Saw the schedule and thought we were getting this tomorrow. Blessed be 🙌🏾

Devin B

Lol we got the 4 drop

Doc Anime!

THAT’S WHY HE’S THE GOAT!!!!!!!! 🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾

lord aang

W Roshi for dropping all 4 eps

Jonathan Hart

Best first season of avatar ever. The series is finally back😭🙏🏽

Has Noname

Great 1st season. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I actually liked it

PJ Rivera

I was a big doubter in this series seeing the new artstyle and story direction but they cooked hope they don’t pull Korra and have an abysmal Season 2

Jones

The Creators confirmed Pavi is Korra’s direct successor and has Raava (the light protecting her from Nisha’s attack) which means Korra lived a long ass time, and the state Pavi goes in is called the Chakra state. All colours of the chakras combine into pure white, the Avatar glow we see.

PAM

Now, I acknowledge that there's probably some missing context that's probably gonna be revealed in the future, but still, fuck those parents. Karthik is Nisha's real Dad.

Isaiah jaramillo

The Goat himself has answered our prayers 🙏

ARC98

Omg kisses for everyone!!!

King Tayo

Idk if there’s more to the story but Nisha and Pavi parents are trash lol like fuck that was horrible

SunxBreathing

Do we know if Nisha created the anomaly or was it just responding to her fear?

Fabrizio Rossi

My take on the Nisha situation: SHE DIDN'T DO IT. AND IF SHE DID, IT WASN'T THAT BAD. AND IF IT WAS, THAT'S NOT A BIG DEAL. AND IF IT IS, THAT'S NOT HER FAULT. AND IF IT WAS, SHE DIDN'T MEAN IT. AND IF SHE DID, THEY DESERVED IT.

DilliePickle

PAIN! They’re just babies! great season!

PAM

Some people theorize, and I kinda agree, that the twins' parents didn't intend to send that note to the White Lotus to pick up Nisha. They sent it to the Bending Brigade, and Nisha was just lucky that Karthik, of all people, got it. They probably meant to send her to her death.

PAM

I can't bring myself to give a shit that they're dead.

Jalan

Also I’ve been meaning to say the fire bender girl of the faceless is voiced by Mai Ling from Warrior

Drake Chuckle

Honestly, as an avatar fan I enjoyed the story and the characters, and when the animation tried it did look good, I just wish it was more consistent, hoping that they improve as they go, looking forward to more!

Semaj Brown

I mean we do have to acknowledge, what sparked that outburst. Yeah she cost her sister her leg and killed their parents but it was an accident caused from them putting her through a traumatic event aka abandonment. Any little child would lost it if they were getting left behind and separated from their siblings. This one just so happens to be the avatar. So a tantrum has more consequences

Hatty Time

Ah yes the Korra response. I like how much this is a meme now.

Gabbi R

Pavi my goat

Amir

I Love This Series and i’m so happy it’s made a return for a few years.

ultraviolet

of course...lupa would be the one to try to justify the parents bullshit, blame nisha and not see what happened wasnt her fault. the spirit is FEAR not evil. she didnt "create" it, shes being taken over by it

Devin B

Yeah their dad is up there in the ranks of bad parents just right under Ozai

FeAr_ Greed

This was far more interesting than I thought and I think it’s a good thing that the twins have some time a part to go on separate journeys. Lord knows they need to go on some searching away after all that tragedy coming at once AND in the middle of a disaster.

N

YES ID RATHER SAY GOODBYE TO MY ‘EVIL’ DAUGHTER THEN LEAVE HER OUT IN THE HARSHLANDS ALLOOONEE THINKING NEXT MAN IS GONNA COME GET HER

N

daemin blood bending book two

Michael

Great reaction, just wish Lupa didn’t talk so much over some important moments.

lord aang

It was Karthik who was meant to find Nisha if you remember from Episode 5 they sent a letter to Karthik notifying him about Pavi

Ed

Solid first season. The plot is enough to keep me interested. My one critique is that the dialogue and voice acting, mainly from the supporting cast, felt basic.

st

Honestly, great season overall. Story is great, characters are fun. The mystery and world building is next level this time around. Maybe the only thing holding it back is the animation can feel choppy.

Kelven_140

I hope we get more flashback because this was really good finale but some of the middle staff was felt like we were missing some important information about what really happend. I hope season 2 is gonna explain more things about during that long period.

Jones

I’m not lying lol they’ve done a bunch of interviews after to clarify things and even said S2 is post production

Kelven_140

I wouln't say the "best" but these last 4 eps especially the finale made this season really good. I give solid 7/10 mainly because some early eps that i didn't really enjoyed or felt invested in it BUT the rest was really dope and by each ep it was getting better and better.

The Villain

I heard a theory They wrote the note to Karthik to find nisha, to train her so she can control her powers so they can prevent another cataclysm from happening

Maxy7maxy

The creators explicitly explained the red energy is not Vaatu and that Nisha is also a direct successor of Korra.

Jonathan Hart

No, it's most definitely the best. Didn't linger and actually developed Pavu and Nisha so well. That's the reason the finale even is that good. Show has potential to be the best in the franchise tbh

Kelven_140

That's people main issue with Seven Heaven because animation/art is not that consitent as it was in ATLA or Korra which is understandable. I really hope too that it's gonna improve overtime but we shall see. The story the main what made me really enjoy it as a whole. Plus some character that i didn't cared about not much like Jae.

