U ARE THE GOAT

kingBD

Definitely the best reactors out there! Much love to yall!

PJ Rivera

I know people are sad that this is the last season of arcane but what that really means is that this the last of piltover and zaun’s story. They already confirmed that they will now focus on other parts of runeterra(the planet this all takes place on). The 3 places are Noxus, Demacia, and Ionia those will be the next arcane spin-offs they will explore. Some minor world building spoilers so don’t read ahead if you want to be completely blind. Noxus is an industrial warlike roman empire style place where ambessa comes from, Ionia is full of half animal people and very much asian inspired hell they have sun wukong as a character there hope we see him, and demacia is a place full of knights with big bulky armor where magic is banned so they hunt mages. Just a ultra brief rundown of those places

bleach

ROSHI THE 🐐 Also I knew not to trust Maddie

원 지

and she is not dead !

JohnnySmoke

Rule number 1 of League; Never chase Singed

Eren J

Ekko is the goat of the series idc what anyone says. Bro saved everyone but lost everything.

Elle B.

Great reaction guys. Some of the most incredible animation I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait for more from this universe!

YaHuurdMe

I don’t know why but I just hate Vi and Caitlyn

BlueSmurf

I think Maddie was always a spy, at least to keep an eye on Caitlyn and the flying thing was jinx's hideout that she's always at, she just got it to fly.

Trent

This final episode is literally war. They kill off cool characters because it’s war. It sucks but it the reality of war.

Victor Jacobs

Jinx lived btw she escaped in the air ducts that is what Cait was looking at in the end of the episode and that was her on the blimp at the end. She walked away like Silco told her too.

James Long

Jinx isn't dead. Caitlyn was looking at the Hexgate blueprints for a reason.

Kingmakaii

FYI if you pause before the explosion with jinx you see the little pink streak that shows up when she uses her speed so she most likely still alive the map cait was looking at was where the explosion was and it was vent on the side that’s why they zoom in and she smile cuz she knows she’s mostly likely still alive as well as if you go back to season 1 episode 1 powder said she would ride one of them boat things so that was probably her on it

Tenroku

YESSIRRRRR. I do have a few problems with this season but overall this show is phenomenal

marginalia

The amount of details of this show is generational. One of my favourites being in this episode where Ekko got his weapons from the clock arms from the tower. & if you look at the clock right before they crashed into it, it was at 4:00 (4 being the amount of seconds ekko can rewind time). Unreal journey. There are a lot of details, but I think Roshi got a bit skeptical of the ducts. Jinx has to be alive, she is ending the cycle by choosing to walk away. She finally takes the airship she had wished to ride in episode 1 (it's literally very similar airship scene)!

Art of Trolling

Jinx looking Ekko in the eye and blowing herself up repeatedly was mad funny me Lmao!!

xest

It’s heavily implied that Jinx is alive. Caitlyn looking at the air ducts + the blimp at the end are massive clues. Jinx in S1E1 looks at that EXACT same blimp and says “I’m gonna ride that one day.” For Jinx, breaking the cycle was just leaving and “creating something new” like what Ekko said. The end title was also written in Jinx style letters as well. In “The” the “E” was written as a “3” so maybe we will see her in the third new Runterra show which I think will be in Demacia.

Gilthwixt

So there's some hints about what actually happened to Jinx. You never see her body, there's a flash of her pink shimmer streak speeding away from the explosion, and Caitlyn was staring at the blueprints for the tower looking at the remains of the grenade and noticing there were was an air duct that serves as an escape route. The biggest clue is that the series started and ended on a shot of the same airship that Powder said she would ride one day. Silco told her the cycle ends when she walks away, and it didn't HAVE to be suicide...the part I like most is that Caitlyn looks like she suspects Jinx got away, but she smirks as if she's walking away from the cycle too. It's live and let live for them. The only question is what happened with Ekko that night. He only burns one paper in mourning; there's a chance that's actually for Heimerdinger, and Jinx came to him before leaving on the airship. A lot of people are coping that they left together, but Ekko would never abandon Zaun after seeing what could have been, so my belief is she left without him. Incredibly tragic, but beautiful.

AllanJ

Arcane is a Masterpiece. If you take into consideration the nuanced writing in this last Act in regards to Jinx and her interactions with Ekko, Silco, and Vi, along with all the intentional scenes revolving around Jinx's fate, as well as the final shot of the show being a callback to Season 1 Episode 1 where Powder says, "One day, I'm going to ride in one of those things." It's clear as day, she lives. Jinx will return.

Darius Wells
>>156431430

there are, with one of the them having been in production for over a year. They are going to focus on Demacia, Ionia, and Noxus next.

Danny C

Roshi is crazy for dropping all 3 in 1 night 🙏🏼

marginalia

Also you wild for "you sent her to fk me?!!?!?!" Roshi

Tellyg47

Keep the float going is killing me LUPA 😂

xest
>>156431763

Homophobic much? I understand not liking Caitlyn but Vi too is just crazy lmfao

Tellyg47

Lupa still hates season 1 Jinx but cried for season 2 Jinx/Powder. It’s a crazy thing what redemption can do

Gilthwixt

Thanks for watching this with us btw. Idk how likely you are to take this suggestion, but it'd be dope if you guys did a bonus react to the official League Cinematics to get you hyped up for the other characters/regions in the world that will be covered in future shows. There's a ton of great stories beyond the city in Arcane. There's a lot of cinematics and a good amount of them are skippable, so if it makes it more appealing, you could do a curated list of all the best/important ones to cut it down to something manageable. LMK and I can make a playlist.

MozemanGaming

Thank you for the triple upload!!!! Couldn't wait to see reaction to your viktor theory being right

Gilthwixt
>>156432254

See I've been a Jinx stan from day one but I think this ending is so perfect that making her a character in the next show would kind of ruin it. At most, give her a cameo in the background. Or have Lux joke about finding a new bestie with blue hair, something fun and goofy that's just a wink to the audience.

GigaDirt

I know no one cares. But here are my top 5 characters for the show. 5.Singed 4.Vander 3.Ekko 2.Ambessa 1.Victor Honorable mentions: Sevika, Loris (Aka I'm not Vander or Vander 2),Silco, Glass Jaw, Jinx and Powder, Vi

Ron H

sooo Jinx is not dead, based on that ending it’s pretty clear she escaped in the blast

Quincy wincy

so jinx might not be dead. there's a split second pink bolt before the grenade goes off at the end. the air ducts hint that she super dashed out of there into a vent, and the blimp at the end represents when powder said in episode one that she's gonna ride one of those one day. So jinx is basically 80% confirmed alive.

Godrick

Kinda crazy Singed's daughter is actually Orianna

melloburner

dont know if y'all caught, but it's implied that jinx survived. caitlyn was looking at the grenade and the air ducts and smiled (implying that jinx could've escaped), and also the final shot of the airship is a callback to the VERY first episode where powder says "one day, im gonna ride one of those things" in almost a 1 for 1 shot. maybe we'll see her in the next spin-off, maybe it'll be left open ended

Gilthwixt
>>156431836

There's lore in the games that Noxus has an official cadre of spies called the War Masons that they send to infiltrate target countries in advance. If you really think about it, Maddie was in Cait's ear from the beginning - she was the first to do the Noxian salute and thump her chest when Cait was unsure of declaring martial law.

Godrick

So theres a lot of things in here that indicate we'll be seeing these characters again, but its gonna be after a naaasty time skip

Gilthwixt
>>156430051

This is like my 4th time watching it and yeah, first time seeing that too.

gr2ves

ekko single handedly put on lebron numbers and got nothing for it ):

WorldWideLove2000

If you watch carefully, you'll see that Maddie was the one who took the bomb out of the bag and handed it off to the other enforcer. She most likely was the one who put the nail in the gears to sabotage it. It's really sad when you think about the fact that Steb (who people call fish guy lol) risked it all to save her in season one just for her to betray everyone.

HuntressZoldyck

Lupa crying for Jinx was really full circle 😂

Ron H
>>156432653

“if you want to take a leap forward, you may have to leave a few things behind” silco did also tell her to walk away

xest
>>156432254

I kinda agree with you as well. I think I’m fine with not seeing any Arcane characters aside from small cameos in the future shows. Although I love everyone very much I’m excited to see the new characters and lore. If Jinx were to show up in the new shows, I think maybe being a side character in one episode would be interesting or see a brief interaction between her and Lux for example 😂

Big Daddy Dre
>>156432776

We not seeing these characters again this the end of their story there’s 3 spinoffs coming that take place in different areas and ones been in production for 1 year now

Godrick

SO they absolutley retconned the Mage from S1 E2, and im glad they did. Originally its very obvious they intended the mage to be Ryze, and maybe set up some kind show involving his mission to find the rune stones scattered across the world. They probably wanted to make it a tie into whatever show they plan to make next, but im glad they made this story entirely self contained and freed themselves up to do whatever story they want to do next

Gilthwixt
>>156432197

It took me multiple watches with different reacts, but the coolest fucking detail is that this is the ONLY timeline where Jayce succeeded because Viktor specifically gave him the "acceleration rune" that lead to Ekko building the time machine. The one rune that copies itself and flies all around them at the climax of this episode is the one Ekko circles on the chalkboard in Episode 7. You can see that in other timelines, Jayce was given a different rune, and Ekko never showed up to break him free of Viktor's control.

Gevere
>>156432820

Hot take maybe, taking Maddie completely out of the season would barely make a difference

Oppiee
>>156432776

We aint seeing none of these characters again, well at least not in any show. They said that Arcane is done but they are working on three other projects that have zero relation to Arcane.

BlueSmurf
>>156431836

Makes sense. I figured she was a spy when ambessa said she filled the hole that vi left.

Godrick

ISTG the only thing this girl learned from Silco is how to sit like a gangsta

Ira samples

I love how when ekko was under the rubble vi and jinx just completely ignored him and didn’t give a fuck about whether he needed help or even ALIVE.

