Was NOT expecting that! WTF!!

Comments

Michael Pamon

I just realized something…..how the hell did Superboy not hear Queen Bee blackmailing M’gann with his super-hearing!?

nathaniel dixon

he has to focus his hearing in order to hear farther its not just passive like that. but he did see her at one point (he reveals that later)

Abdul-Rahman Lawal

21:45 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂Didn't know she is a white martian

Anonymous

I Wasn’t expecting this y’all early early

Marcus

Already waiting for “askalad” 😄

logan

early drop yessir

SJL 1

Thank you i have an excuse not to do school work for 25 mins😁

Dru1D

HEYYY EARLY UPLOAD LETS GO!

Trey Staples

Someone call Nev from Catfish, we got another one😂😂

Revis

there are green martians and white martians. white martians are the minority on mars and aren’t treated well

Lurkingposter

So Young Justice is a black ops team. They get sent on missions that the regular Justice League cannot legally go on due to UN charter.

Devin B

All white Martians pretty much look like Megan's true form and the green Martians have a more humanoid form. The white Martians are known to be savages and the green Martians are known to be peaceful. Other than appearances they both basically have the same powers.

Keyontre Lynch

"you dont need to wear a mask for me" Superboy Just remember that

Arturo

I never noticed Garfield's eyes become green until now 🤡

Aliesha Barlow

There are also red martians in this show but they treat the white martians the same as well.

adam8t

Garfields who I think it is right?

Zoei Brown

Garfield Logan switched from blue eyes to "green eyes" *wink* *wink*, after the blood transfusion. Wonder what that could possibly mean 😚

SupremeCai

O h f u c k. First time watcher but I can tell where this is goin LMAO good catch

KK

Lmao ik Lupa caught that Rita Farr shit the second he saw it

Kurumi

damn didn't Starfire have an episode like this lol?

Kollie123

I’ll never get over green arrow gut laughing over the recording lmao

Caleb

This is the reason megan got scared when black canary said she had turned white

Kollie123

I think the green martians also look like the white ones don’t they? A green Martian that shows up in season 2 looks like her just green right? Like it’s 100% just a color difference physically, and man hunter just looks more humanoid to not scare people

Kollie123

Nah man hunter just chooses to look like that, we see a green Martian later take a form just like meghans except green

Randy Macklin

Yes, Jon would look like that too, except bigger and green. But racism doesn't make sense, and M'gann and other white Martians are persecuted for being white.

Joshua Curry

White Martians usually prey on the other Martians like in Justice League or the comics which is why they are hated

Devin B

I wouldn't know anything about season 2 but yeah basically what @Jonah said. Even in Supergirl most of the white Martians looked like Megan and the green Martians we're basically like Manhunter

Alex or Lexi

WandaVision reference? Will it possibly be coming to the patreon?

HesOneShot

dang i feel hella bad for Megan

Conrad Rouxze

Megan stay getting caught in 4k, she got seen twice in 1 episode!!

Mahmii

I just realized I didn't watch the last ep, even though I knew it was out. My night just got better

Earphone Jack

I can’t wait until they get to season 2.

Not Dual Wielding

The idea of sending the kids on this mission is that it is covert ops and since the main superheroes are constantly in the news if they suddenly didn't show up for a couple of days people would be wondering what's up.

DIO not Dio

"Sent that man back to default settings" That shit had me dying 😂

Christina

nahhh they said during a stream that they never recored their reactions since they weren't sure to expect... but Roshi said they would react to Loki and Falcon and Winter Soldier when they drop so we can look forward to that

Christina

Guys... Garfield's eyes were BLUE at the beginning of the episode, not GREEN...

John D

Batman sends the kids because the justice league has a U.N. charter that restricts where the can go. If a league member is found there they get screwed.

Cameron 鳥

am i trippin or does robin look a lil older

Jeffrey D

Its not important or specifically said, but as previously mentioned, it becomes clear later on that in this show all Martians look like Megan. The only difference is they're color. It's assumed that like in most Justice League renditions, Manhunter chooses to take on an appearance that's more pleasing for humans. A lot of Megan's insecurity comes from her white color. Also I agree. No need to mention season 2 so explicitly.