#1 Anime Glazer

I love the way the show is going , story wise these twins are going to blow us away I can already tell. Them being separated and in different havens adds so much depth too, this is why I always loved avatar 🔥

Jones

No they said Pavi is, her name literally means Light. They wouldn’t show her in the Avatar Cosmos otherwise or the glow protecting her.

GameGod

Ayeeee Jae is the first member of this team avatar! I wonder who else we will pick up along the way and I wonder if Nisha will have her own team

RF

You know those news stories where a toddler or something gets their hands on a gun and accidently shoots someone? It's that. Also, the parents were very obviously afraid of Nisha, and when the dad said someone was coming to help Nisha, Pavi didn't question it. So I think Nisha did some fuck shit before that flashback that made the parents scared shitless. And they've seen them bend multiple elements in the earlier flashbacks, so it's the Avatar stuff that scared them. . .

Devin B

I like Karthik's character because before we thought he was plotting to use the girls for something but he genuinely wants to protect them, especially Nisha when he lied to her about being found in Ellora just to protect her from the possibility of being abandoned

LeFlaneur

I… I have some feelings about this series.. not quite as locked in as I was after season 1 of ATLA and LOK, but I’m looking forward to season 2. I just hope they can tighten up the dialogue, characters and animation.

Jalan

Remember Karthik was supposed to get Nisha. Their parents told him about her at least

Hyphenz

Yall forgot Karthik was supposed to go get Nisha. But tbh I think Nisha’s chakra was out of control maybe cuz of Vaatu

Jalan

Pretty sure that’s what was said in the show

Sidney

Writers wanted to implement Kaio-Ken so bad lol

Nobody lol

erm not too much on korra

Amir

Yeaa Lupa tripping i’m not abandoning my kid cause i’m afraid of the avatar returning😭😭😭MY KID ?? No 😂

Zanni

Their parents implied that Karthik was on his way to help Nisha. Remember that episode he said they called for him.

KTRB7

Pavi really popped off. I'm really proud of her. That being said, I bet her next chakra will have to do with the guilt of leaving Nisha behind in Ellora, also maybe not being able to protect her parents.

Tre Staples

This😂👏🏾👏🏾

Rico Perez

Maybe im an ass but considering Nisha over here floating and glowing red and black like the antichrist im qith Lupa yeah i ain’t saying shit and im not sticking around to see if the demon baby bites my head off when i tell her she’s gonna live somewhere else

Hamza

LUPA NEEDS TO STOP SHE IS 8 YEARS OLD AND BLAMING A KID

Nobody lol

No she manifested so she kinda created by accident. creator have said this

Euphoria Cutie

To clarify Karthik was suppose to find her. Her parents sent him a letter telling him where the avatar is and he was suppose to find her there sleeping.

Tempest

It's pretty much arcane all over again with lupa

Ty

I’m sorry this may sound horrible, but I have little sympathy for Pavi & Nisha’s parents. Abandoning a toddler (badly by the way, she literally saw them leaving) and expecting them to not have an emotional outburst that may be catastrophic with her powers is very stupid lol. Could’ve handled that whole situation WAY better.

Drake Chuckle

The switch-up with Pavi's demeanor/attitude felt very hype for some reason, even though I love her being a silly dork usually.

Devin B

You're take is valid, even if we assume the parents tried to get Nisha help that's definitely the wrong way to go about breaking the news to her, they're giving her unnecessary trauma.

dhi

thank you roshi and sheera for actually showing empathy towards nisha

Luffy_77

Remember that their parents told Karthik to come pick up Nisha at their house, why they left her we don't know yet, but I'm guessing they wanted Karthik to... imprison the avatar... so they gave up Nisha and not Pavi and we don't know why exactly

Yourboy Gman

I dont think Nisha locked the Chakras, rather it happened when korra died.

Luffy_77

They did leave Nisha with Karthik, he was supposed to find her sleeping in the house alone when he came for her, why the parents took Pavi and left Nisha we don't know yet, also I doubt the parents are dead

James

After this episode I saw a take that makes so much sense and will probably make you hate the parents more is than you think you could [“when the parents were abandoning Nisha to get taken in by Karthik, you were probably blurting out something along the lines of "Why didn't one of you stay with her until Karthik came?" It wasn't until a bit later that I realized I was making too many charitable assumptions in their favor. In fact, there's a lot of discourse that makes too many assumptions in their favor like "What did Nisha do to make them afraid?" 4 points: 1) They sent the letter to Karthik as the captain of the Brigade, not as a member of the White Lotus. Karthik just happened to be a member of the White Lotus, because of that happenstance we tend to give the parents some leniency. But the White Lotus is a small, crazy cult in this setting; wouldn't it be far more likely to just know Karthik as the captain of the Brigade? From here on out everything the parents do starts making sense in a horrendous way. 2) Remember that Uki had to stage her kidnapping because she feared her family getting ostracized. Face and family are important. If they just gave up Nisha to the Brigade, they'd still be known as "the family that birthed the Avatar." Even assuming Nisha doesn't give away Pavi as an Avatar, they'd be facing scrutiny for the rest of their lives. Having someone stay behind to give Nisha to Karthik defeats the purpose of leaving in the middle of the night, they don't want to be known at all. 3) Getting Nisha to panic is the most likely way to prove that she's the avatar. What's that? A man coming you to the night to take you away? What better instance would there be to force Nisha to prove she's the avatar than by making her panic bend all the elements to defend herself? You think she'd willingly prove she's the avatar before she's locked up or worse? 4) Nisha doesn't need to go avatar state to "Destroy this family" she only has to be who she is. We've seen Nisha throughout the season. She hates hiding. This girl would jump on any chance to prove she's not a bad avatar so it's not a question of whether if she's going to blow her cover, it's when. Nisha doesn't need to do something otherworldly scary like lose control to make her parents scared, she's just inevitably going to reveal herself and go back to point number 2. If go into the final memory from this perspective, that heartbreaking scene makes terrifying sense from a cold, rational perspective. Getting caught with Nisha in tow outs them and will destroy the family. They abandoned Nisha because she can't hide who she truly is while Pavi can. They made the most rational choice they could in a world with irrational beliefs: they chose to abandon Nisha to save Pavi. No secret White Lotus taking her in, no freaky outburst that physically endangers their lives, just two scared people making "the hard choice" in their fear and showing the evil inherent in something like that.]

