To be clear they did say last episode that the game was outdated. So alot of that was probably like post slavery stuff in America where black people were just getting rights and there were tons of rumors about them to scare people like them jumping higher and running fast. Not a manga reader btw So they probably CAN have betters jobs now but still face alot of discrimination.

Yaku/Drug Cat slipped that GPS tracker at the start of the episode. I didn't catch it until I saw the reaction. You see her hand go into her hair as she's leaning over to give her directions. She went about it the most extra way possible, but good looking out. Maybe next time though, try to get her going the right way first.

I wonder, though. Probably because we're in the POV's of some down bad Beastfolk, but we don't really see that happening. I don't remember seeing any nurses or doctors in the two random hospital scenes, but they did have Beastfolk tech with that heart monitor thing. They seem to have specific part time day labor type agencies for them. I guess you may be talking about that while the law says they can, it really isn't going to happen for them.

13:49 She wasn't erasing the screen. She was cutting out pieces from a pattern film that has stippling on it. Its how they make shades of grey without doing the stippling or crosshatching by hand. She was cutting from the middle, which is apparently wasteful.

all that stuff they said is true, the cats are truly scary if they live forever always create a cat child and are much stronger. the only issue is they have a low drive to do anything and need alot more of smokes etc to get the same high humans do so they do it in such an excess

The whole manga assistant segment, weirdly reminded me of that one 1 episode from the first season of Bakuman. The one where Mashiro goes to work for Eiji and they both bond so much with the assistants turned later friends that "The Crow" gets even better since Eiji learns to listen to the feedback and Mashiro gets a new fire in him🙂
