Honestly i feel like the fatherly reflection in ultron was created due to Tony and Banner’s shaky or antagonistic relationships with their own fathers. Tony never understood his father until the end and Banners father was cruel so both subconsciously added traits they wanted from their relationships with their fathers into Ultron.

I also think a reason Ultron is so good at being a father is because he's based off Tony's mind who we know was a good father to his own daughter and technically, Peter and Haley... also security is probably trash now because JARVIS was in charge of security 😭😭

Ultron would be absolutely terrible writing and would ruin the entire series. Agatha doesn’t make sense at all. From what we got, Sharon or Valentina would be a possibility. Hell, maybe even someone forgettable like Tyler Hayward, since he’s the one who had Vision rebuild in the first place.

Wanda definitely is not the robot but she is 10000% not dead. All the hints of her coming back is literally right there especially when Ultron talked about the future with vision and told him it wasn't the past but allowed vision to see a future with all of the family together and then not to mention the many many times Wanda was brought up like come on!! Bring mother back nowwww.