Mad4Life

Respect to Roshi for being a true father in saying he wouldn't just abandon his daughter. Lupa thinks succumbing to fear and abandoning his kids would be the right answer when it's the very reason why the twins parents got cooked.

IanW645

Lupa staying classy jumping right into demonizing a 6 year old in the middle of being abandoned lol. Screw the parents: "Let's abandon our toddler in the middle of the night without a word and then push her away in the middle of a sandstorm!" They deserved what they got and worse, I hope they were alive under those rocks and suffocated. It's just a shame Pavi got hurt in the crossfire. I need season 2 NOW.

Rcola25 Jr

This show was ight. Was definitely a better watch with Roshi and the crew! Hopefully, next book has better adventures and storytelling. The back n forth between the sisters got old in my opinion.

IanW645

I would have to imagine it was responding to her fear because if not WTF was with the fear pool? How did all of that juice build up in just a handful of years and only start spawning these anomalies once both Avatars were in Ellora? We're missing major context.

Xylophage

me when I attempt to abandon my 7-year-old daughter alone at night and literally rip her twin sister away from her while she's screaming and crying

IanW645

Korra was originally supposed to be a 1-off wasn't it? This time ASH started off greenlit for 2 seasons and supposedly they're basically done with season 2 so I would think things would be much more coherent and put together.

.jazbati

rather say goodbye!? wdym?

Mikhaela

i'm so sorry, but lupa's take on nisha's parents leaving her alone really isn't it. let's not forget that pavi and nisha were only 6 YEARS OLD in that flashback, since it happened 3 years ago, and they're only 9 in the present timeline. why would you leave a 6-year-old child alone in the middle of the night without even making sure someone was coming to get her? yes, karthik was instructed to pick her up in the eastern outskirts, but couldn't they have at least waited for him to arrive before leaving??? it's just so messed up. honestly, the parents deserved what they got for leaving her behind.

Isaac Cobbinah

if only this nigga could just stop talking during important moments and just pay attention to the show

Lukas

an other case of lupa hating kids

2026-11-03 04:00 Well then you definitely get your heat bitten off because you just triggered said demon baby. At least take the chance to try and explain things to the kid. Like FFS you let her sleep in the same bed as your "good kid" who clearly loves her enough to jump out of your arms to go tackle her in a hug as you're actively abandoning her. How bad could Nisha have really been?

Grimm

idk I think the plot of this show is great but the animation just takes me out a bit. It also is missing that Avatar special thing. ATLA had life lessons with great animation and villains and fighting. Korra animation and fights was awesome followed by imo 2 good villains in S1 and S3.

P J

The parents abandoning Nisha was kinda fucked up but also we know that they told karthik to find the avatar near the tree next to their house, so there was someone coming to get her. I think they just saw how powerful and out of control nisha was and sent for the white lotus because they knew they were the only ones who wouldn't kill her and might know how to handle her. The other possibility is they didn't send for the white lotus specifically like someone else said and it was a message to the brigade which means they did leave her to die, which is really fucked up.

IanW645

I pray the parents are dead because if not that's even WORSE. Like where TF have you been if you were alive? You just gave up on both of your kids after pulling this stunt?

Kisuke01

I need more than 13 episodes a season FEED ME 😩

tyla_xoxo

Im hoping its the water bender guy n his love intrest the fire baddie

KTRB7

I’m a little more curious to see what Nisha’s Avatar journey will look like. It seems a little straightforward what Pavi’s journey looks like now. I hope we get enough focus on both of them in the next book.

Wrëck

Yea I’m with roshi I’m curious how the chakra path plot will turn out

drfreshest

I don't see anyone talking about this, but I think you misunderstood what happened. Her parents didn't leave her because Nisha was bad and Pavi was good. It seems like Nisha got her avatar abilities first so her parents abandoned her because of their fear of the Avatar, it literally would've happened the other way around if Pavi manifested her powers first, or even worse both of them got their powers at the same time and the parents would've abandoned both of them. Unless I misinterpreted the situation as well.

Jason Marshman

From my understanding the next chakra/haven is guilt as far as I know pavi would not have anything to really feel guilty about I think it would fit nisha more

tatakai

25:30 "who" they must have forgot that Karthik was already on the way because the parents sent him the letter on where to go

LC

I wonder if Nisha is going to go along a dark path, like she's The Omen or some shit. It would be pretty bold if Pavi and Nisha had to fight at some point.

