the whole ep so maybe it gets addressed later. But I saw this when it came up in real-time. Apparently she was using it on a live and she dropped it, didn’t check it over and kept using it.

The face bleeds more because there are more blood vessels very close to the surface of the skin. And how she keeps wiping it is definitely making to bleed more. She should have put pressure left it alone until it clotted. But I do get some people (especially bethenny) panic easily lol. Should it break when you set it down or drop it? No. But you should check it before it goes on your face each time. It also doesn’t hurt because either the cuts are so shallow OR it’s a delayed pain reaction where it only hurts when inflammation sets in.

Hey girlies - I’ve got the answer on liability insurance! The company would have a Products Liability policy that includes bodily injury but it would likely get pushed to the Manufacturer’s liability policy. There is no way Nurse Jamie does their own manufacturing. And the claim would be so small, even for a celeb with high income, it would cost both sides more in attorney fees than settlement 🤷‍♀️

Licensed massage therapist here! Just had to chime in and say this is a very dangerous gimmick. It’s not worth risking the fragile veins in arteries in your face/neck to do the same thing a gua sha could do. Stay safe out there! -To clarify, I’m more concerned about the suction, even if it’s gentle, being used in such delicate areas. Of course when you add the risk of glass breaking, it’s just not worth it.

I don't know why I know this but borosilicate glass is used for kettles etc because it has good resistance to thermal shock (putting cold liquid in after hot liquid) but not great for impact (being dropped or knocked around). I'm not sure about the temperature use of the object, but if you're not switching from hot to cold with the face tool, they should probably make it out of a type of glass with better impact resistance.

I had this set of glass straws from Sephora (they were a point perk) and I like took one of of my matcha, it rolled off the table and absolutely SHATTERED on the kitchen floor…I got so freaked out for my cat that I didn’t clean well enough. I had a light bulb in my bedroom shatter when it was off and wasn't hot. It was the only one that's ever blown up, for whatever reason, in my life. Thankfully, I wasn't in my room yet and my birds were covered for bedtime and I was able to get every single piece off of my bed to be safe on it before sleeping. But it was very odd.
