LONG LIVE THE KNIGHT KING!!

Denzelwya

Would’ve been the best ep of ff 💔

Bleach Calaminator

Easily one of the best episodes of the series, and the highest rated episode of the week.

bleach

My delusional goat

Goofyahh

3:13 Jojos reference 🫣

Bleach Calaminator

10 days till The Peak of Entertainment Media: JoJo’s Steel Ball Run drops. Everything else will be made irrelevant.

Taida

Tbh him and shin were the best duo how could they

Mozart Waddell

I gotta admit all you manga readers on Patreon that hyped this fight to high heaven did not overpromise. This fight evoked the same emotion from me as the Tengen v Gyutaro and Itadori v Choso fights. Anyone who wants to watch an epic AMV from ABOKAI of this fight check the link: https://youtu.be/iP6TEci5Ess?si=FTV0FA3H-CVS3qOw

Tha Hoeless one

Been waiting for Roshi too see this fight for years ever since he said they needed to talk about authur getting kicked of the team for his bullshit lmao.

Sam

Best S3 episode

Revstarallstar .

Ik this is crazy. SPOILERS!!!!!! I think Arthur has the possibility of being death in soul eater. Excalibur true owner being death, the intro of death and the mask behind him then the cape in animation is too close to the movement of Deaths cape in Soul Eater… But of course that can all be art direction yet its a different anime studio working on it and it would have to be a conscious decision to do that

Temidire Koya

i deadass just finished the ep 20 reaction and was hunting for this lol, King Arthur the Great

DatKid_Kaneki

aye brah why all these old niggas talking about how they got no one to rival their power while benimaru is genuinely there. they deadass acting like he doesnt exist in the show so they dont fight him😫

Zeckrack

Goated episode

J

epic

Pxssive

This planet is too small for us both so lets go to the moon lol

Bakagio

The narrative the only the Knights king can Kill the Dragon. it all ties into the theme of the collective unconscious. one day someone read a story about a dragon that would bring ruin and a knight king that would defeat him. and then it happened

Paleo_Geo

MY GOAT. THE KNIGHT KING WENT OUT LIKE A COMPLETE GOAT

Bakagio

Stay tuned 😉

Hi How are ya

peeeeakkkkk and now these last 3 eps are gonna be even more peaakkkk

Revstarallstar .

Damn couldnt even give me the energy in that reply. Fair enough it would be cool to me

Tha Hoeless one

Nigga cut the planet in half with one arm. aye powerscalers where does this put him lmaooo

Ghosty

fire force verse is too broken, arthur is outerversal

Danny

Yo deadass alot of these villains talking mad shit when they arent even the strongest in their verse lol. Aizen was said to be lonely cuz he was so much more powerful than others but Yamamoto deadass would destroy Aizen in a 1v1 if neither had their zanpakuto.

Copycat

Imo the best thing a character can get is the best possible ending as it will likely be the thing that sticks with you the most and Arthur's truly is one that befits the Knight King, a truly mythical battle that lived up to even the original legend. Def one of my personal favorite fights of all time and equally as glad that in the end Arthur truly lived as everyone's foolish King.

DatKid_Kaneki

ik its the narrative but him and ole granny talkin like beni just doesnt exist yfm yk how ppl in jjk are like “but gojo” i feel like beni is in that level fs

Boogie

You just couldn’t resist huh

Dylan Hull

Yamamoto only had a chance vs Aizen because of his Zanpakuto

Taida

Wdym

Hi How are ya

he does have a role, and he fulfilled it. he is dead.

Discorded

beni would get smoked by dragon lol

Fizzy 🐉

Sheera took some gummies before the reaction it seems 😭😭😭😭

Smoqky

If Arthur is gone fr fr this Is my last episode

RedSunCrusher!!!

I know it was heavily applied that both Dragon and Arthur would die but dang man it was still a bit unexpecting for me rest in peace to the knight king.

Leu

The way he went out made me depressed gang

Unknown

Im predicting some half- devil half-hero powerup from Shinra. Like that one form from Sinbad

SpecLeione

I'm sorry but I got to be one them guys... Reading this in the manga truly made me love Aruthur. The anime doesn't do it justice especially with the artwork anime vs manga. That shit hit so much harder in the manga. This felt like a seven deadly sins flashback damn. The choreography in the manga was sensational. but hey it is what it is.

Delinda Arts

Let the record reflect that it was BIG Arthur "STARMAN" Boyle 💫

Delinda Arts

Dragon's Armour looks so much like Bomb Devil's design. shit hard as hell. the colors in this episode looked absolutely stunning as well!

Elijah Greggs

Honestly the best fight of the season so far

soniq

I’m check out the manga if it’s that’s good also do they explain what the star ring did for him

DevilMayCarter

Arthur having his Vegeta moment, acknowledging Shinra as "hero" and to finish this up.

Drey

Delete this. Indirect spoiler.

Taida

How

Zodiac_purp999

RIP ARTHUR!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😫😫😫😭😭😭😭

ChefSauce

I didn’t read it, but it seems that Arthur as a link with Adolla, which is why he becomes stronger every time he imagines himself to be strong. Since Adolla was brought closer to the real world his power of imagination enhanced, so because he imagined the star ring to be special and to give him the ability to fight in space, he could breathe.

ChefSauce

In reality, the ring does nothing special, Arthur’s imagination is what made it work

Tbdovan

Guess in about 2 or 3 episodes they'll be able to watch the OP. Also not many shows are bold enough to kill off basically a rival to the MC.