Tbdovan

The only difference Is korra stuff was getting green lit late then rushed each season. This show originally had 26 episodes for season 1. And they split it into 2. And are green lit already for season 3 and 4

CortyQ

I'm sorry, but if my child got this evil ass energy that goes nuts when she's emotional, the LAST thing I'm doing is making her emotional. I wholeheartedly believe that their parent's deaths are on the parents themselves for even leaving her in the first place. They could've dropped her off at Karthik's place, or sent her off like a Pokemon trailer. To leave quietly in the middle of the night without saying anything and then double down when you're caught is like asking for this "demon" to off you on the spot.

Bria A.

The only thing I really have a "critique" about (which isn't even a critique, it was inevitable just because of the order of things) is that the root chakra is color-coded red and therefore throwing all of the audience into Vaatu/"evil twin" theories when the plotline is (currently, who knows about the future) not about Vaatu and Raava at all. Also Roshi, the person meant to get Nisha was Karthik, and he did. That's why the twins' parents sent him a letter. He just ended up finding her where she passed out at instead of in her house sleeping like she was supposed to be.

Q So Raww

Karthik was coming to get Nisha

Khaoticsuccubus .

Oooh, didn't even consider that! Like, Karthik is in a secret organization. How would they have even known he was safe to send the message to. Would explain his response as well.

Bking

I hope Jae gets some new clothes for the future seasons. I never liked the Brigade uniforms and he doesn't have a reason to be wearing them anymore since he is technically deserting.

Carrie Love

The parents are trash but what irritates me is that people are saying their parents make ozai look like a good parent or that their parents are the worst parents in the universe. Like are you serious. Ozai the same guy that abused his son mentally and physically, banished him and tried to kill him at one point is better than their parents?? The parents could have waited until someone came but still.

Nigatsu

Yeah, the commander of the brigade that hates de avatar. We have no proof of indication they knew he was part of the white lotus, as it is a secret group

Nigatsu

Pavi is seen bending air and water in the flashbacks. So she had the elements before all of this

Blank

So they just decided to leave a toddler ALONE?!

ShaquanVirse

Doesn't matter, fuck the parents Glad they asses dead

meeran haq

Bro that image they showed of the other Haven. I'm so hyped for the rest of the world they're setting up. This Haven was all sand and brown which makes sense, since it's a desert but the concept art and that other haven they showed had so much color and wild stuff.

Ashton Wizard

I wonder if they’re going to do a big time skip at any point. Like the girls grown up. And I really hope they reunite in the next book, and it isn’t something we have to wait until late in the series for.

Zeklo

I have heard Pavi is the direct, next in line avatar, but I'd be interested to see if there's a quote of them actually directly mentioned Raava cause they've been evasive. Lots of stuff being stated as pure fact here too—the green light is much more likely to be related to a chakra given the entire series focus on... chakras. The Heart Chakra, representing Air, deals with Love, is blocked by Grief and is associated with the color green. If taking the literal manifestation of Fear is destruction, then following that pattern, Love could be healing (the chakra also does deal with healing in some contexts).

ShaquanVirse

Parents got what they deserved!! Full honesty wtf was they thinking huh?

Fano

Karthik was coming for Nisha lol. Still a dick move by the parents

2026-11-03 12:00 I'm seeing where the show is heading. Seven Havens. Seven Chakras. If you look at the map of the Post-Cataclysm world, the havens are all color coded, the same colors as the chakras. Red Color- Earth Chakra- deals with Survival and blocked by Fear Next location- Orange Color- Water Chakra- deals with Pleasure and blocked by Guilt. My guess is something went wrong with the Chakras or Ley Lines of the world, Pavi and friends have to travel to each Haven, fight a color-coded anomaly causing the residents to go crazy and restore balance to the universe. This might explain why the Bender population is declining. The planet's own chakra is out of whack. One of the locations is troubling though. Indigo color, the Light Chakra, Unknown Haven located where the Fire Nation used to be. Deals with Insight, and blocked by Illusion. What if the people there are stuck in an illusion where they think they are the only Haven left, or that the world never ended? Or they're stuck in an illusion where they think they are back in the Last Airbender days and there's a warlord who thinks he's Ozai?

Maliique Paul

So is Pavi the true avatar and Nisha just an accident?

Honored one

No I would not leave my daughter if I had a child regardless of anything especially especially if she is literally a child who has no idea what is going on

Zeklo

Lupa ain't even justifying it. His is the most *lukewarm* set of statements and most of them played for comedy. We the audience know it's not 'evil.' But the parents? At most they know their daughter is ominously glowing red and being dangerously destructive. They have *every* reason to believe it's a manifestation of evil. Does that make it okay? Justified? No, of course not. But pretending you can say safely say 'bye, we're ditching' you to something you have every reason to believe is unstable, dangerous and evil is a luxury reserved for us viewers. Maybe the parents will just turn out to be one-sided awful dirtbags, but the theme of the series seems to be about duality. Two avatars. Survival, Fear. Light, Dark. Savior, Destroyer. Order, Chaos. Etc, etc. I doubt it'll be so straightfoward.

Vitali Carias

I feel so bad for Nisha, she was abandoned by her parents, she accidentally killed her parents, was hated at first by the people of Ellora, and then Pavi abandoned her. She doesn't deserve this.