Vall

Heimerdinger’s species are spirits in physical form they can’t die. Jinx is most likely alive there is a frame with a shimmer line and she talked about riding an airship in season 1 and the series ends on an airship

Awakened

“Won’t get anything like this for a long time” I wouldn’t be so sure about that one Roshi. It may not be a video game adaptation, but as far as peak quality entertainment media is concerned, look out for JoJos Steel Ball Run no later than 2027. That’s gonna sweep the world off it’s feet.

Emko

Y'all are absolute legends for the triple drop! Others have said it, but I'd heard that the director at one point said, "More shows, no interconnected stories, no League Cinematic Universe". But then recently said we'd have chances in the future to maybe see some of the faces we met in Arcane. So maybe no Avengers Assemble moment, but I'm so looking forward to what is to come, especially if I can guess what story arc is coming up next.

WorldWideLove2000
>>156432776

The characters can still show up, but in someone else's story where they are not the main focus, but still have an impact. It's a huge universe, where many stories intertwine and cross over each other.

WorldWideLove2000
>>156432776

I mean, the other shows can't all have zero relation to Arcane, considering everything is happening within the same universe and many characters cross over into each other's stories. Arcane has already referenced and tied in many things happening elsewhere, and I'm sure the other shows will do the same. We still have other major characters directly tied to Piltover and Zaun who haven't been shown yet.

Tay

You’ll probably see all the theories and stuff later but Jinx is definitely alive To the shimmer streak before the bombs explodes, Cait looking at the ventilation system, Powder saying she wants to ride one of the balloons (same one at the end), Silco telling her to walk away, and “The End” being in Jinx’s signature If Roshi and the gang end up picking up on all the clues and tweet about it or something someone lmk.

Guns

I like how Viktor can just effortlessly cast his magic, but since it was canon, he had to dramatically dance and show off all the runes manually to kid Jayce so he makes sure to copy them in the future 😂

dupplo
>>156431763

tbf Vi didn't do anything noteworthy this season (by herself), all her actions had something to do with someone else. Unlike Season 1 where she took initiative herself.

Karma

i love how singed is the only one who got what they wanted. everyone else is fractured and scarred. everyone else had goals but let emotions and obstacles block their way but singed was focused and driven for one goal only. everything was irrelevant. and it paid off in the end.

WorldWideLove2000
>>156432736

Yeah if you remember in a previous episode, Caitlin mentioned to Singed that she found out his real name was Reveck. In that moment I was like "Oh shit so his daughter is Orianna??" I was flabbergasted and excited for that 😂

Asife

Christian linke, the Co Creator said that ekko and jinx's story is worth a continuation. And by the way jinx is not dead, if you look closely before the explosion theres a quick line of shimmer indicating Jinx escaped through the air ducts.

Bria A.

Some fun details and freeze-frame bonuses: • Isha’s helmet details are on Jinx’s balloon, but her bunny ears are both on the balloon and in AU!Powder’s lab. • There’s a black and white frame when Maddie pulls the trigger on Cait that shows her with an evil slasher grin, probably a representation of Mel’s empath abilities. She meant that shit. (There’s a second frame with her getting laser targeted in the forehead lmao) • Mel changes her undereye makeup to Ambessa’s at the end. And maybe the most important: • If you look carefully, there’s a Shimmer speed trail zipping off into the air ducts when Jinx sets off the bomb. And the first episode of the show has Powder saying she’s going to ride an airship someday. :) (The Jinx graffiti-style end card is probably also a hint, because otherwise it seems kinda tonally out of place lol)

Tay

I also think it was a 10/10 show. 10/10 animation, 10/10 characters (feel like humans with action flaws and everyone has their own agenda), 10/10 fight scenes, 10/10 soundtrack, etc I know people complain about the pacing of s2 but I feel like people were gonna complain about it regardless, I mean it’s a series with only two seasons. They spent all of ep 7 and 8 telling a story so I didn’t mind 9 being action packed.

WorldWideLove2000
>>156433444

Viktor was like: "Watch closely kid, cause I'm not gonna do this dramatic ceremony shit just for you to forget how to do it when I need you most" But seriously, it looked super epic 😂

Bria A.

I barely know anything about LoL but I’m mad Singed’s annoying ass gets to be happy and consequence-free because he’s the catalyst for like a dozen different people’s backstories 😤 Apparently his daughter (or at least the daughter of the other person they merged his show character / identity with) is one of the League champions.

PetersThimble

Singed annoying ass getting a happy ending took me out 🙄 but I’m happy it’s implied Jinx isn’t dead, they’re just apart

Jathen M Nakamura

Singed's daughter is named Orianna and she's a mage in the game.

King Kong
>>156432276

But I feel like that would just ruin the whole "She sacrificed herself for Vi" Shtick you know what I'm saying?

Johnathon

Overall enjoyable, but I think this season would have benefited from being two seasons. Ending season 2 with Isha's sacrifice (would have been a great parallel to season 1 ending)

kingBD

Ekko and Mel for MVP of season 2

Thev2g

I think the difference in this world was Ekko took the "acceleration" rune that Viktor gave young Jayce and that's what he used to make his Z-Drive time travel thing which wasn't possible in any other reality with the other runes that that jayce would've received. That's why Viktor's never seen it

R Blass

W show!! W reactors!! W Jinx and Ekko

Chelly
>>156434822

I’m a bit confused about how that would parallel the season 1 ending but it’s true that they definitely would have benefited from more time focusing on certain things. Still, I’m satisfied with how things turned out.

Tuny kun

Pacing issues for sure but I fuck with it since the visuals more than made up for it. I'm looking forward to the (already confirmed by showrunners) spin-offs that are coming in the next century or whenever.

Jamaal Ellison

Viktor turned into a Square Enix villain they're in kingdom Hearts.

Thank you for the beautiful reactions. It was a great final 3 episodes

zILovePelmeni _

ekko, who lost everything, saves the world and still ends up being alone smh. I really hope we get a like an OVA for him since Co-Creator of Arcane, Christian Linke, said that they eventually will continue the story of arcane characters. I think he means Mel specifically but i really hope we get some ekko stuff in the future

Vanilla
>>156433175

Jojos is my favorite anime and part 7 is my favorite part but if u think part 7 will be treated as good as arcane ur crazy, especially after how poorly they treated part 6.

Gilthwixt
>>156432276

Kinda, but the way I see it, it's actually more beautiful if she faked her death and left. There's two important lines she said to Vi that makes me think this: "You're never gonna give up on me, are you?" and "I'm always with you, even when we're worlds apart". Jinx probably feels like she'd be getting in the way of Vi living a happy life if she had stayed. When the dust settles and it's time to rebuild, Jinx will still be a symbol of rebellion in Zaun's eyes and a homicidal terrorist to Piltover. Even if Cait were willing to forgive her, what will everyone else think? Her very existence is a seed for division between the two cities as they try to heal. Vi could still be torn between protecting her sister and her new life as an enforcer with Caitlyn. And the fact that Jinx chooses to leave it and everyone all behind and start fresh rather than still being suicidal is both better character growth and tragically bittersweet. Both Jinx and Cait deciding to walk away from the cycle is its own poignant ending that is several layers deeper than if she had really just offed herself to blow up Warwick IMO.

Vanilla
>>156432638

Imo Vi is the only character in the series with 0 development so seeing her in top 5 is wild

Johnathon
>>156434822

Season 1 ended with Jinx causing an explosion and loss for others. Season 2 would have ended with an explosion that caused Jinx loss.

vinceeditsss

That 3 eyed crow is from the noxian ruler so we could still have a continue for a new show and it was confirmed that there will be 3 more shows ik one is based in noxus

Vanilla

I know no one cares. But here are my top 5 characters for the show. 5.Ambessa 4.Victor 3.Silco 2.Ekko 1.Jinx

Kenammi

As long as it's not confirmed death, they ain't dead. Cait was looking at the airlock where jinx kaboomed, that's why she's holding the bomb that was used. With her high intellect and investigating things, she didn't find anything other than the monkey. So yeah, jinx is high chance alive and the one who's at that air blimp at the end(referencing S1 ep 1 when powder promised she's gonna ride one someday)

Danny C

“YEAH??? You got what you wanted??” I’m crying dude 😂 Epic reactions

Chelly
>>156434822

Yeah I guess, I think it much closer parallels episode 3 of season 1 tho

Kenammi

Haven’t even finished watching yet but Roshi’s “you send her to fuck Meeee???” Is one of the funniest reactions I’ve seen from him ever.

Danny C
>>156434822

Was talking to my friend about this. I don’t think this could have been stretched out into another season, but rather an extra episode in each act,. Or at least 4 episodes for act 3

Curtis Freeman

I don’t know if anyone peeped but that battle blimp Jinx flew in on his her secret hideout

GigaDirt
>>156432638

Awakened
>>156433175

SBR is both one of the highest rated and respected manga of all time and although we don’t exactly know what for it’s recently been leaked that they asked china for help or some type of involvement with it, even if only through streaming so they’ll have a ton of resources. Part 6 was one of their least favorite parts and while Part 7 might not be there most favorite like part 5, at the very least it’ll be a respectably good adaptation and that’s all it’ll take & need to blow up, even if it’s not at this level in terms of quality production, the contents itself will more than make up for it, as it’s already better than than any mere video game series like League of Legends. Only GΩW has a story near or on that level.

GigaDirt

Singed caused all the problems and got everything he wanted, I love Singed man

Arkan Matlub

People coping with the same repeated three points. "Jinx escaped. Caitlyn saw the air ducts and smiled. Jinx said she wanted to ride the air blimp in ep 1 and it ends on that". Right sure but why are we acting like that's confirmed. It's a theory with BARELY plausible evidence

Isaac

Someone in the last episode pointed this out that there was a shot of Singed extracting Victor's fluids. I was wondering how Orianna can function without Viktor being alive to facilitate the magics that give those automaton dolls the ability to work. Clearly Singed did a lot of work with that Apex Shimmer Blood + Arcane Blood to make it so she doesn't need Viktor to be alive and ... well he did it. He did horrible experiments, unethical practices, had a hand in mass drug addiction, turned Vander into a fucking monster and insighted near genocide and got what he wanted. Honestly, kudos to him. Some fucked up people do get their Ws for seeing things through. He won by proxy ... that's a league joke by the way.

