Season 2 lets gooo! This show just goes up from here! As we begin to expand the Angel universe! I was so excited to see Gunn in the opening credits too! Plus introduced to the nightclub and the host 💚

Lime Pie

The show was filmed in LA (same with Buffy). You definitely don't know the host of Caritas from another role. This is one of the only roles that the actor (Andy Hallett) has had.

I thought you would love, the Host of Caritas. Yeah, I was happy to see Gunn added to the main cast. Season 2 is gonna be a wild ride and it only gets better, lol.

It's best you get in the habit of not reading the credits during the beginning of the episode. It can sometimes lead to spoilers. The Host (green demon) is such a great and fun character. Thank you for your reactions my friend.

Not a big spoiler but a spoiler still…

Bastion33

I believe it's his "only" role.

Bastion33

Please edit out his name. It's not learned til later.

Lime Pie

He actually had a part in Amber Benson’s ‘Chance’.

Claire Eyles

The Host is such a good character, and great introduction too. Before he played The Host, Andy Hallett was the personal assistant for Whedon's wife, Kai Cole. He was also singing at a local lounge club and that's what got him the role on Angel. Sadly after his time on Angel (however long that was, no spoilers) he became very ill with a blood infection (from an infected tooth) that damaged his heart, and wasn't able to continue pursuing an acting career. He died from heart failure in 2009 at the age of 33.

Good to see a reactor really enjoy this show! This is a great season opener.