ThatOneGuy

So you take its main source of comfort away to anger it? Yh y’all and the parents can get under these rocks lol.

xanderman

Pavi is 100% Raava and Nisha is 100% Vaatu. We know that if the Avatar dies in the Avatar state the cycle is broken. I think something happened to Korra that allowed both Vaatu and Raava to inhabit Korra in an Avatar like state and caused a ton of damage earning the title "The Destroyer". Somehow while in that state Korra was killed ending the Avatar line. Only for them to be born again as twins to bring balance back to the world. Also, the note that Karthik got from the parents said that the "Avatar" will have a bracelet which is what Nisha was wearing so he was sent there to pick up Nisha not Pavi. Due to the sand storm the house where he was meant to pick up Nisha was buried under sand and on his way back to Ellora he found Nisha.

Maxy7maxy

You are literally spreading misinformation. Tell me where the creator “explicitly” state that Pavi is the only direct successor of Korra. Stop passing your fan theories as facts. The light was green cause it was healing her not necessarily Raava.

ThatOneGuy

Also a better way to have done the drop off or whatever would’ve been to have karthik spend time with Nisha and have a proper convo with the twins about it . Not up and abandon them to confusion and fear. Parents were just stupid.

Alexis Sullivan

Parents had that shit coming. Even tho the plan was for Karthik to get Nisha and help her figure out whatever is wrong with her they could've at least waited until he actually arrived. They just didn't wanna have that uncomfortable convo with her so they abandoned a 6yr old child in the middle of the night because that was easier for them. Theyre trash and they deserved what they got. Lupas take was trash. I dont care if my kid has some kind of weird energy monster, i may give her to someone I believe can help her because im obviously ill-equipped but i am not leaving her in the middle of the night to wake up alone and scared. If she snaps and kills me it is what it is because what parent isnt willing to die for their child? Im with Roshi, I woulda just had to take that L if she lost control on me 🤷🏾‍♀️

Lilac Flute

I said this before, but I'll repeat. Korra most def lived 16 years longer Kyoshi, around 246 years old, and the creators said this takes place 225 years after the events of Korra and the girls are 9 years old and in one of the first few episodes they said the cataclysm was 2 centuries ago meaning, Korra would have been in her 30s-40s which is a nice touch with the one silver streak. So whatever Korra did I'm sure she couldn't fix it in the end. Avatar Szeto only cared about the fire nation and became a politician which sucks for the world. Avatar Yangchen had to inherit that issue but she neglected the spirit world but she was known as one of the most powerful avatars, in the physical world though which is very opposite of the air nomads philosophies. Avatar Kuruk had to deal the the spirit world tuemoil created by Yangchen's neglect, and instead of cleansing the dark spirits like how they showed with Unalaaq in book 2 of Korra, he was destroying them which in turn destroyed his spirit, and then because of the mess Koh stole his bride to be's face on their wedding day. Kyoshji created the Dai Li and she lived 230 years doing avatar stuff, it got somewhat peaceful. Then Roku in his elderly years, made one wrong decision with trusting Sozin. ALSO, Sozin is the one that rediscovered all the firebending we see in ATLA so we technically could've been had lightning bending and the rest if the knowledge was found earlier, but as we see with Avatar Wan, the fire nation hates spirit anything and burned it all in the library and then Sozin started the dragon hunting bullshit for glory. Then because Roku didn't stop him, GENOCIDE of the Air Nomads. Then Aang had to deal with a 100 year time skip and the fire nation and master the elements before summer's end to stop Ozai. Trauma like genocide never goes away, so I really sppreciate the Aang movie not glossing over it, even with the time restriction from Paramount. Then we get republic city, and your first child is a non-bender, the second a waterbender, and FINALLY an airbender, so he became a neglectful father which makes sense. Then Korra was sheltered for 16 years while training and hearing who knows what about the avatar's purpose, and not being told a single thing about the world, so we get a sheltered teen navigating the world and making mistakes (Aang made mistakes too but because he was a monk and a pacifist y'all gloss over that). Vaatu was on demon time but Korra gets the blame, Vaatu severed the past lives but Korra is blamed. I BLAME THE WHITE LOTUS for Korra's lack of avatar knowlesge. Just like the Dai Li started out one way ended up being another, the white lotus in korra were sorry asf lol. So then we're here after Korra allegedly caused the cataclysm. All we know now, is that the twins' parents sent the word to the white lotus in Ellora and Karthik accepted, but this episode revealed that those people we saw with the Karthik flashback were from that village and Karthik just missed the twins' parents tragic end. And Pavi was initially inbetween their parents so her only loosing a leg means they pushed her out the way and that's just making me cry. And the creators confirmed it's the Chakra State, so one of my theories is correct that they have to restore the chakras of the world but I was half right, they also have to unblock themselves. And to Sheera's point about how they have to come together for one of them. It's most likely the last chakra: Updated Map Names Earth/Root Chakra - survival blocked by fear - red (Ellora) Water/Sacral Chakra - pleasure blocked by guilt - orange (Akasha) - OG name Cameleon Bay now the floating isles Fire Chakra - willpower blocked by shame - yellow (New Ba Sing Se) from the 1st trailer they were getting tore tf up by tornadoes but you can see the train system but on a cliff, unless Ba Sig Se sank beneath the earth, yikes Air chakra - love blocked by grief - green (feather mountain with all the green they wore) it's near Zaofu and we seen a destroyed zaofu in the 1st trailer we got, ALSO THEY KEPT THE TATTOO TRADITION OF THE AIR NOMADS YASSS Sound Chakra - truth blocked by lies - blue (General Fong's fortress) I can see that place turning into a haven or just near it Light Chakra - insight blocked by illusion - indigo (Fire Nation Capital) Thought Chakra - pure cosmic energy blocked by earthly attachments - violet (Republic Forest) HERE is where I think Nisha and Pavi will have to finally come together to fix this and it will be the hardest because of their attachments, OOWEE this is going to be MESSYYYYY And just like ep 1 of ATLA the goal was fire lord Ozai, we have our new goal that will resolve in book 4, now that they aren't given the bs of you only get one season, oh actually it did well you get another one, oops sorry this 3rd one won't be on tv since we didn't advertise and NO ONE knew there was a new season so ratings dropped so we chose to put it online through Nick . com, oh yeah and here's your 4th. The letters from the creators to the fans throughout Korra were sad but at least we had transparency to a degree. Also that rumor about releasing the 26 episodes was wild but based off that 1st trailer, those 2 other havens we saw looked like flashback memories, and I'm hoping if that was the original plan that Book is done. IMDB only had the 1st 2 seasons and now it shows one episode for book 3 so they better erlease these quickly, they got a Kuruk show to also work on, and whatever else is coming.

