19:15 Hey, that rice crust actually be hittin' though. It is as it sounds, it's the burnt part of the rice at the bottom of the pot. Asians eat them like potato chips (my Chinese mom even packed me rice crusts for school lunch. Rice crust and condensed milk). Nice Korean restaurants in the US also give you rice crusts for dipping (usually Soondoobu places, or bars). In fact, I'm pretty sure Michelin Star Korean Restaurants sell rice crusts on their menu (hot stone rice crusts)

Ohhhhh! I love BCD Tofu House (there are a few near where I grew up in Los Angeles)! BCD is one of those places that burn the rice crisps on the stone bowls and also use the crisps to make Roasted Rice-Barley tea! And you also dip the rice chips into the Soondubu like nachos