Anoobish

Garfield with the green eyes.... best character in the other show.

Mark

I'm a scientist, so excuse the nerdiness, but the transfusion scene pissed me off lol. if Garfield was O negative, the mom (if she really is his biological mom) literally HAS to be o negative as well since that blood type is recessively passed on (both the mom and the dad have to be o negative for their child to be o negative).

Yuot

My guy this is a kids show about teens with superpowers I don’t think something as little as what blood type you have should be an unrealistic standard considering we kids blow shit up with their minds

Lurkingposter

Good point. Reasonable mistake for a layman to make. Too bad they didn't have a science advisor for the show.

Preston Bryant

I’m surprised nobody caught who Garfield was oh well.

Nikolai Cannady

White Martians are same species different ethnicity like a subspecies. Green Martians and White Martians had a civil war. She's pretty close to Scarlet Witch in that regard. That's why she talked about discrimination against her people on Mars.

Unlimited_Haki

The show hasn’t revealed she’s a white Martian yet, so you prob should’ve waited until her character arc was finished before you explained the circumstances.

Nikolai Cannady

Me too I'm like it should be obvious with the setting but a lot of people don't know his first name. Hyped to see him in the show again.

Nikolai Cannady

They definitely revealed it few episodes ago where she specifically talked about being persecuted on Mars for being a White Martian when they talked about discrimination on Earth.

Unlimited_Haki

She never revealed herself as a white Martian thou, she was just commenting on the status quo on mars.

Lurkingposter

Megan already explained that there are white and green Martians in a previous episode and we can clearly see she is white. I don't think this is a spoiler.

Unlimited_Haki

Not true, you can have O positive parents and have an O negative child, meaning they couldn’t participate in a blood transfusion.

haywood banks

Jon probably wouldn't look like that green martians in every other media look generally like Jon does in this show and white martians are normally more beastial or alien looking thats why white martians are discriminated against, plus they're typically more monstrous as well.

Unlimited_Haki

but the show is still avoiding that direct connection, so if the gang haven't put that together there's no reason to just put it out there when the show is steadily trying to complete her backstory.

Devin B

@delete you basically spoiled that fact yourself. @Mark was saying how unrealistic the transfusion was so if you didn't say that fact we could've just assumed the show made a mistake.

Halibel

no shit sherlock u think they watch too much DC stuff or what.

R3APER

Martian Manhunter's true appearance isnt drastically different from his normal look. but M'Gann's true appearance IS vastly different. The difference between Martian that look like her and Martians that look like J'onn is also what lead to J'onn J'onnz trademark fear of fire.

Mark

@Unlimited_Haki genotypically, both the parents could be O pos, but both would have to be heterozygous and each missing an Rh allele in their genotype (the neg/pos factor to blood type) for Garfield to even have a 25% chance of being O neg (which he is). However, O pos isn’t deemed deadly to be transfused to an O neg male younger than 12, which Garfield is, so his mom should’ve regardless been able to transfuse her own blood. This show is top tier, this error I pointed out was just to help inform a bit about transfusion and for fun lol

AtavisticChiken

Sheera: Maybe it is her true form. She abuse herself as that inside Lupa: NAH, SHE LYING LIKE SHIT BRO

Corey Pearson

I may be wrong but I thought Lupa saw this already? I can't tell if he likes remember bits and pieces of the show or never seen the show at all and it confuses me lol

Dru1D

IIRC Lupa said he watched some episodes of Season 1 when it was originally airing but doesn't remember most of it. I may be wrong though

Devin B

From what I remember him saying, he only watched a couple of the beginning eps but nothing else after that. He does know a lot about the DCU from other shows and comics though.

Khalil Huq

Think he watched it when it actually aired, so he probs missed a few eps here and there. No on demand back then so you miss an ep and you were done for the plot 😂😂

Symmetra Senpai

during megans introduction they mention some racism between green and white martians, she get uncomfortable when its mentioned

None None

He's playing dumb to avoid spoiling anything. That's why he freaked right the fuck out in the first Psimon episode when he saw all of the foreshadowing in the scene where Megan gets her memories back.

