I'm sad this underperformed too. I was a little disappointed when I saw it switch from horror to action when the trailers came out but after seeing the movie I didn't even care, M3GAN as a character is entertaining enough to carry any genre. I am happy it at least didn't end on a cliffhanger, if this is the last we see of M3GAN, Gemma and Cady, I'm mostly satisfied.

This will definitely be one of those films that performs well over time. I personally really enjoyed it, the first one was not scary, this film is campy fun. It is ridiculous and knows it.

next movie: megan versus iris from Companion

While I do like this movie, I also think Blumhouse deserves every bit of criticism they got for it. M3gan put them all in a bunker and said I'm gonna play 60 Seconds! irl. 😅 Amelia looked like someone put a normal picture of Chloe Grace Moretz + sexy into ai and she was the result. (Robert Eggers is Steve Howey + sexy + goth) With Alanda watching Hill House, the actress playing Cady already looks like a baby now in that show! I also can't see M3gan and not think of Lisa Frankenstein lol.

It didn’t do well because they released it in the summer, it was originally supposed to come out in January, the genre change was good it reminded me of T2 when that movie came out

I loved this movie!!!! I was very surprised because it's not a horror film but it was so fun.

Oh and I loved how the min She met that ChristiAN guy you said "I don't trust that guy" like literally when she first met him. I felt like that when they were in the kitchen and kept telling my brother, it's him he's doing this 😂😂
