I’m optimistic about how they are moving forward with the Muse persona and Heather’s character. Last season’s Muse (Bastien) was a dud, and Heather has been infuriating to watch for most of her time on the show, but I feel like there’s some interesting elements that will help salvage the whole thing in future episodes. Heather’s portrayal of madness is so much more interesting than Bastien’s. I really hope they give her a level up that makes sense, whether it’s biological (mutation) or mystical. Nothing too crazy, but something that makes her more of a menace than a few months of martial arts and weapons training.

The way that that scene with matt and Fisk in front of each other kinda mirrored when mark was taking thraggs deal is insane except it completely switched. Mark had no choose but to take the deal of the oppressor but Matt was able to create a deal that Fisk had no choose but to accept. Mark and Fisk were both so reluctant in the acceptance and refused mutiple times before realizing the reality of the situation peak lol.

notice the lack of, and worse, the restraint shown during "task force" being brutalized scenes by the heroes while Fisk's rampage was shown wholeheartedly simultaneously on as lupa was saying , The people. Essentially the show tried to subtly induce fear in to those standing up to unlawful abuses of government powers. take it how you will, this episode showed an awful take on justice. even pablo escobar an actual $-billionaire kingpin (he wanted to become president to even) was eventually killed. Disney the billion dollar corp. is Sick for this in my opinion. but oh well we had to continue getting more kingpin somehow. but they made daredevil look weak not righteous.

Pretty incredible finale, I loved it~ Loved seeing Luke again(now I need to go rewatch Luke Cage). I also agree with putting Kingpin to the side for the next season. Heather terrorizing everyone seems plausible for s3, but I wouldn't mind a bigger villain from the comics that hasn't been seen yet being the focus.

Roshi you gotta put 2 n 2 together sometimes Kingpin has been jailed 2x before this already and he gets out in a few episodes in both instances. Him being out of New York and sentenced to exile for the time being is a far greater punishment than him just goin to prison

That finale was freaking amazing!! No complaints. The crowd of New Yorkers I was really hesitant at first and thought it was gonna be pretty corny but the way they had them become fodder for Fisk's onslaught and then jump this man was beautiful to watch. Really happy Matt didn't get a happy ending I mean in a sense he did because he saved the city but he still have to face Justice. Fisk getting the deal of a lifetime from the AG and Matt not even getting a pardon is one of the biggest miscarriage of justice this entire season. Luke looks amazing! I can't wait for a Bullseye series hope he give Kate and Hawkeye a bad time in their next season. Where the fuck is Danny 🥲

Nah, they established earlier in the season with a conversation with Vanessa that Fisk hates the beach. And Matt isn't going to kill him and he says to Fisk that sending him to prison isn't going to do anything cause we've already seen what happens when they try that. I get that it's unsatisfying for a viewer, but this is probably Matt's only play here.

The fact that last episode Buck didn’t actually shoot Daniel, he lets him live and lies to Fisk. That’s why he’s so hurt when he’s aiming the gun at Daniel, but they changed him the script and CGI him shooting the gun and Daniel’s head moving. I think Fisk being exiled rather than imprisoned is a best case scenario for all parties. Him being incriminated means him admitting to all of the shady dealings with the CIA, and a higher chance of him still being a huge threat in the criminal underworld. With exile, it’s a higher chance of cutting him out from the U.S. and its government’s involvement entirely

Yeah I'm kind of curious who they'll have as the main villain since they've made so many of Matt's villains in the show more grounded and they killed a lot off in the early season. I think the closest they had to a supernatural villian was Nobu, Electra and The Hand since they screwed up Muse's introduction by making him a normal guy. But given how good this season was I'm gonna let em cook