Chuzo

bro your acting like its icon or something its literally one of the most popular characters everyone's watched teen titans

Isaiah Rodgers

if u notice, garfield's eyes changed into green

Dune

It's people like this that don't want anyone to enjoy anything lol damn

Isaac

Please tell me why this is a "spoiler" ? It's not even a secret Garfield Logan is / will be Beastboy no matter what incarnation he takes in DC media. It's only spoilers if you reveal plot sensitive, plot/event information.

Otter Mane

It's a spoiler because Roshi & Sheera haven't seen this yet and aren't all knowing about DC lore. Just delete it bruh.

Oui Oui

It's not spoiling anything. All he said was "If u notice, garfield logan's eyes changed into green" Y'all be calling anything spoilers

Oui Oui

Lol people call anything spoilers even if it happens in the show

Tyler

He edited his comment. I saw it a few hours ago and there was more to his comment that would spoil something for people who are not familiar with DC lore

Otter Mane

Oof I responded to the wrong comment. It was meant for the nigga spoiling about the future identity of a certain someone. Edit: nah bro just ended up editing his comment which is cool. I just want ppl to be more mindful of the fact that they are new to these shows and they actually read comments so saying stuff that you might not think is a huge spoiler is still a spoiler for someone NEW to the show like Roshi & Sheera.

Otter Mane

And that’s definitely not all he said. If it was then i wouldn’t have anything to say lol

Calfrezie

The white martian thing was hinted at in previous episodes when she talked about the discrimination between the white and green martians. and when meg'ann was talking to black canary, canary commented that she was white and she flipped out but then corrected it by saying shes Caucasian . just small hints

L.C.

It is annoying that they don't update patreon. I heard they update on discord but not everyone on here is using or gonna check discord. You assume posts are coming like usual and then they don't and you don't get an update on anything on patreon.

Furanshi

Think the upload is coming in the morning.

L.C.

They upload like 2 or 3 videos 4-5 hours ago to YouTube but patreon gets nothing. I wonder if they are having problems with recording. It would be nice to get an update once in a while.

Choua

Main thing you guys should keep in mind.. Batman sends them on these missions but the Justice League is obviously busy doing bigger missions or with bigger issues. Remember that these are more isolated missions/issues.

Ranginald Vagel

*Info on Megan below, do not read if you don't want to know what she actually is*

Ranginald Vagel

M'gann is what is called a White Martian, a subspecies/race that really only has physical differences to green Martians and are ostracized and discriminated against as second class citizens. In the comics they're kind of like Martian historical nazis(Which if they were in YJ it would explain why they're treated like shit nowadays), but in the comics Manhunter is one of a very small handful of surviving Martians already so it's all history to him. J'onn's a Green Martian. Remember when Black Canary said, "You're white" and Megan freaked the fuck out until Canary specified caucasian? It really sucks because in Martian biology there's no race mixing, a green and white can have kids but the kids are randomly green or white(This is from Greg Weissman). It's as diametric as being a boy or girl. Could you imagine how much worse racism would be if mixed couples' kids always took fully in appearance after one parent?

L.C.

Well not everyone is in their discord or tries to be on discord. I even tried to join it once but I never got permission or approved or whatever was needed to join in. Unless I was misunderstanding something. I don't get on discord much to begin with. It should be patreon where everyone that actually pays can see it.

YaBoyLoshi

Very random but a Ben 10 reaction or Generator rex would be amazing

Dru1D

bro this ain't cartoon network :D Tho I gotta admit I grew up on those cartoons

YaBoyLoshi

Didn’t young justice premier on cartoon network?😂 that’s why i mentioned those shows

Real Kest

Have yall heard about avatar getting their own studios and expecting new series

Justin

They have *they addressed it on their twitch stream last night*

Destin Hill

Honestly after the way they handled Korra I'd rather them just leave it be. I know Nick wasn't exactly helping them out but it takes two to tango and their response to people's criticism of the show went as far as to say Korra was "better in every aspect", to paraphrase, than Last Airbender and they actively talked down to their own fanbase. Maybe if the show's creators weren't involved anymore I'd be down for it, but otherwise I'm good.

