I'm pretty sure they were holding Okuyasu's hand when they were healing it. They were basically anchoring it down enough to bring him to them. However, Kira's hand was a distance away so there was no time to grab and hold the hand to anchor it down.

Yeah Kira definitely A LOT of peoples favorite villain from Jojo's. Its the way he acts for me tbh, super OCD and the way he lets his emotions loose, like when he was crying because he chopped his hand off. Some shows would have the villain not even bat an eye, but of course that would hurt like a mf. Part 4 was such a breather after Part 3

Echoes Act 3 unfortunately never gets a proper explanation. Personally I feel like it's power is probably insane and Koichi just never has the need to realize it. I personally think that his stand is: if it rhymes, he can do it.

He just makes thing heavier. Echoes was never a sound based stand, but a comic effect based. Act Three is just a comic effect: Three written in Katakana can also be read as FREEZE. Thats why he "freezes" people, it is just a wordplay in Japanese, not properly explained in the English localization

the thing with the hand is not really a plot hole, more a plot convenience - it is never specified what parts are moving to where when Crazy Diamond uses its power.

In order for josuke to pull kira back he needed to have touched or held down his hand, not sheer heart attack, he didn't have the chance to since he was being attacked by the bomb.

I can see why you say that. Act 1 only has comic effects that you hear and Act 2 can actually make those effects physical. Act 3 looks cool but only has the effect of making things heavy.

he didn't fix the hand back to kira because in order to do that he would have to physically hold the hand. he was being attacked by sheer heart attack and needed to send it back before it exploded. there was no opportunity to pick up the hand after he healed it because it already began moving back to kira.

What if Okuyasu used his stand to erase the space between themselves and the hand and they could've caught it and have Josuke use his power again? He has a useful stand ability but doesn't use it as often as he should.

I’ve always felt Dr. Aya was so underrated. Just like Shigechi, she didn’t deserve to go out like that. What made it worse for her was she ultimately became a plot device after her intro episode

The thing with the hand is that he fixed Sheer Heart Attack away from himself in the moment cause if he had Kira's body come back then Heart Attack would've still been right in front of him charging and exploded. It was safer to have the hand return. It's a little clearer in the manga.
