The CQC isn't for huge kaiju, it's for ones around the size of Kafka or Kaiju No. 9. You wouldn't use hand2hand against huge kaiju anyway. Those you use guns, swords, and explosives against.

I love that we're seeing everybody's growth in the show. Literally all of them have main character energy and they make it flow with the show so well. Also glad that they brought back the point of Kafka's original dream because we've had so much focus on Kaiju No.8 instead.

Kafka doesn’t need technique when fighting the big ones. He is being taught this for small sized Kaiju. Remember that’s what Hoshina is a specialist in, small sized Kaiju. Also, Kafka’s Kaiju has grown in size before, albeit when he lost control, so maybe he can learn to do that and start boxing as a Kaiju the size of Godzilla.

he does need technique when fighting the big ones tho,so he can put more power in a blow with less energy ,physics are still physics at the end of the day ,hence why technique is a focal point of all types of fights ,you get more for less,some characters take it to further extremes like Gojo,he doesnt need Yuta level cursed energy reserves because he regenerates more than he uses because of the micromanagement of the Six Eyes ,an extreme example of more for less,another would be Jin Taejin from God Of Highschool,his technique as a human in a world full of gods,demons and other beings brought him to being named a God of Fighting before his death ,thats AFTER losing a arm and having to adjust to losing said arm mid battle against a god lol,so technique is huge regardless of the size of your opponent ,no ones wants to be a season 1 Deku,yes ik Kafka,s case is different than such an extreme example but you'll understand what i mean when Kaiju no.9 pulls back up

All I'll say is these last few episodes and the next season are likely gonna be action heavy but very locked in with the story bits if this continues as they are rather powerful too. We should appreciate heavy story episodes like this while we still likely have them🙂.

I disagree. With Kafka fighting big Kaiju he has been extremely effective every time with literally just punching them really hard. He needs technique for the small ones, like Kaiju no. 9 which is what I was saying earlier. Besides Kafka is already basically an expert on Kaiju anatomy. So since he knows where to punch the big ones technique matters even less. He doesn’t need to be pulling footwork on a giant Kaiju.
