J Man

CLOY Drop!

fluffypuppy2k

next k drama be mr queen pleaseeee pleaseee~

Marlia

The irony of the episode talking about how folks fall in love after pretending to be together, and the 2 leads actually fall in love because of the show.

Sue.Reads. Alottt

awww the kid feeding his sister got me, this is such a fun rewatch for me love seeing the squad moments the award show haha

Mel Renee

yess i'm so happy that they are still together irl and even have a son! I hope they continue to be happy together.

AbstractDread

Here we are a week later for another episode of this masterpiece

What’s more hilarious is that when he announced his “fiancée” from SK, the REAL one from an arranged marriage shows up in this episode (the one that briefly showed up in the intro of this series that was never shown until here). So idk if you guys hadn’t picked up from the 2 brothers, let’s just say one of them will be more of a dick than than the other, based on their personality and all as the series continues on. Oh yeah, and I’m sure y’all hadn’t heard figured out from this chemistry (and one of the few times this happens in real life); they’re an actual family that got married after this drama ended, so in a way, they got a literal happy ending in real life with a baby boy from their marriage 🥰

WTT_321

You can say this is the sequel to this series, only it actually happened 😂

The ajummas pulled up on Captain Ri like they were Prince on Charlie Murphy! With pancakes 🥞!!!

J Man

This drama was like their 2nd date. They started dating after their first KDrama together, the movie called "The Negotiation" which was a movie all about them talking to each other. They had such good chemistry on set that CLOY came to be, then came the baby 🍼

J Man

The ajummas mentioning "Kimchi Battle" made me think of the classic Kimchi Slap meme (which most of y'all saw recreated several times in Business Proposal)

Phone cards are like pre-internet Asian tech. Since I grew up in the 90s before internet (I'm in my 30s). I remember my mom and the local Chinese aunties betting with prepaid phone cards in mahjong games 🀄 (phone cards to contact friends and family)!!! Now they are obsolete with Skype, Zoom, Teams, WeChat, etc...

Roshi: You don't shower? (Roshi forgetting they bathe in a bag and bucket in the rural part of NK)

J Man

Ey! The birth of our man "tomato cultivator"! But that post-credit scene was sweet because Ri saying how much the word "piano" meant to him, given his past in Switzerland. That scene hits hard also after playing Expedition 33 last year 😉.

Nita - Kento's Widow

Those kids had me tearing up for the small moment they were on screen... There's so many things going on, Se-ri's missing plot, Ri's investigation, family off-brand succession plot, criminal plot, overarching love theme/plot—I see why people like this! Keeps you engaged and interested, the hour feels like nothing to me

J Man

I've watched this before and love the pacing. Some KDramas have hour to hour and a half episodes and feel like they drag. This show has so many plotlines with good pacing, the hour just flies by and has the viewer wanting more.

RENISNOTOK

It warms my heart to know the 2 main actors got married shortly after this drama and have a lovely kid now ✨

Joni

roshi's voice at the end discussion sounds way too tired 😭😭😭 i heard ur schedule looks crazy u gotta take some breaks bro

Sallie Andrea

The people steal the windshields wipers or car parts so they can sell them

Sallie Andrea

The lineage isn’t important it’s funny because she has lineage in North Korea and he has lineage in South Korea . It’s ironic that their names have roots in the opposite country

Un Known

Y'all I beg you from the bottom of my heart, watch Vincenzo (this one can easily be a trio reaction), Lovely Runner, I bet you won't be disappointed

stupeyca

What?! I had no idea of this IRL lore.

Shahrul Nizam

Can you guys react to Hi Bye Mama! for the next korean series :)

Meruka Hinaru

I find it so cute every time I watch CLOY again and just think how they really fell in love for each other in real life and now they are married and have a beautiful family together <3

rickie woodson

interesting to have a romance where they unknowingly met/were close to meeting before. there is a movie like these about these people who almost kept meeting since childhood, in the same places (same school different classes, same stores, same concerts, etc) til they finally meet in their 30s. i think it has collide in it and thats the meet cute "when we collide"

rickie woodson

too bad korea is too superficial to make these guys look like they should. no hair products? no skin products? not buying it with the way these guys look. they need bad military hair cuts with nothing but a wet comb ran through it

Black_Star

This show is completely breaking my ankles cause idk where it's heading but I'm locked in🤣🤣🤣