I really wish people would just let the show cook instead of coming up with the most damning versions of characters we already lack leaps of context on. Some of these commments feel like 1 to 1 parallels of characters jumping to extremes due to their fear and hate of the avatar... something they lack context on too, mind you... Does anyone really think the message of the show is going to be "yeah you accidentally killed our parents, but they were garbage so that's okay?" I certainly hope not. It's only going to be compelling if it's nuanced.

Jacob Crooks

Thanks for getting this out of the way quickly. We know there are are algorithm influencing choices. Gg

Pavi would have guilt about leaving nisha behind which is why that whole situation happened with their parent in the first place. She absolutely has something to feel guilty about not to say that her decision was wrong its ginna take her some time to process

I feel like Jae is a descendant of Opal and Bolin... Just a guess.

Sam

baby, Lupa, remove yourself from this Nisha hater mentality quickly

The only reason the parents would acts this trash is if they somehow figured out Nisha wasn’t supposed to be born to them. A creation of chaos. They maybe realized Nisha was a reincarnation of Vatu, the Spirit of chaos. Nisha doesn’t need her chakras unblocked cus Agam claimed she was already overflowing with energy. So Nisha’s abilities are only 4 element bending and chaos energy bending. NOT connected to the avatar. Pavi is the only and real Avatar. She needs her chakras unlocked to unlock her connection with the past avatars, hence why they were only constellations but in their shape. Korra got corrupted by Vatu and he took advantage of the avatar state to release his chaos energy in Republic City where the world was closest to the spirit world. And with Vatu and Rava inhabiting Korra, destroyed her body that killed her. The next cycle didn’t happen for a century because of the chaos and the re-conjoined Rava and Vatu floating in the spirit world till someone in the world got pregnant with twins for the first time in a century. Sharing a womb like how Ravu and Vatu are stuck with each other.

8IGHT!

Lupa bro, you pmo😭🙏🏽 why would a fucking 8 yo know how to control her power??? and WHY would that justify abandoning your child

vesra

The creators said that Seven Havens will follow Pavi as the main protagonist, Nisha won't get as much focus. Pavi's chakras are blocked, however Nisha's chakras are overflowing (hence the creation of the Root Chakra Anomaly). Both are out of balance but in different ways. Once they balance their chakras, they should be able to enter the Avatar State. Side note: this reminds me a lot of the first part of Arcane when Powder/Jinx accidentally killed her family and then she and Violet were separated.

Ezra

Trash parents award man. I assume they tried to leave Nisha because her avatar abilities manifested first. That’s sad.

Rhett Sumner

Nah in a prior flashback they showed them both clearly using multiple elements playing around their old home as kids, while their parents were there too. I just think we are missing the pieces between that happy memory, and the one of them leaving Nisha that explain why the parents (mainly dad it seems) are so concerned.

Rhett Sumner

Finally someone with a nuanced take that isn’t just saying they have trash parents… literally there are gaps in the past we DO NOT know that led to the parents acting so concerned in the flashback. I am so unbelievably tired of the same compulsive simple minded takes.

Deion Williams

Can yall please watch Magna vs Dante.

lil_riko

Best comment I've seen about the state of their chakras. I was wondering what was going on with Nisha because they said she's not blocked like Pavi. This episode really hammered home the point that her power was/is uncontrollable. I think that's really the only reason the parents left her for karthik to pick her up and were so scared. prolly was walking around like a baby hulk not knowing her own strength lol. still messed up of them imo. I still would've at least moved to the city to be with my daughter though while she's getting special training.

Rhett Sumner

Ahaha next season when the context is added.. ur going to want to be under some rocks with this laughably dogshit take 😂🤣 mfer did u see how nisha reacted to SEEING them leave??? Now imagine TELLING her that you’re going to leave… all you’ve accomplished is lining yourselves up directly in the line of fire of her crazy ass powers lmfaooo.

Rhett Sumner

Bruh they parents are 10000 percent dead, why would they just leave pavi abandoned with no leg to fend for herself when they literally left with her😂😂

K.

