2026-10-05 14:00 I find it interesting a lot of people missed the fact that, that was woojins first time fighting baekjung. He had no experience against him or dealing with the metal before. He held up. I’ve always felt like woojin can handle a beating better. That fight was 100% in his hands. Glad u guys actually paid attention and realized he was loosing on purpose cuz so many people missed that whole convo somehow. I’ve always felt like people kinda discredit woojin as a fighter in the show. Especially this season. people think just because he’s smaller but mainly since he might not have the classic over the topic comic boot/anime strength gunwoos character has, or is super fast like that means he can’t fight or isn’t as good of a fighter & that’s not the case. It’s just 2 different styles. and obvs the injury didnt help

this season was amazing. A rare moment of the 2nd season being better than the first (for me). This season was about the mental trauma response from S1. For Gunwoo, this season was about him struggling to keep his morality/, not lose who he is while still trying to defend the people he loves. They have been fighting for their lives since s1 and this season the trauma was just SO UNNECESSARY. All the “gunwoo cried to much, he was to sensitive/emotional,” like that's been his character since S1 hello. After the trauma they went through and continue to deal with, he will be even more emotional. Then woojin. I feel like people don't hold his trauma as serious as they do for Gunwoo. This man suffered the BIGGEST LOST compared to everybody else. He lost his boxing career/dream, forced to become a coach just to stay in the world he loves. but most importantly his whole character arc. We see him go from the mentally/emotionally strong, funny, older brother who always stayed positive, always knew what to say/do to support his baby bro Gunwoo S1 to now a more emotional, traumatized, self-doubting woojin who struggled with not being able to fully protect not just himself the way he knows he could/should but also the people he loves as well. it was so sad but such a realistic change on his behalf, and I loved it so much. Then having Gunwoo become what Woojin has always been for him: a source of hope to not give up… beautiful. I must say I think S2 Woojin is my fav. his character “hate” or should I say more “annoyance” I saw people have was so unnecessary. Like just say u didn’t pay attention to the show at all 🤣

This shows hand to hand was so good in s1 and to step it up and make it even better in s2 is crazy. The parts where gun woo and the main villain are both throwing and taking hits was crazy and as Lupa says "IM NEED A GAME RIGHT NOW"

This series feels like Cobra Kai with higher stakes. You can miss me with all this sportsmanship nonsense. These dudes tried to hurt my mom; they've been plotting to do it since the first episode. They broke someone out of prison to get to her, none of them are seeing the inside of a cell everyone. Personally, involved with her suffering and ptsd is getting their Christmas canceled.

But yeah excited to see season 3, presumably taking place in my home country.
