Can't speak Namekian? Didn't Piccolo speak it at the world martial arts tournament in dragon ball? Also, I am pretty sure Kami taught Mr. Popo, since he is the one who taught Bulma so she could better pilot the ship. Also, he fused with both Kami and Nail, so this make even less sense. I guess this is just another retcon.

There are 2 Dr Slump references in this episode : When Majin Duu awakens, his first word, "N'cha!" is Arale's iconic salute and is a lazy abbreviation for "koNniCHiwA". To see Dr Arinsu and Great Witch Marba get forced into the Arale salute out of fear is actually an hilarious moment. The second reference is the iconic Arale run when Majin Kuu goes searching for the chocolate.

Also, The Namekians spent nearly a year on earth after their planet was destroyed. I find it hard to believe that he wouldn't want to spend some time and learn more about his people before they eventually leave for another planet. Him not knowing Namekian is more like a lazy excuse for Neva to tag along.

Piccolo knowing namekian would be a plot hole. Most of the reason Dende is there is because he's supposed to be the only one who can speak to the dragons in the original language. It's also pretty normal to forget a language when you never use it.

Im sorry to tell you this but Janemba is not going to show up here whatsoever and the reason simply is because he was not originally designed by Toryiama. All the noncanon characters that became canon like broly and gogeta were original work of Toryiama thats why he made them canon he would never otherwise. So no Janemba.

I think the main reason they went for turning them into kids, was because they couldnt wish for the Dragon balls to destroy the Z-Fighters (something about it being a white magic or something so they can't kill with it , I'd have to go back to ep 1 again.) So he figured, their is no way a bunch of children would be able to stop me, not really understanding that even as children Sayains are strong, let alone understanding how strong Goku and Vegeta would be. Also I guarantee that Vegeta will win. He's not taking the fight seriously and even Goku had to go Super Sayain during his fight with Tamagami 1.
