Hyperquad fist is most likely a Chinese interpretation of his hero name as they are usually quite literal in their naming like how might in All might can be said different ways, e.g. Weiwu=Mighty, imposing, great. Depending on whose translating it Eraser Heads name could come out Deletion Vision. They did say O'Clocks signature move was a rapid four punch strike hence "Quadfist".

So his Chinese name is 超頻四拳 which is Chaopin suchen which can be either translated as Hyper Quadfist or Overclocking Four Punches. It also shares the same first kanji as his Japanese name 超速ヒーロー・オクロック which translates as Superfast hero O'Clock. Chinese is complicated.

I've pointed this about before, but I love the subtlety of Knuckle Duster using "Ore ga Iru" as compared to All Might saying "Watashi ga kita". Its a less formal way of saying the same thing: "I am here", but it coincides with their characters. One is over the top like "look at me im a hero whos very official" and the other is literally "im here to blitz you chumps and go home"

I like how knuckleduster knows his quirk so well that the dude is immediately like "shoot first and ask questions later" and he knows the cops won't be able to do that so his quirk means someone besides the cops will have to handle it. That guy at the end he was talking to was clearly a cop himself but he is a cop that knows he has to get dirty and talk to guys like knuckleduster himself in order to get done what he needs to get done.

O’clock was his official hero name, but Hyper Quadfist was what he was called because of his fighting habits. Remember, the villain that is idolizing him was training to mimic him. He wanted to get to where he could hit his enemies with 4 knockout punches within a second. That’s where O’clock’s Hyper Quadfist name came from.

I don't think they react to cartoons, and I also don't think that is popular with their audience. I have a very vague memory of that show, and they usually like to watch plot driven shows. I have seen a couple reactors react to that show though, you could go look for them.

buddy, that show was literally made for pre teen girls. Why the fuck would they watch that. They also watch plenty of other stuff that they actually enjoy watching. Why would they watch something their not going to like because you want them too. Also Kpop demon hunters is a recent movie that became a cultural phenomena vs a show that came out 20 years ago that I imagine most people don't even remember. They also don't need to expand the genre that they react to if they don't want to. They are literally one of the biggest reaction channel on youtube.

kpop demon hunter is a movie their kids watched and were singing for days, it's a move that is a global phenomenon, it's literally the new ' let it go'. I love Winx club just as the next person but it's a show aimed at preteen girls and about fairies, the episodes and movies are all the same premise and too episodic for their liking, they literally dropped lord of mysteries because it was to confusing regarless of the art or story, they would definetly drop or nt even consider winx club becasue nobody would watch it and their fanbase is way older than winx club, if anything my age and I'm 20, they aren't those types of reactors. If you want somene to watch you probably would, nick and cory recently watched two tinker bell movies, they might do winx if enough people reccomend it and they're pretty funny. No need to tell someone to kys because they're telling you a bold fact.

but atla is literally a wordly known show, if you go to anyone right now they'll know what alta is but not everyone is gonna know what winx club is. Atla also has serious themes in the show, people die in that show, the last person I remember ' dying' in winx was nabu and even then im pretty sure he's not even dead, he' s just in an eternal coma. Again, winx is not a stable show they would watch, maybe if the live action was better, things would be different but the live action only stirred peple away because it was so bad. winx has gone through so much whitewashing it's crazy. atla live action was actually good and is literally getting a second season while we are also getting a movie and another show, winx got a reboot that is literally aimed for kids, at least atla grew with it's audience, especially when lok came out, winx has not. girl, why do you keep saying phenomenon.. they don’t only react to things that are extremely popular. also, underground shows are the most underrated and winx live action wasn’t bad, people just didn’t like the costume design because it was so dull and ugly - and atla live action was not good, lots of people dislike it and the goofy cartoonish costumes. also netflix has a rep for cancelling good things and renewing bad things, so that’s not a good example. I also have never even watched winx club beyond season 3 because the animation changed to 3D. lastly winx club has serious plot lines. yall are acting like it’s dora 😂 they literally watch japanese animation thats way more childish than it 😂

Look as a straight adult man that did like Winx growing up, it is almost certainly aimed more at preteen girls. It does not stand the test of time nor is it as universally engaging as ATLA. Unless you have very niche interests. Also its not fair to compare it to KPOP demon hunters. KPOP is hot atm, and this channel already has a history with Korean media. It does not compete in scope/scale. In performance and reach it compares more to a modern Disney film. More specifically, I haven't seen a animated movie cross demographics and be as invasive in daily life as that since the 1st Frozen. Winx, W.I.T.CH., Totally Spies, Code Lyoko, Mucha Lucha, American Dragon, Jackie Chan Adventures, Juniper Lee, etc etc. All great shows but altogether dated and will likely be uninteresting to the broader audience, especially if they didn't grow up on it. At least not on this channel. Only exceptions I could see happening is maybe something like Xiaolin Showdown. But why would they OR the community as a collective choose those over any other far more engaging popular anime or live action/drama show?