FreshxEli Tv

You do know they did Korra extremely rushed they didn’t have time to realllly do what they wanted until season 3 which everyone knows is Korra greatest season literally that shit was fire 🔥 this time it’ll be dope to see the death the story actual non sensor scenes it’ll be amazing just imagine if both avatar series had on screen death it’ll be so much serious and everyone would love to invest even more time into it

Aliesha Barlow

@Mark I never saw anything wrong with how the show did the transfusion. I think you are mistaken with how Garfield could be O-neg. In regards to your first comment about the parents needing to be O-neg for Garfield to be isn't correct. All the parents would need for their child to be O-neg is for both of them to carry at least one O gene. For a example, you can have one parent who is B-pos (specifically BO-pos) and the other to be A-pos (specifically AO-pos) and still have a child who is O-neg. In this case, both of the parents would pass on their O genes, and not pass on the RH gene, which is very possible. The parents cannot be missing the RH gene and still be positive. RH negative just means that it is absent. Although the show did not specify, it is very possible that the mom isn't even O-pos or O-neg, which is realistic since being type A or B doesn't mean your AA or BB. The O gene is recessive, so it will not be expressed if there is an A or B gene, not disappear, which is what I got from you when you said that "that blood type is recessively passed on". Sorry for my nerdiness, but I grew up in this field because one of my parents is an expert in this and your comment threw me for a loop based on what I known and was taught my entire life.

Destin Hill

Korra was very poorly written about 90% of the time even when they had "time". Like even season 3, which I agree was its best season, had some pretty glaring plotholes. How did the Airbenders just suddenly show up? Why do that now and not while Aang was alive, completely invalidating the major impact that was TLA? How did Zaheer, and evil man, manage to master Airbending like literally within a month of first learning it. when Aang himself was supposed to be one of the greatest of geniuses in Airbending and it took him like 10 years? A lot of Korra's writing was "yeah, well guess what Korra is BETTER". Also, I don't think showing a lot of on-screen death in the series would make it worth. Having on-screen death in TLA for example would've been a pretty bad idea and it would've probably broken the series because that wasn't the way the story was supposed to be told. Korra...maybe would've worked, but most of Korra was a shitshow imo so nothing really would've saved it. Korra's writing had a ton of plotholes, but the most glaring problem was the characters. Bolin is just Soka .5, Mako was possibly the most bland, basic character in the show and they absolutely made him do random things that went against his character just to advance the story, Asami is the worst written character in the entire show past Season 1 and everything about Korra herself is horrendously poorly written and spits in the face of TLA. If it wasn't for the supporting cast of characters, such as Tenzin, I don't think I could've watched it. Korra herself is infuriating. She was basically a master of 3 elements at birth, which isn't a thing according to literally all of the pre-established lore of TLA and the Avatar universe, she never fucking mastered Airbending and legit gave up on trying to do so and relied fully on Avatar State and not only mastered it but had full control over it, which again is not something you can do. The whole point of Avatar state was that you could learn to trigger it but never control it, and that was very well established in TLA. To begin with, you had to basically achieve enlightenment, much like Zaheer did to master Airbending, in order to trigger the State on command, and Korra...clearly could not ever achieve that. The whole point of an Avatar attempting to master their abilities, for example, was so that they could find a particular master through a journey for each element, incorporate the strengths of that way of bending the element into the Avatar State for later use, mature as both a person and the Avatar and protect the balance. Korra, meanwhile, literally had everything fucking spoon-fed to her, had mastered 3 by the time she was like 5, never mastered and gave up on mastering Airbending, and honestly never matured. In their attempt to "outdo" themselves in Korra, the original creators fucked up just about everything they could've fucked up. They pointed fingers at everything but themselves to place blame, talked down to their fanbase, and actually belittled TLA in numerous cases in an attempt to claim Korra was a superior show. Again, even knowing Nick didn't make it easy for them, they still made decisions in direct conflict with Nick that 100% did not help their situation or the show and only harmed things. It takes two to tango.

