Every user has very nearly succeeded in killing or at the very least completely ruining their lives. I mean normally if kids get big power and do harm with it (having a gun and shoot somebody eg) this is often called an accident and not cold blood murder. kids often cant reflect what they are doing and what harm they do. I would totally forgive shigechi for his attacks he is just a stupid kid which did a stupid mistake (with a stand and not a gun)

@Theo Traumato normally yeah but for Shigechi I wouldn't call it an accident since he kept warning them that he would kill them multiple times. Normally when kids do harm with whatever sort of power they get it's always an accident cause they usually don't know any better but Shigechi was smarter than he looked and he knew exactly what he was doing to those two. He was even smart enough to get them drunk but injecting alcohol into their veins.
