Lola

Please check the kdrama the Atypical Family 🙏🏾 It’s perfect for you guys

Bria A.

Pretty sure the drawing is the lawyer's wife, because why else would they have that random ass car scene if not for (hopeful) facial recognition by the audience at the end of the episode lmao. That's very much my thought process too. It's either her or the affair partner, but I can't remember what she looked like.

42:24 Lol yes that's the wife of MO EUN's lawyer, the one that was talking to him in the car. I'm guessing that drawing was in YUN SU's backpack that the prosecutor found when she ran away from her house after getting attacked by the grandpa.

Those of you who watched ahead, are probably laughing at some of the things roshi and sheera said just as much as I am. Hehehehehehehehhehehehehehe

implied spoilers below the whole “biased” conversation really does hold weight. like sheera said, as a viewer as well because honestly ? i never really found her behavior during the interrogation within the first episode to be all that weird. thus, in my mind she maintained her innocence more than i thought she could be guilty. sure, it could be seen as a little odd at first, but after her later conversation with her friend during visitation after she was arrested (the ‘i’ve seen all of csi, i know how this goes’ bit and her friend replying by asking how they could arrest someone like her), she just appeared to be a silly and eccentric woman who probably grieves differently. the story definitely threw me for a loop a few times and gave me pause, but for the most part i didn’t really feel like she did it. y’all thought her behavior was off to begin with so you were more inclined, leaning, and open to her being the killer. she just didn’t really give that to me during the first episode. and by this point i *definitely* didn’t think she’d done it (roshi was still holding on this episode lol 😭). i just think it’s funny how they put that into perspective in the actual show. how much those first encounters with her character shaped our perceptions.

Please check out the Thai Drama Clairebell it’s so good

I certainly am 😆

Joni

yeah this show is cooking my brain i still have no idea who killed her husband n how this is gonna get wrapped up. but one thing i'm assuming is that the killer who killed her husband is the same person who killed ko sehun. i might have to just finish the last 2 eps by myself cuz it's intriguing lol

Yo, the Korean justice system is cooked. It's a wonder, anything gets resolved over there. It's all hypocrisy negligence and corruption. Really makes me wonder how many innocent people are just sitting in Korean prisons all over the country. Also why is the prosecutor and his terror squad all assholes?

Jamaal Ellison

The prosecutor should resign. The individual in question might not have abducted the daughter if he had been incarcerated initially for the assault on Mo Eun or the attack on Yun Su at her residence. He intentionally gave him a pass due to public perception and sympathy, as well as his persistent accusations that Yun Su was responsible for her husband's death.

In a prior discussion, I referenced a statement on X where Roshi asserted that this work was comparable to, or at least relevant in the same discourse as, "The Glory." While it took some time for me to fully engage with this piece, I can now appreciate his perspective. I found "Dear X" to be more immediately captivating than this work; I'm fully invested in this show and I eagerly anticipate its continuation next week.

even though mo eun got her revenge.. i feel like she’s still manipulating people on the outside 😭 idk what’s up with her storyline anymore

N

yunsu just kill this man he doesn’t know what he’s doing

Facts. Can we also talk about the prison itself? The prison guards are so freaking useless. The prisoners run the show in there 😂

Jamaal Ellison

That's an absolute fact, but as I said before, I feel bad for the head prison guard lady. Because every time they escape, she feels so betrayed for trusting them. She needs to find a job that makes her happy. Because this just isn't for her.
