(NO SPOILERS!) Something about mr.robot that I think is worth mentioning is that all the hacking in this show is very accurate! The only inaccurate thing about it is how fast certain characters pull certain things off because well… it’s a show and If u wouldn’t do that the pace would be cooked. Sam esmail the creator of the show was mad that in basically every show, or movie the hacking is portrayed wrong. He wanted to make the hacking in this show as accurate as possible because we hadn’t had that really before in shows or movies. So you can definitely say this show is hacker approved! He wanted to portray actual hacker culture which this show nails until the end! So every time u hear a character explain an exploit then yeah… that’s how u would do that. The only unrealistic thing is how fast they pull certain things off.

Man, has anyone seen the movie "Fight Club"? Lol, it's so obvious that the dude with glasses is a figment of his imagination. He hasn't interacted with a single other person, not once. I already had my suspicions, but this episode confirmed it for sure. And I'll take it a step further, since he's imagining him, it's probably someone he actually knows. Let me guess: his dad? Or maybe an older brother he had, or some mentor who taught him all that hacking stuff. I'm not gonna look it up because I don't want to be spoiled, but lmao, this episode made it so obvious. I'm surprised Roshi, Lupa, or Sheera haven't brought that theory up, seems pretty much in your face

I came to this episode to post the same thing! I ironically had started my IT job when this show was airing which gave me such a meta experience then of things I would see at work to stay on top of things, even though it’s a show 😅. I can’t wait til they get to the deeper episodes.

Ya I struggled through mr robot at times, but it's a very well done show. Primarily it's a vibe show. You gotta be vibing with that slow monotonous burn, the wide sweeping shots of ceilings capping off the architecture in every shot, grandiose music bigger than the scene it overlays foreshadowing what is to come, and characters glued to the wrong side of the frame whilst they're talking as if we're encouraged to sit inside their brain and pick apart their thoughts rather than listen to their words. But that ain't me dawg. Secondarily, it's a revelation show. Some episodes drop absolute bombshells that completely change all those previous pointless scenes into works of art dripping with poetry between the lines screaming so loud you wonder how you didn't see it the first time around. That's what I liked about the show. Watching it after having seen it all is 1000x times better and like watching a whole new show. I am very glad I stuck through it to the end. Although I acknowledge it still may not be for everyone, but that's ok.

Personally I find it much more entertaining to see the reactors come up with theories on their own and not just hear them talk about how they saw a theory in the comments in the opening of the next post that they now believe because it was just handed to them. That's IF they read the comments, maybe they are wary of spoilers. I prefer it when they have these thoughts naturally. But I'm not a moderator so who cares.

Common joke the creator made in interviews is „It‘s just fight club with hacking“ 😭 Even if you know that now i don’t think people should be this mad u said that cause it doesn’t freaking matter cause it’s a mistery that is solved very fast anyway and in the grand scheme of things the mistery of that certain plot threat isn’t what makes this show so awesome.

That's not how it works, dumbass. You can make an argument that it's okay for them to do this as long as YOU the viewer, are not using it as a market substitute. YOU using their reactions as a first time viewing experience is what makes it illegal per se, while the rest of us watching it for their reactions makes it dubious.
