Glad you enjoyed this one! Season 1 is a little uneven but Angel gets better as it goes.. also did you recognize Tina? You’re usually pretty good at spotting recognizable actors, she was Julie the babysitter in Wes craven’s new nightmare

Hehe you get a pass for this one, nobody’s perfect 😁😁🤣🤣

You gotta listen to the opening song more! It’s so good! More beautiful and timeless than Buffys

Fauxindigo

I hope so. If you look up Angel main theme (the sanctuary) by Darling Violetta you can hear the extended version- it’s so atmospheric and haunting; perfect for the series. Also it’s awesome to have Cordelia be the lead female as she deserves!

Russell wasn't in the sunlight it was his building, he just waited for her to come back. On that note, Buffyverse vampires cant be in sunlight but they can be out in the day so long as it's not DIRECT sunlight.

I just recently discovered that I went to school with the drummer for the group that plays the opening song, played in the university percussion ensemble with him.

Gotta be honest I fear I may prefer Angel 🤣

I hope you will enjoy Angel as much as Buffy. I think Angel as a whole has a bit more darker, grown up feeling to it, which makes sense, since Buffy was more of a growing of age show directed at teens (at least that is my feeling) and the ones watching were growing up with the show and so getting older as well... but that may just be me

Cordelia looks just stunning at this time, obsessed 😍

This show was my introduction to Christian Kane (Lindsay), who I ADORE now.

During this time most cameras used mirrors while technologies like camcorders don’t. That’s how Angel was able to be captured on cam. I’m not sure if you’re familiar with Christian Kane (the lawyer). He was on Leverage and his recent series Almost Paradise.

Ok, I took the plunge. I was so excited of course to see Cordelia, I'm glad she's her same adorable ditzy self and they didn't change that ..at least not yet. Good intro, yes I think I'm gonna like Angel way better in this show. I still wish Cordelia had stayed in buffy but it is what it is.