Arkan Matlub
>>156432508

There's plenty of playlists out there that they can pick and choose. Maybe write in their discord server, they might at least dedicate a stream for it hopefully.

Vanilla
>>156433175

The gow sneak was crazy when arcane's story alone clears it not even adding the rest of the lore of league of legends, and other games like mass effect, kotor, FF7,6,9 ect clear gow by miles in terms of storytelling.

Jorge Viera

It was the acceleration rune the one that helped ekko make his time maching thingy the same rune that he gave kid jayce, thats why ekko said it was thanks to jayce acceleration rune theories or whatever that i could make this.

Jorge Viera
>>156436493

Also yordles dont die idk exactly how it workss but i think they go back to where they come from pr some shit

Awakened
>>156433175

That was no sneak. It’s just the truth that you apparently can’t handle and that you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about, even if it’s just in your opinion, if you’ve actually played or at least looked up the full backstory of the entire GΩW video game series that has ridiculous depth. None of those games you mentioned are anything compared to SBR and that’s what I was really comparing it to.

zILovePelmeni _

jinx isnt dead thats literally her leaving in the zeppelin, also you can see jinx leaving into the air ducts just before the explosion if you slow the scene down (shimmer streak showing her speed) dead silco said only way to break the cycle is to walk away and in s1 powders first words were im gonna ride on of those things one day (ooking at a zeppelin)

WorldWideLove2000

Regardless of the consequences, in every timeline, in every universe, Viktor always saved kid Jayce, and Jayce always saved Viktor. The only way to break the cycle was for both of them to walk away...

Paden Snell
>>156433182

Honestly I'm really glad. Make discrete stories and wrap them up. If they keep bringing back the old characters into the fold in the new series it'd get cheesy real quick. A cameo here or there is fine. Definitely seems like there are a few setups left floating; singeds daughter, and that crow pecking for the hex core.

Isaac
>>156435921

Holy shit i actually didn't realize that. Frigging makes sense. Good catch.

MGC

there's a theory jinx didn't die cuz you can see a pink streak leaving the explosion just before it happens, and cait was looking at the blueprints for that chamber they blew up in, and noticed the ducts halfway down it, probably trying to see if there's any way jinx could've escaped. Its probably copium but it might not be

Juan

SINGED GOT AWAY WITH EVERYTHING. MOVE NEFARIOUSLY ENOUGH AND ALL YOUR GOALS WILL COME TRUE!!!

MGC
>>156436087

well there is a pink streak leaving the site of the blast before it explodes, top right. could've been jinx goin sanic speed with that shimmer she got in her

Gilthwixt
>>156432508

Most of the existing playlists I've seen include stuff that isn't necessary, like Skin trailers; as cool as they are, they have nothing to do with the normal lore that will make up future shows. They're also often missing stuff from secondary and tertiary sources that are actually useful, like stuff from Wildrift, LoR or Riot Forge. And you could make it even better by playing them in an order that will introduces characters/regions one at a time. But most importantly, I doubt they wanna watch a playlist that's like 10 hours long 💀

kways
>>156436087

there’s just as much evidence for jinx being alive as there is for her being dead - really more so for her being alive bc i can’t imagine them giving jinx an off screen death. also there was the shimmer flash before the explosion plus the “the end” in jinx’s writing. plus what’s the point in having any of those hints if she isn’t alive? particularly cait looking at the vents?

Paden Snell
>>156435454

Mel and ekko are the only characters I'd really want to see explored more. They both feel like they could have more story to tell. The rest I'm pretty happy with how they wrapped up or are dead.

Obinna Uzodike

dont worry jinx is still alive, she was on the blip at the end. The biggest hint is that in the first episode she said shes going to ride it one day, and in the explosion u can see the shimmer trail showing she escaped from the blast into the airducts caitlyn was looking at. Shes going to Ionia most likely so we will see an older version of her in the future

kways

at this point it’s basically confirmed jinx is alive but i still really hate this ending for her and hope her character gets an actual resolution in the spin off(s). and thank y’all so much for cranking out these reactions with everything going on, definitely keeping your family in my thoughts.

Isaac
>>156434492

Yeah, Orianna. She's a champion in the game who needs a visual update real bad because her model is butt ass ugly and old. Her lore is that she was a kind girl who would help people in Zaun but the toxic fumes gave her issues so over time in her life she'd have parts of her body and organs replaced with prosthetics and it got to a point where she o ly had her heart, but then she gave her heart to her father making her a full machine girl. Her old old lore she was just a murder bot which is why her voice lines ingame are creepy.

Paden Snell
>>156435031

Ya pacing was a Lil rushed felt like there coulda been 1-2 more episodes to let a few things brew a little longer, like victor embracing the arcane crashing out, and then going full villain.., and jinx being forgiven by Cait and vi seems like it could had more development.

zILovePelmeni _
>>156437500

why is everyone calling it spinoffs ? its not like arcane is the main story of leauge its just one of many

Ezra

Fun fact, for a split second when Maddie shot Cait, it showed her smiling in the impact frame like some devil. Kinda interesting

kways
>>156437500

bc the creators/producers are calling them spin offs. the arcane series is complete and whatever comes next is being considered a spin off.

V STAN

I'm glad we're getting three spin offs

Paden Snell
>>156433801

I love jinx she was a great character to watch. I hope this is the end of her story. They wrapped it up beautifully with her flying off in the airship and I hope they leave it at that.

Obinna Uzodike

heimerdinger is alive. hes is what is called a yordle, which is an immortal magical creature. anytime a yordle dies dey respawn in bandle city which is the home of the yordles. hes alright

Casually PS

THAT BLONDE BITCH DESERVED THAT🗣️🔥🔥

Obinna Uzodike

ekko gave up his future in the alt timeline to save his childhood crush an bf just to save everyone else and lose her in the end. The tragedy of the boy saviour .......damn

Pan Cakes

And that is how Warwick is born, vander being completly gone and only the beast left. W singed, he got what he wanted in the end. he only had one goal in his mind and didn't involve himself in any fuckery that was not necessary for it.

Engel

Jinx was able to walk away to break the cycle, she knew Vi and Ekko would never let her go. We will see her down the road again even if she's not a main character

kways
>>156432776

why wouldn’t we see any of these characters again? plenty of these characters have crossovers into other worlds in LoL and didn’t have their stories resolved in arcane

Akil Spalding

So singed's daughter that you saw at the end is a character named orianna in leauge. There are other characters that appear in piltover and zaun. A few you havent seen yet are: Camile, Renata Glasc, Blitzcrank, Dr.Mundo, Seraphine, Urgot, and Twitch. (Oh and as a last side note that three eyed raven you saw is a creature called a darkin. They can kill gods to sum up their species and they inhabit people, creatures, and objects as hosts. The one you saw is helping a man named Swain, who is also a champion, in Noxus who currently runs the place so we might visit that place next)

HypeRec

For non league players heimerdinger isn't dead he's a yordle basically a spirit they just respawn in their home dimension bandle city and then there's the clues about jinx surviving not confirmed though so there's that

Tancho22

No idea if powder is dead or not however I don’t think the show needed a sacrifice at all. At first it looked like VI gonna die but than powder came as a redemption sacrifice, which kinda was not necessary. That’s why her “death” was not so emotional. It was sad but felt unreal.

kways
>>156432276

i don’t get why jinx needed to sacrifice herself for vi to begin with. and there’s too many hints at her being alive to ignore which personally i don’t think is a great ending either, but neither is dying for vi. i’m holding out hope her storyline is flushed out and/or resolved in the spin off(s)

Frazão

There's a lot of evidence to jinx being alive, like before the explosion you see her shimmer trail jumping away, Cait is searching for her looking at the vents, the blimp in the last shot is exactly the one that powder says she's going to fly oneday, and Silco tells her that the only way for the cycle to end is for her to walk away

wren

so glad that roshi noticed the isha details on jinx’s balloon. i truly think she came back bc of isha (ekko too ofc, but i think isha’s sacrifice is what made jinx understand ekko in that moment)

kways
>>156437500

the showrunner has confirmed the spinoffs are in development lol

ReV3rb RRD

Based on the game lore, Heimerdinger isn't dead. Yordles cannot die as long as their soul remains intact. Upon fatal injuries, they simply spawn back in the tree at Bandle City, where they come from. Its just a matter of which reality he respawned back in, the alt one or the current one.

Paden Snell
>>156436087

It's very obviously implying jinx is alive, why else would they even bother putting the scenes with Cait looking at the grenade and air duct schematics, and who else would be on the airship that is literally shot in the exact same way as when powder was introduced saying she would some day ride one. They wouldn't end the show on those shots if they didn't mean something.

Sheraya san

Where’s that fuck nigga that was in the comments 3 episodes ago that was yelling about how Jinx was going to end up a terrorist cuz the creator said this was a canon origin story for the games on his twitter & we needed to do our research? And then proceeded to call us names cuz we said we didn’t believe that was the case? I wanna hear wtf he gotta say. Point him out yall! Anyways she’s the most tragic and complex character in this show point blank like has BEEN said.

Dexter

Smokin the maddie pack

Garlic

If I was victor instead of just going the Jayce route an infinite number of times I would've just went and killed Vi cuz look how that turned out.

Engel

Minor detail but Maddie was holding the bomb a little before they set out to place it, she sabotaged it.

Isaac
>>156437157

Proxy farming Singed gets away with all that bullshit

Grimm

The fact they put Orianna (as Singed daughter) and Swain (one of his crows at the end) as easter eggs made me hype. Those 2 were my mains when playing mid lane a long time ago in League. You thought Ambessa was running the show in Noxus. Nah My man Swain is the big dawg.

Norman kay10

this was sooo beautifully epic ITS A GREAT SHOW am getting all the sound tracks

Sami Mottaghian
>>156432776

The only character we are likely to see in the near future is Mel, assuming the next show will be about noxus

Step Joe

The nail in that bomb wasnt random at all. Maddie had it before handing it off so she sabotaged it.

