actually being so close to the notebook did make the puppet stronger, klein used the spell that brought him to this world as a way to wake himself up and the clown didn’t realize he did that when klein came back

You said ur confused but to me, it seems like you understood everything that needed to be understood. Non spoiler: I will say one thing. To advance to the next sequence, theres many different requirements to be met. It’s not easy.

This was chapter 100 in the novel they are adapting 30 chapters per episode this is the most rushed anime I have ever seen

ya it doesnt really seem that confusing aside from what is *diliberately* supposed to be confusing due to lacking context. only this is clown a potion or like a codeword / key phrase? is clown a different pathway in the 22?

I've heard that the director said that unfortunately the first 3 episodes were very rushed and that The rest of the episodes will be better paced. Lets hope so lol

Hopefully they run back some of the stuff that got skip in the novels in the upcoming episodes. They really skipped out on a lot of things to reach this plot point by ep 3.

I feel like I'm one of few who are understanding all the plot points lol. loving your reactions to it. however i do know a lot of the novel context and plot is being skipped which i didn't know as never read the novel which i may do. but i personally understand it all so far despite the missing pieces that are shown in the novel.

It's funny that the only other guy who was awake told the group that Klein took out the clown in one shot, but Klein told them straight. Side note, what kind of revolver is that? He shot at least 8 times without reloading!
