The alchemy that Scar is using isn't a specific type of alchemy like Mustang's or Ed's, it's just the deconstruction phase of base alchemy and he can output certain levels of damage which is why his attack didn't work on Ed at first cause he thought it was flesh instead of metal.

Hey love the video! As for scars alchemy they explained in the episode. He doesn’t have a specific alchemy but rather he just stops at the deconstruction phase of alchemy itself. In order to deconstruct though you have to understand what you are deconstructing. so that’s why it did nothing to Ed’s arm at first since he didn’t know it was metal. Once he knew what it was he was able to break it instantly. Hope this clarifies and you don’t consider a spoiler since it was mentioned. Good job and can’t wait to watch the other episodes!

Christopher Sabat, yeah, he's All Might. When Small Might he uses a deeper voice and when All Might he uses a higher pitch. With Armstrong he just speaks fully at a medium tone.