Shabammo

Jayce and Viktor are gonna mess me up forever. I loved Viktor the moment I first met his character, so his journey meant the most to me. And his connection with Jayce is INSANE, ship it or don't lol. "Only you-" bro that's crazy.

nicholazsyx

vander really triple died. Quadruple if you count Not’Vander

Josh Velazquez

So the three eyed crow is the physical appearance of the demon of secrets Raum. And depending on when Arcane takes place could imply that a certain someone named JERICHO SWAIN (who is a whole problem/ the leader of Noxus) had been keeping an eye on this whooooole thing.

Bazil
>>156433152

Pretty sure they had more important things to do like fighting for their lives

Hori Zon

I will watch whatever this studio does from now

Shin splits

I don’t believe jinx is dead. Because that whole scene kinda felt out of place. This series rarely ever has had moments that has no meaning behind it. Caitlyn looking at the air vents where jinx was falling, a pink streak right before the explosion went off, in episode when a blimp passes powder literally says she’s gonna ride it one day, then the end credits is pretty much a one to one shot of that scene. Also like I mentioned before her whole sacrifice really felt unnecessary. They worked on this show to hard just to throw in those Easter eggs

Shin splits
>>156440726

There’s obviously also a chance that they left those Easter eggs in so in the future if they ever change their mind about Jinx’s death they can always bring her back

jayyyyyk

Roshi y’all should react to every league of legends cinematic trailer bro it’s just like the show every bit of amazing and will do amazing for views wise on the channel from what I have seen from others 🔥🔥

Hector

Ayoooo, is that Powder/Jinx from the Alternate Dimension when they were putting the little papers in the basket?? Showed the same hair and color pattern

LelouchLamerouge .

Ekko my man, really became the "Boy Who Shatter Time".

YYZHawk

Ekko deliberately chose to leave his childhood sweetheart and come back from his ideal universe to save his people; selflessness of the highest order. The only absolute and undisputable conclusion you can draw from this finale is the following: EKKO IS THE FUCKING GOAT

jordansamuel

I only had it a handful of times that I felt sort of empty and sad that a show ended. Wondering if I’m gonna see something this good again… Well Arcane is definitely one of those now. Fucking peak on peak with every episode.

PyroPhoenix

A few theories to tickle the brain: 1) I don’t think Jinx died. Right before the explosion, u see a bright purple flash of light dash away from the explosion area. I think when Jinx said “Always with you, even when we’re world apart” she meant it quite literally. Jinx probably planned to help and then leave Pilltover or go into hiding to still end the cycle and let Vi live in peace with Cait. Jinx may go into hiding like Silco or she may more likely go to another nation. Even Caitlyn was looking into the explosion. She was holding Jinx’s monkey head and looking at the hexgate structure to see if maybe she got away through one of the air ducts. I think Caitlyn found out that Jinx got away from the explosion and is out there somewhere. Who knows if she will tell Vi though 🤷‍♂️ 2) This kinda goes with #1 but a friend of mine thinks that Jinx is riding the blimp at the end because in episode 1 Powder said “One day I’m going to ride on one of those things.” So ey she may be going to the next nation we will be introduced to and she may be our traveling psycho and quirky protagonist. 3) Viktor from this timeline actually WAS NOT going to become like the doomed timelines. In the convo Viktor and Singed had, Viktor spoke about fate and if Singed believe in it(probably because Viktor had an idea of what his fate is and didn’t want to accept that fate). Singed said he doesn’t believe in fate because he believes in evolution, that evolution is what guides us or wtv. Viktor then says that evolution has an end though, it is what Viktor considers “the glorious evolution.” Which as we see, the glorious evolution does stop all sorts of senselessness but Viktor is lonely). Anyway back to the Viktor and Singed convo, Viktor then ends the convo by saying that he does not want to continue into such an evolution by merging with warwick. Viktor actually still cared about the humanity in people. All those people in his village WERE NOT lifeless beings. They were all people who still had their humanity but without the setbacks like pain, suffering, feeling hot or cold, or any sort of body pains. They were all doing what they wanted(they had blacksmiths, fruit vendors, cooks, people playing out in the street). Viktor was healing and evolving everyone while keeping their humanity in there. Jayce however caused a paradox where he is the one that causes his Viktor to turn into every other Viktor from the other timelines. Viktor from the other timelines is like the Viktor from the actual LoL lore, he wanted to turn everyone into the perfect lifeless robot machine beings. Our Viktor was different. We even see his humanity go away during the transformation. Skye was his final piece of humanity keeping him in check but because of Jayce, Viktor decided to be like “you know what? Ye u right, fuck humanity and their free will, lemme just take that shit away from them.” 4) Heimerdinger isn’t dead. What if Heimerdinger actually got transported back with Ekko to their timeline? Just that Heimerdinger ended up in an entirely different nation. Maybe Heimerdinger will meet up with Jinx in whatever nation she goes to. Maybe she meets up with Jayce in Viktor in wherever they teleported to. 5) Jayce and Viktor are not actually dead. That sound at the end was the same sound as when the hexgates were teleporting ships off. It is also the same sound when Viktor teleported Jayce and his mom to safety. Once again, its the sound we hear when evil Viktor teleports Jayce back to Jayce’s actual timeline. Maybe they teleported off somewhere together. 6) Theory for the LoL nerds. What if that guy playing the piano is who becomes Jhin? 🤔 we saw him getting combat training and was given a sniper. He did survive the battle too soooo. What if he is on the blimp along with Jinx and the blimp is heading toward ionia? Where we all thought Jhin was originally from. Maybe when we see him play the piano, it’s like looking back at old memories of when he would play the piano in Pilltover? 🤔🤔 so that means Jhin may actually originally be from Pilltover but went to spend so much time in ionia that in his lore that is where we think he is from 🤔 That is all. Hope they make you think a bit 😁

Godrick
>>156432776

the creator kinda already unofically confirmed we're going to noxus, where mel is already heading. Arcane is done, but the characters arent. They set up Heimerdinger, Jinx, and Orianna to return

Kisuke01

I want my favorite character back. Also they used that 250 Mil budget

PyroPhoenix

Magic DID exist in the alternate timeline lol Magic always exists in all the timelines because it is something some people in Runeterra are naturally born with. Arcane is just another term for what is providing the magic or magic itself. Also it wasnt hextech that was the issue. It was the fact that; 1) They were trying to make a hextech rune that continuously would evolve to do multiple things. 2) The hexgate was combined with the bit of blood that Viktor coughed up back in season 1. That bit of blood was before Viktor had Shimmer which means that it made the hexgate power source become sentient. Hextech technology that were built for one single purpose like either shoot a laser, teleport, create infinite energy, strengthen something, create a time loop. All those things are fine and not dangerous unless they fall to the wrong hands. Those can’t go wrong because their only tasked to do one singular thing and arent combined with any sort of blood or life.

Isaac

Ya know i keep thinking all this "jinx is alive" stuff is nonsense but stewing on it, I can see some merit in the idea she survived. This is one of those "left to viewers interpretation" bits where everyone is allowed to take it as is and theres no wrong answer because this is over. Jinx loves drama and she knows damn well she can't be in piltover and zaun with the shit she's pulled so seeing her chance she made a spectacular exit thinking it better everyone thinks she's dead and went off to see the world. I can see that now.

slavicandsapphic

Went from Lupa hating on Jinx every episode to him screaming “NO” when Jinx pulled the pin. Oooooooo im loving lupa jinx arc LMAO

Vi literally ran past ekko to get to jinx. Vander wasn’t like immediately on them the moment they woke up. She could’ve stopped rq, lift the rubble of ekko, then continue to jinx. Ironically though, it’s a good thing they forgot about him because he would’ve never got his new weapon and, he would’ve never been void of getting strung up so that he could proceed to save the world.

Panda
>>156441546

If you want to tech it out, the writers teased that shes alive. They confirmed heimer. (when asked she was the only character they said "figure it out" to. Implying we CAN figure it out. Bit of a reach, but with the context of the interview were p sure. TBH im not convinced a single person actually died minus ambessa and the vander part of ww if they want to reuse him(not a single person in the show died mid anomaly so i doubt jayce and viktor did). I'm more convinced they needed to put a pause on these characters so you can narritively understand why no large plot shit is happening in piltover while we are else where.

Raymar Walton

If you look back on the final scene with Jinx and Vander. When the explosion happens you can see Jinx's Shimmer flash in the direction of the air ducts Cati was looking at. Jinx lives.

To add to part 5, not a single person died mid anonomly in the show, jayce twice, ekko twice, heimer twice. And the writers confirmed heimer.

>>156441433

Hextech, is a problem in the sense that "you are giving this power to the people, and this power has the potential to destroy us", the conflict of this is "mages have this power and can be shitty people". Similar to shimmer vs hextech and why people started using shimmer the way they did. We'll see this more 100%, as you said magic exists and there are other ways people use magic in the world outside hextech and mages(similar to hextech but diff). This feels like the major conflict currently in the show that will prob push us into further ones.

Godrick

looking at the shimmer trail scene, Vander looks at vi and jinx and blows out a candle right before the explosion. Hes dead, but jinx is definitely alive

The person i think you’re referring too with the same color and hairstyle as alternate dimension jinx is black. I think she’s just an jinxer

Isaac

My last input about this show is that despite how amazing it was, I'm upset they didn't throw more champs into arcane as Cameos. A good example, the Firelights could have been made up of Ekko's friend group from Legends of Runeterra + Zeri. They could have easily done that but none of them are to be seen. Seraphine coulda made a cameo as part of the Chem Sisters band since she's a singer or be seen as a Jinxer, sympathizing with the Zaunites. Renata Glasc could have been in the Chem Baron group, got away and be in hiding from Cait's raid squad and rise again for the future but she's nowhere to be seen. I aint asking for them to have huge plot roles. Just for them to be there because they're supposed to be. That rat Singed had that he shimmered should have been Twitch. He coulda easily kept it as a pet and name dropped it as Twitch and left it at that. Camille had a cameo ... kinda IF that old woman with her hair style at the gathering in episode 3 was actually her.

