Ok so I need to get this shit straight. There are immortal MF's out here, and the only way they can die is to grant a geass to sumone, then when the geass gets strong it can be traded for the immortal life of the first person. So V.V. did it with Charles, and they did the trade during this episode which is y V.V. is dead and Charles is immortal. C.C. and lelouch were also same kinda pair but instead C.C. was gonna give her immortality to Charles making him doubly immortal? And lelouch would just keep his geass? But then lelouch convinced her not to go thru with it but since process already started she lost most of her memories? Also who the fuck is teleporting everybody? Charles shouldn't have the geass anymore since he got the immortality. Can sum1 help me out what do I have right and where did my mind get folded?

The only thing I can assume from this ep is that an immortal can kill another immortal if one chooses to give their power to them. The teleporting thing I can only assume is probably part of the thought system that was in place but other than that my mind is pretty folded as well.

The thing is it's explained later. If the explanation still confuses you sure. Otherwise you kind of get the gist with some reach here and there. Definitely takes some rewatches to understand all this stuff going on when it's thrown in your face.

Lol if y'all want closure in alternative canon way when this is over, consider the movies which follow a sort of alternative plot. That's when you get to the last few episodes and are interested of course. They've also announced the new code geass series.

so basically, they don't get teleported, they get sent to a point between earth and something else that i won't spoil. This point is the thought elevator in which things can be manipulated with simple thoughts, there are around 7 places on earth you can enter this thought elevator. There isn't any teleportation because they technically never leave, they just aren't there in physical from, but their minds do leave their body's. Stuff gets explained a little more, but for the most part you have to puzzle it together yourself. Once all this super natural stuff is done, the series really goes from good to fucking amazing so don't wory if you don't understand everything. What matters is the result not the way you get there. Also, since Charles was already immortal, he just wanted to get rid of CC before she could make Lelouch immortal so he could oppose him. This is also why Lelouch was kept alive as bait to catch CC in the beginning of the show. Let me know if my explenation doesn't add up, as I am not sure of everything myself

More explenation: Since VV kept some things a secret from Charles, he broke their contract. Charles killed VV and took his immortality, I think he doesn't have his Geass anymore, but i could be wrong. In the episode they mention 'code', this is basically the code needed to manifest a Geass in someone else. So both V2 and C2 have code's, a side effect of this codes is immortality. The codes are marked by a mark, the geass mark C2 has on her forehead and Charles on his right hand. Thats all i'm gonna say since I may give away some parts of the ending if I explain any further

Thought in this show is a hierarchy. You have individual thoughts and collective thoughts. god in this show is the collective thought of all of humanity from all time. Individuals have thought patterns that govern them. The collective thoughts also have patterns, but they govern all of humanity throughout time. Lelouch accessed C.C's memories through the "god", but returned into his individual thoughts via thought elevator
