It took me a sec to understand this ep as well, dokyung and yohan didnt consider that it was him bc taejoong is supposed to be dead, and he was reported to be dead so even though yohan knew he was 2802 i think the doctor guy and lawyer guy didnt specify who he really was they just asked for cleanup crew and yohan probably approved it cuz he has so many ppl he's covering for and didnt need specifics.