Darius Wells

To add on to Sheera’s point on the black characters: A comment from Linke(co creator of Arcane) in an interview stated that when deciding on keeping Ekko’s OG hairstyle or not, the artist said “black ppl hair don’t work like that” These artists really know how to design different races and cultures 👌🏾

Panda

Ambessa can't be in 2XK0 yet cuz they still haven't added Sett and it's fucking criminal. First sett, then ambessa lmfao. I NEED TO SUPLEX PEOPLE IN THIS VERSE TOO.

Jinx survived its not a theory, pretty much confirmed, she may make an appearance in a future show whether its the the one set in Noxus or the one set in Demacia

WorldWideLove2000
>>156439424

I mean yeah, but also a big game changer was, in the other timeline, Silco most likely found the letter that Vander wrote him. Who knows, maybe everything in that timeline still went wrong. Maybe in that timeline, since I child died in his office, Jayce was imprisoned for life, or banished from Piltover so he ended up killing himself. Maybe Viktor helped Powder and Ekko make Hextech instead, and since Heimerdinger wasn't there to influence anything, or Jayce there to save Viktor from himself later on, everything went downhill in that timeline as well. Like Viktor said, Jayce was the only one who could get him to stop.

Idk

Jinx you might’ve been a lil crazy but I loved your character

Rex Perez

Jinx is still alive, she left through the airducks that's why cait had that little smile and was probably on that balloon ship at the end. Her way of finally getting away.

WorldWideLove2000
>>156441433

Yeah I see it as kind of the way the world is in real life. You use power and weapons to protect yourselves, which in turn spurs your enemies to make more weapons and use more power, which in turn forces you to do the same to defend. It's an endless cycle of someone needing more power to survive, while someone else wants more power to conquer. It's a never ending cycle.

Panda

Now on to noxus, my favorite place with almost all my favorite characters(minus a few sett and tahm kench are ma boys, but swain is my favorite). The citys construction and first leaders story, is so fucking cool but i don't want to drop it just in case it's in the next season. The QUESTIONS and Things That felt Rushed asf:: No one knows why heimerdinger vanished there? did he die? we wont ever know but if he did then how? Was it ever clear what the war was about? Was it to prevent the evolution? IF yes then why didn't you ever tell viktor what you saw in arcane (the other timeline's future) but you did at the very end? Ekko and jinx should have had at least 5 mins of screentime here and everytime a reunion happened in arcane from s1 they did that but now suddenly they dont? Did ekko ever tell any of them that he came from another universe except powder? cause it seemed powder knew but why did he not tell them exactly? they could have even shown us a montage of him telling them of like 30 seconds So Loris (no info why he joined and stayed with Vi, no info where he came from) just dies like a side character? Without even a single closure? Except Vi just lookin at him for 2 seconds? Mel went to his mom then went back to piltover and decided to kill her mom that quick? I thought it would show us a confirmation of her emotions at least before accepting to kill her JUST LIKE how Vi and jinx and ekko each couldnt kill a closed one and needed character development to do the least and Mel's one was just offscreened? Black rose? So uh wtf do we know about them ? What did the deceiver want? How did ambessa die there without much injury or was it black rose? MEL YOUR FRIEND ASSISTANT DIED and sis never mentioned it to them nor did she ask why they killed her Brother I don't know how Jayce reunited Undercity and Topside with a 5 min speech of "So yea greater enemy comin we need ya help" when they couldn't reunite them for freakin years...BRO what made them all ZAUN and topside people believe what Jayce said is true suddenly? Bro didn't even explain clearly wtf he saw from that other timeline SOOOO What was the point of killing SALO right then and there? It didn't matter at all it seems and I thought he saw something terrible asf to do that but it happened anyways almost and If he didn't kill him salo wouldn't have made any difference AT ALL like there was no immediate reason to kill him there he was just like any other who got healed by viktor..I didn't see Jayce killing any of those subjects then why salo instantly? I guess then it was his fault for being crazy at that moment? So wtf did Ambessa actually want from the beginning? I saw her fighting Zaun Piltover Viktor black rose ...like literally fkin everything she went a VS against for some reason and I still donno the exact reason (don't say family cause she literally went to fight against mel there I donno why like did she just want to own piltover ?) Ekko just arrived here so HOW DOES HE know who the enemies are and what is he fighting for? Did jinx tell him? Exactly why they needed more dialogues but even Jinx doesn't know shit about the Viktor hextech situation SO how the hell ekko is suddenly trying to stop Viktor there? Do I even need to ask that if anyone even has the slightest clue wtf happened at the end with runes exploding, viktor jayce vanishing or whatever happened there (IOnly thing I got there that the all timeline passer viktor freely went to every timeline in the possibility of one jayce who can show the other viktor) How did warwick become like that? I thought using him to cure his daughter would have destroyed warwick as sienged said or did he just mean the mind? Jinx died just like that? It didn't even feel like a main character died...I was confused what to feel...The closure to that death was even worse like EKKO had a 5 second scene of sitting thats it? Vi didnt even mention her after the war... it felt like nothing happened no sevika reactions also No more info about shimmer? What happened to the future of Runeterra? What did you explain to zaun? they don't know shit bro....WHY DOES THE ENDING HAS EVEN MORE QUESTIONS UNANSWERED? No one knows why heimerdinger vanished there? did he die? we wont ever know but if he did then how? Was it ever clear what the war was about? Was it to prevent the evolution? IF yes then why didn't you ever tell viktor what you saw in arcane (the other timeline's future) but you did at the very end? Overall Thoughts: I still love arcane A LOT but what usually pisses me off is that when a super good show which builds up so many good plot points then just rushes or ruins some things cause of not enough explanation or rushing things. Especially Arcane was one of the best fiction in history with really good dialogue delivery...you can resonate with each character and find it understandable why they make flaws. I also loved how arcane always heightened the moments with music so beautifully and slowly...and with so many different animation and art style changes. The character development of everyone was so peak that im just dissapointed it was rushed at the end. It just felt so unpaced and incomplete at the end Im just kinda madsad

>>156445589

Buddy. The world is big and not all questions need to be answered. Especially not if the plan is to have more stories set in the universe. And one thing you will notice is that, the characters don't tell each other about the things we, as the viewers, have been shown. Show, don't tell. There is 0 reason to put that on screen. We don't need characters reacting to new information every 5 minutes. That is just bogging down things even further and you simply shouldn't and many time can't do that in animation. The story is primarily about the characters and their interaction with each other and the world. Big picture was mostly set aside throught both seasons. Characters were the forefront. That has all been shown remarkably well. And yea, once again. More shows in works. The World of League of Legends has many, many, many stories to tell. Many secrets to find. But it won't treat viewers as dumb. It will show you things and let you figure things out on your own. And some things are meant to be kept unknown. Especially if also no in world character has any idea what happened (Heimerdinger disappering, which probably will be "explained" in a future show, cuz yordles are magic and weird).

This long ass shi just pmo. u gotta breathe and use your own imagination dude

TheMilkMan

Arcane is a masterpiece, I did hear they will continue the lore of Runeterra with more series, Arcane feels incomplete because there's more story to be told, we still haven't even explored every character that resides in Piltover and Zaun but they did begin the story of two game characters, Singed's daughter who I believe her name is Orianna in the game and the guy who was playing the piano and the one who took over the Hex turret is I believe a character in the game too.

jinx
>>156442860

she smiled because she heard Vi humming. But yeah Jinx is alive

TheMilkMan

I hope Vi washed her mouth and hands after going to this war meeting

cyrus gudino

Yo the war between Piltover+Zaun vs Noxus was so freaking cool

Lumis_F4rgo

The grand general swain is coming, I cannot wait to see the next project, i really hope they bring Mordekaiser too to the story, I'm soo excited.

zer0clue

I love that after (I think) the third time of blowing herself up, when Ekko said "... blowing us up." she jumped off the thing to not hurt Ekko. Even though she already killed him 3 times, but she didn't know that so when she realized... Yeah.

TheMilkMan

Again, I can't hate Singed man, yes what he's done is fucked up but his daughter died young, too young even, clearly she died from a disease or she was killed, if my child died like that and I knew there was a way to bring them back, I would've done it in a heartbeat. That's what I love about Arcane, none of the main characters are completely heartless, every single one of them, no matter how great their sins, you can find some understandable and sometimes relatable reason in them.

AmTpGaMt

Singed low-key the winner of this show lmao. Jinx is alive yall dw. The pink shimmer streak at the end of the Explosion. Caitlyn looking at the hextech gate schematics of the vents. The white blimp at the end of the episode (callback to s1e1 when Powder says she'll ride one of those). Loved watching this whole series with you guys ❤️

Arc

You said they paid attention to the details. Well now multiply that by two, because as people who haven't played the game there's one more layer you don't see.

Maleny

I really like the visual detail of Ekko turning the dial past a blood stain.

Ghost

37:20 Sheeras kinda right except it really STARTED with Ekko and ended with ekko. He gave the tip that set everything in motion. He was the key piece in winning by messing with the time rune viktor gave jayce. The Boy Savior

Arc

Singed did get what he wanted. This guy is SMART, he is Heimerdinger's equal with a fraction of his age and a lot more purpose.

AmTpGaMt

Also the first time Victor sees Post Apocalyptic Jayce, it's not cause he is the mage, as the so called herald, he's able to look into the memories of anyone he touches, remember we see this when he touches Warwick and gets his real name Vander

I have a feeling we won't get darkin till aatrox and freljord. Though we might get some teases, i feel like the focus will be on the people and magic, and how magic will be used differently and the apex of that will be shurima so they won't want the darkin to be too relevant too early untill they get to there and that'll prob be one of the last places they visit with ixtol and targon.

Mckenzi Snowden

Singes daughter is a champion in the game

Ghost

44:18 YOU GOT WHAT U WANTED!?!?!?!?💀💀💀💀

PhaedrusRumple

She’s allegedly still alive and it’s heavily implied that she is due to the fact that Caitlyn was looking at the maps of the vents

zacharie garondo

Ambessa was to badass for me to considered her an enemy

EDDIE_M8A

Jinx is alive btw

ReveredWizardBob

Ekko really turned out to be the Boy Saviour. They really teased that in the first season.