Nisha’s chakras are not blocked just unbalanced bc she’s overflowing. Pavi is all messed up from her trauma

Devin B

Better question is why would a 6 year old know how to control their power because remember they're 9 rn and Pavi and Nisha were on their own for three years prior

Guy

The dad saw the movie Brightburn 😂

Dark Danny

Nisha might not need too unlock the chakras, Korra didn't, Aang did tho. Also yall are forgetting that they did send Kathik. They're still messed up for not waiting for him to arrive before leaving their 6 year old by herself. Also fuck the dad, yeah? "I won't let her destroy our family" sir that is your daughter. He treated her like she was evil, instead of his daughter that needed help

drfreshest

Oh okay, that makes it clearer then. Thank you

SlayerStarX

Pavi and Nisha at the very least you know they had some happy memories of their parents before they go to abandon Nisha. With Ozai i highly doubt there was much of happiness going on in that family and everything he did with Zuko. Same guy that had no issues killing him if he needed to

Jay

Man Lupa wud see something crazy and keep repeating it the rest of the episode without even trying to understand for a second and it gets a bit annoying like she didn’t make the entity I believe…. It reacted to her fear of being left alone and boosted her. Plus she was 6 lupa to u expecting from her to react in that situation. Yeah her not telling Pavi was wrong and she shudnt have done that but her parents are trash. No one shud leave their kid like that especially in that state… so fu*k em

Krype

Finally an open slot

Hallogenex #7494

Ngl I totally thought Nisha was protecting Pavi from knowing that PAVI killed the parents. Like maybe an accident trying to get back to them and they got blasted back off a cliff or something

Jalan

That’s not what I said. I said he was sent to go get her because they sent out a letter to go get her regardless if they knew he or whoever was apart of the White Lotus or not

Samuela Shannon

It also has to be understood that Pavi is not mad at Nisha for killing their parents, she’s mad at her for not coming clean, despite knowing that Pavi was also looking for answers to what happened to their parents. She was talking about sisters forgiving each other and honoring the Twin Promise as if she was doing that too. And she wasn’t.

DilliePickle

Hating on Nisha like Korra again 🤧

Ergo Somnium

They missing the best anime episode of the year in Black Clover rn and they dont even know it. IYKYK

NeonThunder

Lupa needs to fucking stop with korra being the reaon why she lost the past lives. She was a fucking victim of her uncle and she tried her best. Also the lack of understanding that a 5-6 yesr old child cant control or understand their powers is genuinely insane

Lamaree Jackson

Feeling next season we get some spirit world shenanigans for real. Which member of the Gaang y’all think living there with iroh now? Probably Toph cause she was already living at the Spirit Tree. She probably some roaming spirit in Republic Forest

Lamaree Jackson

This season might be top 3 of the whole franchise. Up there with season 3 of both other shows

joshua rosario

lol i like how we forgot that karthik was the wone getting nisha remember, lol and they both haver power its just Pavi is locked not nisha

joshua rosario

i think this red state is the new avatar form. maybe cause Pavi is missing some chakra so it makes both of their state red? i thought one was gonna be red and the other blue. surprised that they are both red.

john

maybe there is not two avatars, only one pavi?

Malcolm Washingon

If you gonna do some fucked up shit like abandon your child, you could at least do it well. Like not only are they shitty parents, but they're bad at being shitty parents. Shoulda went to the Ging school of abandoning children. If he was Pavi and Nisha parents, them twins woulda never seen each other again.

L S

@tbdovan bullshit excuse... atla was also approved a season at a time and they still didnt stop themselves from making bigger plans. the reality is nothing stopped them from doing the same with tlok, people just use that as further cope. lets not forget that they had several years to write the aang movie and all they could come up with to include another airbender... was to freeze him again...

Happy to be here

What truly gets me is that the final outburst was caused by them literally tearing those babies out of each others’ arms. Absolute trash. I don’t blame Nisha (of course), I also don’t blame Pavi. She was very clearly angry because Nisha knew in advance and didn’t tell her. She’d have been the first to console her if they’d found out together or Nisha had ran to tell her immediately. Their fears are opposite in a way, Nisha fears rejection from her family as Nisha, not the avatar, while Pavi fears rejection from others as the avatar because they were both conditioned to value only one side of their identity. I do wonder why the chakra path seems to only be presented to Pavi. Is it just that she’s the only one with her chakras blocked? Is it that the avatar state will only come once hers are cleared? If so what’s Nisha’s mission then? Is her side more the human side?

L S

the whole chakra thing now being externalized feels like another uncanny addition... then again this was to be expected

L S

hell no... what in the recency bias... its decent but the writing is far far below either predecessor especially the dialogue in this was atrocious at times...

L S

this first season was alright. better than i expected (but my expectations were in the gutter so thats not a praise) but also INSANELY overhyped and overglazed... theres people who say this season is better than atla s1 or even tlok s1, or in very insane cases saying this season is top 3(??? then again some people also like being pissed on so theres no accounting for taste) coming from someone whos more critical of tlok, lets be real... its not outstanding. the twisted thing is that i think this show would work better if it was its own thing, but the reality is that most people only gave this show a chance because of the title it borrows or for the people in the back, if this wasn't avatar, most people would not have watched it. also idk how you could get mad at nisha. if i'm mad at anyone its definitely her parents... even pavi moreso than her... they gave them like 4-5 different separating then reuniting arcs within 13 episodes!!! and then pull it of again in the finale "ONLY THIS TIME ITS REAL".... like the writing in this show especially minor mysteries is just so bad. i remember this dumbass calling someone out for complaining that uki's twist was obvious as hell saying "didnt you see her being kidnapped dumbass" or something like that.... only for the twist to be unveiled a couple episodes later and guess which comment had more likes... the post ATLA fandom is so overobsessed with defending and denying or relativizing any sort of shortcomings of these shows... CAUSE IT GOT THE RIGHT LABEL but they would never admit it like be absolutely real it was enjoyable sure but for the fact that its not episodically written like atla it felt far far more repetitive and tlok which uses the same structure is also not as repetitive. you could definitely scratch 1-2 episodes of runtime if you just spared repeating peoples relationships, feelings, general situation, goals etc... like this feels like its written for people who tune in at any given episode.