Nikabee

You know, I was thinking that the whole hope vs despair thing was familiar, but this episode really solidified how much this season is inspired by Danganronpa. Dragon is basically Junko, the Ultimate Despair. He came to the same conclusion she did, that the only thing in life that is real and guaranteed is the despair of death, and the only thing either of them had to look forward to in life is their own deaths. It's just crazy to think how influential Danganronpa is on anime 😅

Taida

Like the only way to see this is to scroll down and read the comments before watching the reaction and that makes it worse

the haliban

lmfaooo nigga excuse me?

Shockzz1234

I'm...kinda with you. I thought the anime did fine and it was nowhere near as bad as some of the shit 7DS did, BUT while i read this fight in manga form, I truly thought it was one of the greatest manga fights i've ever seen. Reading it week to week I was insanely hype for it, the artwork was incredible. The anime did fine, but did not reach the level of the manga basically.

Antonio

this episode was fuckin gas!!!!!! bro!!!!!

Bloodcrusnik

I honestly wasn't expecting this show to be so SMT coded. It's been a super fun ride makes want to go back and play some SMT.

bleach

😭

cobra22

the only thing I wish is that they gave the fight a video game like ending declaring Arthur the victor 😭

Zarius Rogers

your working backwards killed me

Dede

Danganronpa did not create, nor does it have a monopoly on concepts like Despair and Hope. These themes were already present in the creator’s previous work Soul Eater. To imply that Danganronpa was somehow the inspiration for all of this is absurd lol

Jason Sandoval

It might seem crazy what I'm bout to say

Kevin

I’m glad I wasn’t the only one feeling like this. I feel like the episode should have been a little longer or that it deserved two episodes. The manga emotionally just hit better

Sauceless

Excaliburrrrrr!!!

Ryomendy

Man been waiting for this fight since I read it during covid lowkey knew they couldn’t top the Raw artwork of those amazing drawings 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Victor

I have to be honest. While this fight is still epic, I like the manga version better. The most important difference is that there are supposed to be three rounds of Arthur vs. Dragon. The first was when Arthur was with the 8th Company, and this is the last fight. That's right, they straight-up skipped round 2 and the aftermath to jump into the final round. If anybody wonders why Arthur suddenly becomes so powerful, that's why. Arthur was supposed to get another power-up journey, and that part is pretty interesting. But it is what it is ig, they did a great job with the final fight tho.

tygspeedy

nigga sliced the planet holy fuck animation was clean 😮‍💨

Wsgyan

Oh my god they butchered this fight bro it was still great don’t get me wrong but in the manga it was so much better im not even trynna sound like an asshole or anything they also ruined Charon’s death bro wtf

Kinny Larsoking

Bruh it was clean af ! I don’t know what you’re talking about

Wsgyan

They skipped 3/4 of the fight same thing with Charon

Alex

That was raw!

Jay

Does anyone know where the schedule post is for the week? They didn’t post one last week and I was just curious.

Frazão

I loved this episode but just found out that apparently in the manga this fight starts episodes ago when they're fighting Charon, and the big explosion that Charon does when he dies is actually redirected by Hinawa and Maki towards Dragon and that's what blast him off to space, that would've been cool to see in the anime

Gary Montfort

Is that not hao from shaman king lol

Mykelli

Benimaru is the strongest pyrokinetic and can control all flames around him, but Dragon can punch wholes in people’s chests without extra firepower

HypeRec

I don't understand why people are disagreeing with you it was heavily rushed and the only really good scene was the sequence after dragon split the ocean

Tsuki

Peace

Wsgyan

Most of em are prolly anime onlys lol cause there’s no way they didn’t see how rushed it was

Wsgyan

He’s not talking to you he’s talking to the ichigo pfp that replied

Derpin

Seeing this Dragon and Hell's Paradise's Tamiya/Dragon Blade is funny to me. It's like watching the same character. It's so great.

Asher Ealey

If the JJK and Frieren episodes were like UFC matchups, this was like a major WWE matchup. Even though the episode, the fight, and the overall quality of the episode wasn’t on the level of the other two, the hype and the enjoyment level were still very high. Solid 8-8.5/10 episode. RIP Arthur. Bro went out like a legend

Tavis

This was done fairly well, but yeah it's rushing through the whole fight to cram it in one episode. In the manga, Arthur has a little 'trianing arc' where he goes back home to play discount Dragon Quest. As he and Vulcan are going through the game, the other fights are happening in parallel with the game. Once Arthur gets to the final boss fight with the game Dragon, he deems himself sufficiently trained and fast-travel warps (with the game sounds) to dragon to start the real fight.

sol jam

This was awesome but the spoilers made it confusing I thought he was going to turn into a certain character from Soul Eater

Ariana

Thats not the point though. Ofc it was rushed and cut content, but for anime only viewers the fight was pretty dope still.

Wsgyan

Why would you comment I literally said compared to the manga I don’t care about anime only watchers lol and that a lie cause most of em don’t even understand how Arthur got this strong and why they fought in space which was explained during the second round that they didn’t adapt

Giyuu

??? That’s why you don’t look at spoilers lmao

Giyuu

How is it better in the manga ?? It’s literally just a few pages of drawn panels … there’s no way any fight is better in a manga lmfao

McKee Drain

THE TRUE KNIGHT KING AUTHUR!!!

Wsgyan

Nigga you got giyu as you pfp ofc you’ll say anime is always better lmao pack it up

PennyWhysTV

This was the Episode that put it above Attack on Titan for me.

Lettuce

Bros never read before

Oliver

9:00 Mongolian throat singing always fits XD

GojosHoho

Arthur 😞that's so fucked. I'll miss him 😭 he went out epic but damn 😭😭😭😭
