Side Note -- Roshi DON'T USE THE MASSAGE GUN ON YOUR NECK. Especially toward the sides and front. It's really dangerous because of the location of your carotid arteries. There's been a number of cases of people having seizures, strokes, cervical artery dissection, etc. due to giving themselves neck massages with these guns. Never use anything like that over an artery.

I try not to repeat comments that other people have already said, but I care, so: percussion massage guns are actually very dangerous for your neck due to the amount of blood vessels there and potential damage from the impact (esp. arteries!). The ideal is manual massage or something like a Theracane. Hope you feel better though, Roshi!

Really adore this episode for Okarun's conviction and Aria coming into understanding of herself. Also haven't said it before, but I'm really glad Okarun and Jiji are friends. Partly because they aren't those types of people, but they are friends that respect each other, even though Jiji initially came in as a love rival. In turn, it feels really good to root for them both because it feels genuine.

To elaborate a bit, the vagus nerve in your neck is extremely sensitive and can trigger some really weird symptoms when overstimulated. From random nausea, headaches, fainting and even arrhythmia. Try not to use massage guns or a TENs unit (like electric shocker pads) on your neck. This isn't to say this is definitely going to happen , if the person has already been doing it without issue 99% chance they'll be fine but a small percentage of people can trigger some crazy symptoms. They wont be permanent, usually last the duration of use or a bit after your done. Its also why chiropractors are so dangerous too, manipulation of that nerve to the point of severing it has lead to plenty of deaths due to chiro. When in doubt just research it properly or follow the instructions/warnings of whatever device. Be safe and prosper!
