They're going on about how broken Giorno is, but let's take a moment to appreciate how ludicrously overpowered White Album is. That's the kind of power you give to the guy in the second-to-last fight of the series, not some random throw-away villain. (but then again, part 6 exists)

Just a little fun fact and you guys might have missed it cause the stand card passed by so quick but the tortoise has a name: Coco Jumbo (his localized name is Coco Large😂) and his stand is called Mr. President. Thats the funniest character name so far and his stands name is pretty convenient since its basically like a presidents secret bunker.

It's named like that not because of the association with the bunker. There is singer called Mr. President, and he has song named 'coco jambo' (and this song is pretty famous), like all stands in jojo, it's a musical reference.

You know I don't think I caught this the first time I watched, but I think when they keep praising Giorno about his ability to impress people, make allies, and like Mistah said "drove me to act" etc. are all call-backs to how people said, when they met Dio, that they were compelled to serve him due to them feeling something about Dio made them want to worship him like a God... So they are showing that Giorno has that type of mysterious charisma like his "Dad," but only that Giorno is using his talent to do something good, unlike Dio.
