In case you didn't notice it, Giorno's Gold Experience says "MUDA" when it attacks. Muda, which means Useless, was also the attack phrase Dio used all in Part 3. "MUDA MUDA MUDA". In ep 1, Giorno even says to Luca that he hates doing "muda" things, and says "Muda" like 8 times in 30 seconds. Some things just run in the family lol.

If you're wondering why it's so sexual it's because Araki basically said he based part 5 on the theme of "Eros" which is a passionate/erotic kind of love. And in terms of his outfit: "Things like hearts and other symbols were present in Josuke's and Jotaro's uniforms too, so this is kind of following as an extension of that design. However, this adds a sexiness unseen before". "Giorno's creation was influenced by a statue of David". Bother are quotes from Araki talking about part 5. Just something that's interesting.

By the way, Dio used to say muda muda a lot as his own version of ora ora lol. So muda isn't exactly the new ora ora of the season, it's more like Giorno is just copying what his father used to say. :D
