Beyond Evil and Taxi Driver are def good ones! Beyond evil has the same vibes as this show but a bit darker and taxi driver is a lot like the manipulated but better! Loved this show and the actresses were so good

there was a really suspicious scene in like ep 5 or something i cant exactly remember. where the psycho lawyer was at home on the phone with the other lawyer and they zoom in on his wife whos walking past behind him but she gives this look like shes really invested in his convo. i was onto her from then on but they really kept her out of the picture apart from that.

sooo i definitely cried during this watch through of this ep with y’all. 😭 my girl mo-eun - and in addition, her family’s - story is just so tragic to me. ugh. that boy really ruined their lives. like hm — i, too, believe in divine punishment. he got his just desserts.

One of the highest compliments I could give this series is that it doesn't feel like a slog to sit through, and the drama is really stretched out across the 12 episodes very well. Compared to a show like "As You Stood By," where some episodes felt kind of boring, I don't feel bored watching this show. I'm telling you, Roshi and Sheera have been picking a murderer's row of K-dramas so far, and it only makes me excited to see what they're going to watch next.

The show really hasn't put any attention on the lawyer's wife until the last three episodes every scene featuring her portrays her as sinister malevolent force puppeteering people, and manipulating events from behind the scenes. From what's been shown so far, she's always been a sociopath cuz, she's just straight evil in every scene I've seen her act in. There's no redeeming qualities . There's no innocence. She's just a bad person. And she's probably always been one. I think we saw one scene of her earlier on , and she was like in a car driving, but if the show had focused on her more earlier in the series, you would have known that she was the real culprit behind all of this. I needed to see her in sentencing and in prison.

My final thoughts on this series before I mentally close the book on it forever: looking back, it's amazing how powerful groupthink is. I actually let their opinions sway mine. For a bit, I really thought maybe Yun-su killed her husband or had a twin or split personality. Yun-su mentioned CSI and probably watching Law & Order in the first episode as a kind of guidebook for how a suspect should act. That scene basically manipulated my opinion and made me biased against her, making me think she was guilty just from her attitude. Because that's usually not how suspects behave, it's actually pretty clever writing. It's like the show knows you've probably seen a crime procedural before and uses that against you to make you think she might have done it.

I may be wrong. But I don’t think the husband cheated. We saw the evidence of him cheating in one of the flashbacks we saw when their story was unclear. But I don’t think that happened in the official story.
