WillGlacier

nahhh the whole village is just paid actors the way they all showed up after dude did a reverse rain dance 😭

LaTesha

That man saw the future and watch all of dragon ball and dragon ball z and beyond 😂

Kevin Kovacs

"12:54" Sheera needs to leave... like she knows everything that is gonna happen in any show. lol

kai

eating a whole boar is just big extra back energy

Aspis

I begging u guys to watch Land of Bad on Netflix good movie

Lola

Wolrd trigger eventually, when a good spot opens 🙏

Lea Garrido

Pretty sure the Boar scene is a callback to Princess Mononoke and Nago (and if so, I think the stone was iron. Don’t wanna give too much away!) With that being said, I am once again asking yall to watch Princess Mononoke! I definitely think yall would enjoy it!

They'll have to commit themselves to it since it's a pretty long series but I've been wanting to check that out too!

Lola

It's really not that bad actually in term of length! It's actually shorter than MHA! Even less if you substrate the filler arc

King of New York

They just got Yuichi Nakamura playing every overpowered/strong character now lmao. Also that ox falling transition into the hot spring reminded me so much of the Chainsawman OP where the intense fight transitions into an egg cracking.

Bria A.

“It didn’t even go that far!” Well they did make it a point last episode to say Tokiyuki is very weak lmao

Bria A.

Not them animating the hell out of that one strand of Tokiyuki’s hair getting slicked down by the rain and coming loose over and over again for like ten seconds straight

Titankid

I'm pretty sure the rock that they broke was obsidian. It's insanely sharp, like glass

Dexter Deguzman

I've been reading this manga for a while and there wasn't much discussion and people talking about it outside of japan. Glad to see you guys liking this series!

Nick Vaughn

For me it’s between this and Wistoria in terms of my favorite anime this season. Amazing adaptations for both

Kevin

3 episodes in and it’s still gas! Elusive samurai you have me sold!

BornUnMotivated

Yall were saying in an earlier episode that you think the demon stuff is a metaphor but now I think it's literally a god vs demon kinda show where the traitors are actually possessed

radeb

Man this is one of the best seasons of anime in a while with multiple good shows, Roshi was triping when he said it was dry.

samuel yan

Princess Mononoke good movie if you ever have them time

The way that it splinters into sharp edges, it's extremely likely that this was obsidian. Some of the first weapons in human history (around 700'000 years ago) were created by splitting it.

Brah how many times have we heard that phrase this year and bleach hasn’t even dropped yet

Maybe his idea of quality is different than yours. everyones different

Marijayne

Just so yall know the ending song and animation is 🔥🔥. I would highly recommend giving it a watch at least once.

Marijayne

The creator, Yusei Matsui, is amazing at his depiction of demons and grotesque visions of evil people. His talent can be seen in its full glory in his other work Majin Tantei Nōgami Neuro or Supernatural Detective Neuro (which is my favorite manga of his, even more than Assassination Classroom). Hopefully with the popularity of Elusive Samurai and Assassination Classroom a big anime studio like Cloverworks may remake the anime for MTNN with a bigger budget one day and hopefully it will actually follow the manga storyline this time since the manga is completed now.

Juancina

The dodo thing, here in Mexico i would say almost all the kids in a public school would put dodoo in the bathrooms, i dont know why they do it but is a fact. 😭😭

Marc Williams

The dark mineral that they used appears to be obsidian.

Lea Garrido
>>144472963

you are correct it is obsidian (they omitted the explanation in the anime), my other thought still stands tho lol i definitely think that's supposed to be Nago!

Shinsui Kyo

Studio ghibhli evil boar cameo

MtF_Guess_Who

Ox demon made a fukin akira slide

Giyuu

lol looks like flint

Random Guy

The black stone/ore is called obsidian. It's the sharpest natural material on earth because of it's atomic structure. Apparently its 500x sharper than the sharpest steel blade.

Thulani Mason

Lol them kids was playing ding dong doo doo the doorbell
