Yeah they're all delusional in varying degrees but Kendall and Roman have actual on je job experience hell Kendall worked in the Shanghai division for a while. Shiv stayed away from the business and worked in politics for the opposing team. Then when she was called up and told to warm up in the bullpen, bitched about shadowing frank and Gerri. Sometimes she wouldn't even show up for work. As far as what she did or didn't know at a certain point she picked a side the company's. Shiv also did tamper with witness during the congressional hearings and encouraged the witness not to give a testimony.

Fun fact - the reason Logan calls Shiv "Pinky" is because she's his fourth child, as in "pinky finger", like he's counting his children on his hand. Yes, Roman is actually older than Shiv even though he's very immature and seems like the baby of the family. Shiv is actually the youngest.