ReveredWizardBob

They teased the next show with the three eyed Crow at the end. It's related to one of the game character's power which is from Noxus (Where Mel and Ambessa are from). Theme for that show will 100% be darker and looking forward to seeing Mel as the MC.

zer0clue

Damn, Roshi looked like he almost had it... People probably already told y'all in the comments but I'm still gonna leave this here, just in case. When the explosion happened, you can see a straight line in the colors of Shimmer coming out of it. Later, when Caitlyn was looking at Jinx's monkey, she probably thought of her and wanted to confirm something, so she looks at the blueprints of the Hexgates on her "computer" or whatever and sees the air vents coming out of the tower. At the end, you also see the airship flying out of Piltover with 'The End' in Jinx's colors, and earlier in the prison, when she was talking to Silco, he told her that the only way to break the cycle was to 'walk away', so she is probably on that airship. But of course in the end nothing's confirmed, just heavily implied. It could be, that she will will appear in a future show of a different region, now that she's traveling the world. 🤷‍♂️

Yusuf
>>156449684

Then you would need to be put down asap because you will be harming men, women and children in the worst ways to save your daughter.

Bria A.
>>156445589

That’s…so many questions and I’m not gonna answer all of them, but I will say that I’ve noticed people getting more obsessed with “main characters” and “plot significance” these days when the sad reality is that some characters are meant to get a decent amount of screentime just to die suddenly or anticlimactically because the point is to show that it’s a tragedy.

Yusuf
>>156452821

Yeah but also tragic. He is lonelier than ever before. He got a taste of the good timeline but returned to the shit timeline because he couldn't abandon his timeline even if it was terrible.

Yusuf

If you look at just after the explosion you can see streak of shimmer lightening shooting to the right which is good evidence Jinx is alive. We don't see Victor's and Jayce's dead bodies and I think they are inside the crystal or got teleported somewhere else. Hemidinger is not dead because Yordles cannot spiritually die. He can return in a new Yordle body.

Bria A.
>>156441152

Someone debunked the Jhin thing on twitter, manly because Jhin is extremely Asian and all of his characterization is centered on Asian themes. It was just another example of a background character choosing to fight — like Gert and the father who left his wife and daughter and died.

Yusuf
>>156444896

You can blame Jayce for putting the rune stones in his place. If it wasn't for those nothing would have blown up. By the way, it was Ekko who sent them to do the job. Then if you further back, it was Viktor's fault for teleporting Jayce and leaving him with the rune stone. If you go further back, you can blame Jayce and Viktor's parents for giving birth to them etc etc etc....

Kd

Lmfao i wanted Ambessa to win she too cold😂🤣

Bria A.
>>156436087

I really don’t know how many context clues and comprehension skills someone needs before taking something as fact. It’s not outlandish by any means? Not everything that happens in a show has to be explicitly in your face, and this was about as close as you can get without them straight up showing Jinx’s silhouette on the damn blimp 😭

Ashton Wizard

Time to go rewatch the whole show 😌

Bria A.

I keep pressing on this because I have no sympathy for her whatsoever, but notice that Mel curved her shield around *Maddie* (and the bullet) instead of around Cait. She wanted 100% probability of that girl fucking around and finding out. 💀

Jay Voorhees

Thank you Lupa exactly niggas mad at you for season one when she was not as developed😂😂 i’m not judging her for what she’s going to become. I’m judging her for what she was and what she was in that moment was terrible. I promise you, this is the same way people feel about Negan and Jaime, but they probably are super fans of them now. There’s probably people that still hate them(weird), but Negan and Jaime by the end of the story a lot of people love and adore them. It’s insane that you can’t be upset at a character in the moment, they want you to feel how they feel about the character because they know the lore of the character and you have to react the way they want, there’s nothing logical about anger people are going to feel how they feel😂🤷🏾‍♂️

RYC

Arcane s2 make me understand how OG star wars fans feel when they watch the classics. I wish they'd end ARCANE here bc of that feeling. Assuming s3 will come in the future, pls let it be the end chapter before Netflix pulls a Witcher s3.

aj

Damn, this is the kind of show that leaves you with a hole after it's done. I can't wait to see what they do next.

Eosliostro
>>156457543

People weren't upset with Lupa hating on Jinx base on their knowledge of her lore. They were upset because they have victim mentality. Viktor says it best, emotions contradicts reason.

Dennis Asubonteng

Ekko is easily the best character. He left essentially a perfect timeline to go back to his and save everyone just to lose the girl he learned to love again. Peak. Both seasons ep 7 are about Ekko and they are both my favorite episodes

Kenny Scott

There’s somebody at the end that puts a piece of paper into the basket that has the exact same hair cut as powder in the other timeline go watch it back

K
>>156459560

s2 is the end of Arcane, they are working on other projects inside the world of Runeterra tho

JG
>>156461903

Seems like a reach to say thats her. Tons of ppl got blue hair to support jinx early on this season, it could be anyone from the undercity.

Avan
>>156453165

One of the co-creator said the Ekko and Jinx’s story isn’t over. So either we might get a reunion between them OR from the AU. Either way I’m happy

Professor00

I know it’s probably been said but that’s gotta be Powder/Jinx on the airship in the final shot. It ties back to the first episode in S1 where she said she was gonna ride one of those one day. That’s also why “The End” was written in “Jinx-style”

Jigga Man

"YEAHHG? YOU FUCK ME?!" 😂😂

Rayanh LaNansha

At the end of all this, my top 5 goes 1. Victor (he's ultimately a kind soul who created a problem and fixed it through Jayce) 2. Ambessa (too badass not to rank up) 3. Jinx 4. Vi 5. Ekko

Kévin Chamberlin

Pretty sure Jinx is alive, and left on that blimp at the end

alex amyot

that 6 eyed raven has fucking name btw. its Raum the darkin "demon" of secret its heavily tied to nexus. The series has to be about noxus Mel, black rose and now Raum where shown? aint no way the only two other region would be those fighting noxus, ionia or Damacia.

PatiPati
>>156453165

Hope so. We needed more interactions between these two in the final ep

YaHuurdMe

Crazy how you pull that card, I hate Cait and Vi’s whole dynamic, Caitlyn not even saying sorry, Vi just being the problem and the catalyst of disaster for her sister, just don’t like her, don’t pull the homophobia card because I don’t like your favorite character that just happens to be LGBT

OMegaWattz
>>156459560

Arcane is done. They have other projects but Arcane doesn't go any further than 2. There is a chance we might see some characters from Arcane in other works though.

Good thing netflix didn't cancel this show

Robert Golden
>>156459560

The Piltover/Zaun story is over. But there's still a ton of characters and locations to go through in the LoL Universe. I'm personally hoping one of the shows is about Lucian, Senna, and Viego that's going to be peak.

Guav

"Shes gotta be important" had me dying every time you guys said it LMAO

Nick Vaughn

RIP to the MILF Ambessa. Loved the show overall but this finale definitely felt rushed in my opinion. Looking forward to whatever spinoffs come about in the future. Curious if they’ll maintain the same level of animation since it takes so long to produce and costs a lot which is the big reason why Netflix only gave this one more season to wrap everything up.

Aggtown_817
>>156467703

Honestly I'd have to put Ekko above Vi but no way anyone else got a better list

Rayanh LaNansha

12:44 - “what are the odds of that?” Yeah that was bullshit but it’s actual bullshit that happens—when I first saw that the device was stopped by a nail, I felt all the rage I reserve for seeing the tire indicator on the dash of my car and finding a nail (or screw) in one of the tires lol

Well victor would've died of sickness before all of that since hextec prolonged his life. The Vander-Silco letter is def up in the air. But I feel like Heim would've helped anyway and the only REAL threat out there would be Singed who knows what fuckery he's up to.

PatiPati
>>156435031

I'm pretty sure I saw someone say that the final episode was supposed to be 1,5 h. Overall, they cut out lots of things from the season.. Netflix did movie long episodes for Stranger Things.. why couldn't they do the same for Arcane? It just shows that despite the enormous success, animation is still regarded as not as worthy to invest in. Maybe I'm wrong but that's how it feels to me.

Carlos
>>156477913

It was Maddie thought wasn't it? Didn't she hand off the bomb to the initial guy?

Singed is the only real winner. Absolute 🐐

Jamie See

Now we wait for the next league of legends shows the creators have supposedly hinted at in recent interviews and articles. I will definitely be there if/when it happens.

Byron Wright

I think Singed was up the entire series. Did his experiments, pushed more drugs than Reagan, then got his daughter back.

godUsoland

Viktor, God of Hextech: "Wait a minute, what the hell is that device!?" Ekko out here coming up with stuff even the creators of the tech couldn't imagine!

BlueSmurf

The way Viktor was the mage and kept giving jayce different runes each time and the only one that worked was the acceleration rune that helped ekko rewind time.

When u slow down the explosion with jinx and vander u could see a purple light flashing out like when jinx with shimmer speed, cait looking at the building blueprints probably realizing jinx escaped through the vents and the blimp at the end is a throwback to season 1 when powder said she wanted to ride in a blimp one day

Offw0rlder

There’s far too much to unpack here, can’t even say what I was gonna because this episode had hands & I’m dizzy This is probably the best animated anything I’ve ever seen. Yeah Raum is a classic demon like Fiddle, Eve, and the Kench. I think a lot of people confuse him with Rhaast, hence the darkin connection.

I'm gonna need Fortiche Production to animate some shit for Marvel, DC, Star Wars, maybe some other video game properties, more in this universe, just give them a blank check to so whatever they want after this.

Dunie♡

This is sadly the end of Arcane and these characters story but not of league of legends the creators have already confirmed the “spin offs” which is basically the other regions and league of legends characters so the next show is going to be based on different champions and region though some of these characters may have little cameos I just can’t wait for these other shows because if they gave us this my expectations are 📈📈📈 also I heard that apparently these shows are like rewriting the lore of these characters since the lore for lol is absolutely insanity because in the game it was actually never confirmed that Vi and Jinx were sisters it was just a theory they have so much material and I’m so ready for more!!! 💃🕺💃

A. P.

Another fantastic season of Viktor All Along. I can't wait for the next series and I definitely second Sheera at the end there. It's dope to see such drippy and well written Black characters.