Rhett Sumner

Korra deserved every utter of that disrespect too with her sorry ass lmfao

Lamaree Jackson

The dialogue in all three shows is atrocious at times. The constant mention of Zuko’s honor, and the big chunk of Korra that’s just love triangle drama is bad too. Half of Sokka’s dialogue in Book 1 is just being sexist and thinking girls can’t do things. But story wise, this show is starting off a lot more interesting

Legion

resi evil movie reaction?

Frederick

This is a lot better than I thought it would be. Okay let’s see where we go from here.

Sam

An interesting theory, actually, is that Nisha is a spiritual manifestation created by Pavi. It connects a lot of dots; for one, why Pavi already had her brooch, but Nisha was only given hers when the parents left her. It's described as a mother-daughter set, so why would one of the twins just not have one? When Agam is reading their energies, she says Pavi's chakras are blocked, but that Nisha's spiritual energy is overflowing like nothing she's ever seen before. It would also explain why the twins have essentially a psychic connection, because even though twin magic is cool, nothing in the verse has really displayed anything like that. But if Nisha was simply an offshoot of Pavi's spiritual power, it would make sense why they're connected in that manner.

J

this season was actually pretty solid.. the concept behind two avatars + the public hating them, the seven havens, and the plot itself was pretty good & made up for the inadequate animation imo.

Senjioh

So background characters and events are frozen while the main characters move around and they watched this over the netflix series......right

J

heres my hot take on their parents leaving nisha: i don't think that the idea of leaving nisha at the house was a bad decision by them, when you look at the whole situation. when the twins were hiding in karthik's secret room, it was revealed that he received a letter from their parents that told him to come and "collect" the avatar who would be recognized by the bracelet. now, during the flashback when it shows them leaving her behind, their parents literally say that someone was coming to help nisha, and they gave her the bracelet. i'm not sure if people just forgot about that whole scene but yeah.. not to mention, if they knew that karthik was a member of the white lotus somehow, it'd have been a very smart decision by them to leave her with him since they probably didn't know wtf to do with her situation. hopefully you'd think that a secret organization dedicated to protecting the avatar, would have a better chance of helping her- than two clueless parents.

Yolo Samurai

In defense of their parents, they understood their child needed help and tried to get them help. They went about it the wrong way, but they were trying to help. My guess is that they were trying to leave so that Karthik didn't find out that Pavi could bend and take her away as well.

Ayanda Mpofu

Feel so bad for Nisha, hope they repair the relationship soon 😢. FUCK THE PARENTS! And of course Lupa is being fried for his nonsensical nonsense 🤣🤣🤣.

Frankie

Lupa please let’s try be smarter than a 9 year old 😭

ZO

They probably didn’t know Pavi was also the avatar

Frankie

Like why are we blaming a child for crashing out over her family abandoning her 😭

Frankie

Nah seriously Lupa has to pattern this constant Korra hate it’s honestly getting weird, Aang’s dick can’t taste this good surely

Frankie

25:30 Karthik was on his way so they weren’t completely abandoning her, but they’re still trash

Sare

That doesn't make any sense since Nisha can also bend multiple elements unless they retcon how Raava works.

sol jam

So the past Avatars scene could be just "memories" OR whatever Korra did in the cataclysm restored the connection to past life and they are now back and were never destroyed. Remember Korra didn't see the past Avatars like how Ang did, she saw them as a reflection to her like a water reflection so Pavi will see them differently cold be as constellations

Bria A.

Ideally they would have to because the girls (meaning the VAs) are already 14 and they were 11 when they originally recorded their lines for S1 lol. Narratively, I'm a little unsure just because Pavi is clearly being led to all of the havens by her spirit guides and I don't see a reason why they would have extended timeskips in between all of that, UNLESS some of the other havens are dealing with long-term issues like early S1 Frieren.

sol jam

Yep definitely second best first season after Korra's and the show runner confirmed that it's going to get MUCH faster from here on because they will unlock ALL the 6 other chakras in 3 seasons or less

November11

I believe the parents figured out Nisha was the Avatar and thats why they left her, not because of some "evil". The Dad notified Ellora to come deal with the threat while she was asleep, hence why they left instead of waiting for Karthik to arrive cause they assumed a battle would break out. Luckily Karthik was with the White Lotus so he could keep the Avatar a secret. Cause if they planned to give Nisha help, why was the father so hostile towards her and saying shit like "I wont let you destroy my family"? And the fear and panic of seeing her family abandon her made Nishas chakra go rogue for the first time.

Kai-lo

It's definitely easy to hate on the parents when you're on the outside looking in but their parents have been raised and taught to despise and fear the avatar. This is how they were raised, while I don't agree with their decision it's history that's caused people to think this way and act this way. I do blame the parents BUT I can understand why they felt scared based on the state of the world and what they were told. I'm not going to sit up here and say I'm glad they're dead or get mad that people aren't chastising the parents this is still a cartoon I'm not going to get bent out of shape about peoples different opinions.

Jason Charles

lets not forget about Vattu and Raava... Nisha is possessed by vaatu and Pavi is by raava

Stanley Labissiere

Hate when niggas say “the creator” with NO basis or link to said interview
