Nope. Kuze is his last name (family name) and Masachika is his first name (given name). Confirmed when Masha asked him for his given name a few episodes ago and on the wiki and MAL.

i think masha said in one of the previous episodes that she will keep her feelings for kuze away for alya but if alya keeps denying her feelings she will seriously aim for him so right now shes semi neutral in aiming for him and not aiming for him.