Michael Brown

Viktor was like, "EKKO MADE THIS IN ANKTHER TIMELINE...WITH A BOX OF SCRAPS!"

Dexter Gaba

The singularity needed Sky’s sacrifice to become complete, so I thought that was what Heimidinger was doing for Ekko.

J

so the characters for season 3 or a spin off have been confirmed from the last couple minutes of this season don't read ahead if you don't wan to get spoiled----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Swain and Orianna are most likely to make it into the next Arcane show hopefully we get to visit different parts of League of Legends universe.

Jinx is heavily implied to be alive, she is most likely on the airship at the end. And don't worry about Heimer. Yordles can't die, when they "die" they appear back at Bandle City where yordles are from

ThatOneGuy

Just want to point out that apparently Singed and another character are responsible for most of the bullshit that happens in the leagues lore smh

Red Death

All this Ambessa glaze is crazy. She should gone out worse than she did.

I like to think that future Viktor was the one that pulled Heimer, Jayce, and Ekko to the future timelines in order for this to happen.

JotaroDrake

Ambessa design go so hard bro

Asher Ealey

Marvel gotta take notes cause Arcane casually did what Marvel still can't do. 1. Make a project with an excellent female lead. 2. Have natural representation integrated in the story

Asher Ealey

To all the black people out there. Can we talk about how well they did the freaking hair in this show? I am only mentioning it cause I don't see it very often but the got the styling down pat

Asher Ealey

Something I wanna point out that people may have missed is the significance of the rune Victor gave Jayce. In each of these timelines, the story starts with him giving Jayce a rune. But in all the times he tried, the only time it was successful was when he gave him the "acceleration" rune. This is fascinating to me because the acceleration rune is what allowed ekko to create his time device. Then at the end, it is also what allowed them to reverse the glorious evolution after ekko pulled his time thing and threw it at Victor.

James Noël

Jinx isn't dead. You can see her run from the explosion and she was on the blimp at the end like she talked about in the 1st episode of the series.

Sydney

10:17 - omg I just realized that the bomb didn't go off because Maddy probably tampered with it before handing it over

CleoKujo

This show was a masterpiece omg I need more league shows now!!! 10/10

MF_Harperion

So, when Jinx and Warwick are falling, there's a frame where a pink line dashes away right before the explosion, showing Jinx's use of shimmer. That, on top of Cait holding a piece of the monkey, looking at the air ducts she escaped through, PLUS the blimp at the end, with Jinx saying she always wanted to go away on a blimp in season one, AND 'The End' at the end in Jinx's style, I'm 99% sure she survived. Or I'm coping.

Luiz Neckel

The rune that Viktor gave this Jayce was the rune Ekko saw and studied and made it possible for him to time travel, when they made the device on Ep7 he says he was studying jayce acceleration rune

Jota N.

what great journey. such a wonderful story

Luiz Neckel

Singed is the GOAT the only one who got what he always wanted and lost nothing

ogking31

It's an alright conclusion, but it went down for the sole reason of how ambessa died and the fact Zaun plotline wasn't even addressed, and that was IMPORTANT to the whole Arcane story.

Simple Fan

The only thing I can say I don’t like about this season is that the dialogue felt repetitive. Like a character would say something, an example happens, then the person they said it to repeats it back. It kinda felt empty when that happened and I wish they did more dialogue but I understand they were trying to wrap the show up more with the visuals.

ogking31
>>156476046

How Ambessa died is garbage, which they were setting her up to be in season 1. Most important thing is the Zaun plotline which was scraped off from season 1.

Evan Hough
>>156517387

I kinda agree tbh, I couldn't figure out what it was about the dialogue but I knew something felt different

Nita - Kento's Widow

It's good to me at first... And then when I rewatch and thought about it, I realized there's some stuff I truly did not like about this ending, especially with the rumor of there being cut content. I overall kinda feel they could've had a season in the middle leading up to this somehow. That said, I am curious to where the spin-offs go and I am really glad for the characters who survived plus MY GOATS MEL AND EKKO. Farewell beloved Arcane!!

ItsLargeDad
>>156512296

It has to be Raum by itself unless they are retconning the timeline somewhat as well.

Dark Danny

Me hoping Roshi, Sheera or Lupa would pick up that Jinx is alive

ItsLargeDad
>>156521297

To be fair it’s easy to miss the details besides the Cait one. Which it seemed like Roshi was on track but didn’t say anything.

ItsLargeDad
>>156519599

They cut content that was really not necessary but would have been nice. From everything they have said in interviews that’s pretty much how it Sounded. They definitely couldn’t have stretched this a whole other season without fluffing random stuff. Which ultimately would have made the show worse. The most it needed was like maybe 2-3 episodes more. Ultimately thought they wrapped everything pretty well and the stuff that wasn’t wrapped up is pretty clearly being moved to another show. Mel for example and her storyline continuing.

ItsLargeDad
>>156506846

In an interview with the co-creator they said that was actually something that came up in development several times, starting with Ekko. Since in game he has a Mohawk and the first thing they said and I quote was “well that’s not how black hair work”. So they changed it.

ItsLargeDad
>>156506687

The natural representation is Something that it seems no one can get right in Hollywood.

ItsLargeDad
>>156503438

Lmao Singed is the definition of mad scientist. He definitely does lots of fucked up stuff in the Lore. He was actually rather toned down for Arcane.

ItsLargeDad
>>156495604

I don’t think Orianna is gonna have any significance in the next shows. I’m pretty sure they only showed her to represent that singed’s plans all came to fruition. Ultimately he got what he wanted and didn’t care what he did to achieve it.

ItsLargeDad
>>156494715

Skye is heavily implied to have disappeared because part of the glorious evolution is to leave your humanity behind. She was basically a representation of the last of Viktor’s humanity and it disappearing as he “evolved”

ItsLargeDad
>>156491608

Lmao never, riot has a like 49% ownership in the studio now so if they aren’t working on their original projects then they are working on League content. Which is very ok with me.

ogking31
>>156517259

The Zaun plot line was first introduced in season 1 and along with piltover however this idea of reaching harmony was interrupted because of Jinx. Even though Ambessa was the leader, after her death, where was the addressing of Zaun? The ending only tells us that Sevika joined the council, but what of it? The whole overarching point of season 1 was about the struggles of Zaun and its people. If they're trying to say the problem is back in square one then that of itself is underwhelming considering the whole focus of those two distinct plotlines in season 1. The only assumption we could make is Sevika helping but that's a reach considering she has 0 political skills. Yeah they helped at the end for not making the unknown party to rule the kingdom. But so what? What about afterwards?

ItsLargeDad
>>156476046

Nah they said from jump that the show was only planned for 2 seasons. Riot is really bad with believing in products outside of the game so it was strongly implied that that’s all they were greenlit for from the get go. Co-creator even said the scripts and direction of the show were locked in before the first season ever aired. They never expected the show to blow up how it did.

Carlos
>>156491608

Yeah, not ideal but so long as the quality is the same that's fine I guess. Just keep giving them the budget.

Persto

Lupa developing alongside Jinx, we love to see it

DocGreen

Jinx ain't dead she was on that airship

Nita - Kento's Widow
>>156519599

Yeah, another act could've also worked. I do know it's partly bias on my end for certain characters and the way, in my view, certain things felt... Rushed? Or rather I felt unfulfilling. I also have bias for "filler" or fluff so long as it helps character development, so I wouldn't have minded more content lmao. But that said, of course stuff being moved to Mel's storyline could work and solve some of these issues for me, so we'll see! Overall, 8/10 series for me. I don't completely hate it like twitter seems to (I don't recommend peeking into them) but I do think some things could've been better.

Asher Ealey
>>156519599

This may be unpopular but I think the max they needed was 1 extra episode. Especially because the Mel storyline will most likely be expanded on in the new noxus series

Pablo Piovesan

Yeah, Singed's daughter is a character in the game called Orianna, although this is not her story on the lore but it was hinted that Arcane was going to do that

>>156521297

Delinda Arts

Man I’ve watched Ekko’s sauce moment so many times. The boy savior really saved the world 🥹🙌🏾

U__U

Heimerdinger can't die, he's a yordle. In their lore is basically that they're inmortal creatures connected to the oldest magic of the world, if anything he respawned in his hometown after disappearing, so he's fine :D

tobito
>>156517259

I mean, we don’t need it spelled out for us. Sevika joined the council so obviously there is an effort to better represent Zaun and its people, hopefully leading to peace. I think fleshing some of it out may have been interesting but not enough for a whole other season, especially now that a ton of the main cast is dead lmao.

meeran haq

It's split seconds of things but right as soon as the explosion goes off, there's a perfect shimmer line going up, too perfect to be from the blast (Imo, and other people think so too), and then Cait going over the Ducts also feels like a small hint, those were right under the explosion. Finally the Airship, Powder had always wanted to ride in one of those. Also, I feel ending it with jinx's schizo effects and TH3 END was also a little tease that she's alive. Overall though. I feel 8-9 should have been expanded to 8-12 for more dialogue, build up, interactions. Like, Sevika got no lines other than a yell...Some things like that felt odd. Otherwise It's still a 9.5/10 to me

Dark Danny
>>156521297

That's the one im talking about, i didn't even notice the shimmer trail till people pointed it out. Cait and the blimp is the only reason i know she's alive, most people wouldn't get the blimb but I've seen season 1 to many times to not connect the dots.

I love the silence after Jayce's question, "Wy did you ever give me this?" This is probably the first time Viktor has been able to talk to Jayce in years. And tit really feels like Viktor carefully chooses his words to explain to Jayce how much he means to him. Truly a Friendship for the ages.

Nia Williams

When Jinx was in the first season as powder she saw one of those airplane thing and said that one day that she was going to ride one of those and then at the end we see that same one so you can’t tell me that she’s dead she’s ALIVEEEEE

Rainy
>>156536032

that's the actual lore for yordles, when they are killed their spirits are sent back to Bandle city after a certain amount of time and they can choose to return to the realm where humans live if they want

ogking31
>>156517259

Sevika joining the council solves what exactly? Piltover being better? Has she ever DONE something as such within the series? All of this could be addressed if they actually took time to do but they shoved it aside. You're expecting sevika to do address it with her 0 political skills just because she joined the council.

Zachary Jackson
>>156536880

I'll just say one thing. Warwick's last memory in game was the sound of two girls crying. yes season 1 act 1 finale fits that but so does this episodes scene too.

The people saying she's alive are not accounting for the fact that it does not make sense for Jinx to escape Warwicks grasp, survive a 100+ ft drop and make it to the vents before the explosion happens just isn't plausible. There's also the fact that the show makes it seem as if when the heroes win one of the sisters don't survive. I don't think she's alive and I haven't seen anything to convince me yet.

The best part about miss little rat is when she shot the bullet, Mel didn't put a shield around Caitlyn, she put it around the girl. That way she had no other choice BUT to shoot herself when she pulled the trigger, that shit was COLD.

Not as unpopular of an opinion as you think! Friend of mine said the same of about 1 episode, but it seems the general consensus is that they needed more time, no matter how little or large.

Shimmer flash right before the explosion(indicator for jinx using her speed), immediately followed by a scene of Cait holding a Jinx grenade looking at the air vents tunnels realizing jinx didn't die and giving a subtle smirk. Right after the cait+vi moment its an ending scene of an airship in which jinx/powder said in episode 1 she wants to ride on. With a flash of "THE END" in jinx's color font. If 4 different hints in the span of 5 minutes cant convince you, nothing will. Clearly the writers have plants for her in the far future

Diggs
>>156575107

Cait smiled because Vi started humming and its out of character for her which is what Cait points out in the next scene. The pink line is just VFX from the spark of the pink and blue explosion. The only plausible hint that you said is Cait holding the monkey piece and the airship. It just actually doesn't make sense that she's able to escape Warwick's grasp when she couldn't do it in episode 4 or 9.

Martin Stopstalking
>>156575107

also when she has a conversation with Silco, he tells her that the only escape is to break the cycle and walk away. She interpreted of "breaking the cycle and WALKING AWAY" as taking herself out with a grenade until Ekko changed her mind. She never had the intention of staying with Vi because she sees herself as a wall between Vi's and Cait's happiness. One of her lines is also "We will always be together even if WORLDS APART". I mean there is a mountain of supporting evidence/hints she is alive or left as an open end if the writers want to use her in the future. While your argument is simply "she cant escape Warwick's grasp"

Diggs
>>156575107

The whole reason I'm bringing up Warwicks grasp is because it was already established that she cannot overpower him. You would have to argue that she's able to overpower him to be able to get away in time and with what the show established she isn't able to do that. I understand all of that with Silco,Jinx,Ekko,Vi and Cait but that doesn't change the fact that in the actual moment of it happening it doesn't make sense for her to be able to get away when she couldn't do it in multiple instances before that.

Chipper

Im not gon lie. I feel like everything thats happened in this show is Vi's fault.

Chris
>>156594237

did you forget when they basically showed that its all the fault of hextech? when without hextech the world was much better for them?

Chipper
>>156594237

I will blame Piltover before I blame Hextech, and I will blame Vi before I blame Jinx. Obviously everything and everyone played their role in what happened, but every decision Vi made further exacerbated the already precarious situation in piltover. Piltovers treatment of Zaun and Vi's treatment of Jinx were direct catalysts in the results of the events in the show. There is no Jinx without Vi. Also, in that world that you mentioned where everything was better, guess who was dead..

Hello
>>156575107

I understand that but tbh you could argue that as it exploded, warwick simply may have let go. She also may not have gotten out unscathed. There are ways to justify why she could have escaped the grasp tho imo. Also with the flash of jinx's shimmer, the reason it's evidence is mainly cause of how specific it is. That is the only purple light line in that entire explosion. And the vents and monkey bomb after that plus the air ship and the narrative parallels that possesses.

Diggs
>>156575107

It's also hard to believe that she's able to survive the bomb that she's holding even though earlier in the episode we clearly see that the same bomb would kill her. Even with what you're saying with the "shimmer" line it happens before the explosion so she shouldn't be getting injured by it. It just doesn't make sense to me.

Rese

I don't know if anyone else noticed but in that split second when maddie shoots cait you can she her with a sinister smile that's such a cool detail

Who would’ve thought we would see lupa cry for jinx

>>156544301

I'm sure she's alive. If you look at the explosion with Vander/Warwick you can see her pink speed line right when the explosion hits, so she definitely sped out at the last second. And I initially thought Vi and Cait were on the balloon but they're certainly in a room in Cait's house that we've seen in multiple scenes for this season. No one else can be on the Balloon but Jinx

Ace
>>156575107

The bomb never had shimmer only the hex crystal no bomb she made included shimmer so it cant have the pink flash when it goes off meaning its jinx using her powers to escape

simoxon
>>156575107

now here comes the fun part: In the memory we saw just before the explosion (vander turning off the light after getting Powder and Vi to bed) both Powder and Vi were already asleep so the only thing that makes sense is that this was a memory of Vander. In this regard him loosening his grip or even saving Jinx outright makes complete sense.

simoxon
>>156575107

The story of Piltover and Zain is over (for now), but it has already been confirmed that we will see some of the characters again in the future. If you are still unconvinced watch Arcane Afterglow: Act 3, where the showrunners and the main cast basically confirm that Jinx is alive. They said wether Jinx was alive would be "left up to interpretation". Later in the same talk they talked about deaths of important characters and never even mention Jinx in that context.

Diggs
>>156575107

I took that scene of him blowing out the candle as Vander putting Jinx to bed(killing her) but idk.

Diggs
>>156575107

Is the afterglow thing the interview with that one YouTuber? I have to watch it in its entirety. At the end of the day there isn't any confirmation for either or and it just feels lackluster with the explanation of how she might be alive and it feels inconsistent with what we were shown in the two characters involved past interactions. If she's alive then she's alive if she's dead then she's dead but the reason that it's hard for me to wrap my head around her being alive is because in that situation it doesn't make sense. Warwick has no reason to suddenly loosen his grip on Jinx, the show established that in the good universes only one sister survives and there's no way Jinx can survive that drop and get away before the explosion happens. There's no way that the execution of that scene doesn't feel lackluster to you in some way?

HessianX

Swain controls that raven, possibly one of the main characters for the next story.

JadonTheEternal

There is way too many subtle hints that Jinx survives for it to not be true. Obviously the writers specifically left it ambiguous with all the hints for a reason. This feels like FFXVI all over again

Hammhoxx
>>156517259

But it wouldn't make sense timeline wise because to fix Zaun you would need a LOT of time... This was the start, we will see bits and pieces of Zaun lore throughout the future series. Why would they solve Zaun in this first show? When even in Runeterra lore Zaun is still in shambles I'm ok with this plotline, the only one I'm not a fan of is Ambessa dying because She's a human league champ... How tf is she in the game as a human and dead in the lore???

>>156575107

What about the possibility of alternate Jinx, in episode 7 the theme was like "To take a leap you have to leave things behind" or something I forget, but during ep 7 alternate Jinx is looking at her precious necklace (This is the thing she must leave behind) and then she puts it away in a drawer which also reveals much more hextech fragments. Showing that she's finally ready to move forward. There is also the theme in ep 7 that alternate reality Jinx needs to move forward past Vi's death and not stay in the bar all her life, even Ekko using a line like she's meant to do much more, similar to the Jinx he knows. Idk it feels like this was all heavily suggesting a return of this Jinx

Ekko sitting by himself made me so depressed for him bro should’ve stayed in the other world

ork89757

many signs show that Jinx survived. When Caitlyn was checking the design of Hexgate, they zoomed in on the cooling system, and if you go back to the explosion, you can see a glimpse of purple light shooting to the right. thats probably Jinx escaping to the cooling tunnel as the explosion happens. Also, in the very first episode of season one, powder was looking at an airship and said that one day she wants to be on it, and at the end here it shows an airship sailing away, very likely that Jinx is on it and just decided to leave Zaun / Piltover, or to "break the cycle"

What future series?? The hypotheticals doesn't matter to the current situation when the ending IS THE END of the war and the next project has 0 correlation to the piltover with different continent. So no. If you're hopeful for a sequel then that's just coping mechanism because the current situation is that the story did not address the important plotlines that MADE Vi, and Cait parted ways in the first place. And other thing, saying she's in the game and dead in the lore are two different things.

Rui
>>156594237

Tbf tho, Vi's death was the main reason hextech was never a thing in that timeline since they already witness it kill a child. Jayce either died in the explosion as well or was exiled with no second thoughts this time.

My Bad y’all. I just really hate Vi. She saw her sister depressed in a cell in ep 8 and instead of trying to comfort her the first thing she said was basically “ why don’t you come fight a war with me”. She didn’t even try to address her sisters griefs and when her sister escaped the cell she immediately flipped on her and told Caitlyn she should’ve known better than to believe in her sister. jinx was literally suicidal and vi did not see the signs or even bother to comfort her after her loss.

1) If you pause during the scene where she’s falling and right before the nade explodes (around there) you can see a streak of pink as if Jinx used her super speed toward the vents. It also explodes right in front of a vent 2) While Caitlyn is looking at the map of the vents/ where Jynx/Vi is fighting Warwick, she’s holding a monkey head that’s used on one of Jynx’s grenades and smirks. The blueprints do show there was a way out 3) In S1 Powder says she wants to ride one of the airships and the season ends panning to an airship flying off

Kaironic

For anyone who don't know. The three-eyed raven belongs to a league of legends character named Jericho Swain, who hails from Noxus and is called the Noxian Grand General. they could easily make a story built around the characters like arcane. if they prioritize the show’s lore over the games like arcane then it can go many routes. i don’t play mobas but from the gameplay i’m sure there isn’t much world building there either. those hundreds of champions weren’t in arcane there was at least 20 so