Aliesha Barlow

@Unlimited_Haki I know that this is late, but M'gann did mention a while back when she was in school about the discrimination and said, "I'm green of course, but that still doesn't make it right," coupled with the fact that she panicked when Black Canary mentioned that she turned white and her true form at least confirms to the audience that she is not a green Martian.

AlphaWolf64

I would also add that they are a covert team where the JL can't be seen doing these missions. granted there mission execution aren't that covert lol

Hobbes

Aang perfected his Waterbending, nearly mastered earth bending and was a damn good fire bender in about 8 months. Let alone was a spiritual genius at age 12 plus Airbending prodigy. Korra finished mastering Firebending along with Earth and Water at age 16. Who’s the marry sue

Destin Hill

First of all, I didn't bring up Mary Sue, but since you did, you're completely wrong. Aang only mastered Airbending by the end of TLA. Period. It's pretty specifically stated and shown. Firebending-wise, Aang was just about the weakest Firebender in the show. All the others eclipsed him. Just because he was decent doesn't mean he was a master. Earthbending, again, was decent, but Aang is once again the weakest Earthbender in the show. Both of those elements are used by numerous other characters in TLA and it's pretty obvious he's weaker than all of them. The whole plotline of Aang trying to learn how to trigger Avatar State - not control it - was literally because he did not have the time or ability to master anything in 8 months. He had 8 months to try to master Waterbending, probably around 6 for Earthbending and like 2 for Firebending. Airbending and Spiritual things are basically a 1:1 ratio, and it's the reason why Korra was so shit with spiritual things - she never got past basic Airbending. Waterbending wise, Aang was actually very good; but I wouldn't call him a master at it by the end. Waterbending is also the closest to Airbending, and it helps that he had a dedicated teacher the entire time. But I think he did actually master it not long after, in the comics? Regardless, there's no way in hell you can view Aang as being even close to mastering Earthbending or Firebending by the end of the show. The difference in his ability, as well as just the struggle he had in even learning them - remember that Korra literally figured out everything but Airbending when she was like 5 - is just too much for him to be a master. Korra had actually mastered Fire, Earth and Water long before 16. 16 is simply when they time skipped to. This was actually mentioned both in the show and outside of the show, including by Katara I believe. Unlike Aang, who was on the run consistently and didn't always have access to bending teachers, Korra was basically born, learned 3 different bending styles on her own as a toddler at around the same time she even learned to SPEAK, and then received direct teaching from White Lotus masters in everything but Airbending. The difference is very apparent even in the start of the show - Korra just about outclasses every single Earth, Water and Firebender in the show. She ruins almost every bender one on one in their own element. Think back throughout the show - how many SINGULAR benders did Korra lose to? And I don't mean bullshit where she gets poisoned or something like in Season 3. I mean fights where the enemy bender just outclasses her. What gets Korra fucked over so much is the fact that she simply gives up on mastering Airbending, and by correlation Spiritual things, and starts relying on Avatar State, which she shouldn't even be able to do in the first place. Everything in seasons 2, 3 and 4 could have been solved if she had done that, or at the very least tried, instead of just defaulting to Avatar State. I don't know where you're getting this Aang being the Mary Sue from, considering Aang got his ass handed to him by most of the enemies of the show, but you obviously don't remember things on this subject. There are a bunch of videos that talk about this rather extensively. I'm not saying that she is, either - but I'm saying that she's definitely closer to it than Aang is. Part of LoK's problem was that it basically tried to make Korra the end-all, be-all. She was basically superior to Aang in just about every way aside from Airbending, and she immediately made up for that by abusing Avatar State. Hell, even Zaheer, my favorite villain in the second series and one of my favorites of the entire series, broke the established rules of the universe. LoK had a VERY bad problem with breaking established lore or just straight up invalidating things from the previous series and making them seem pointless.

Destin Hill

Tl;dr is this dude got butthurt that I dislike Korra and that I pointed out some of its glaring flaws, tried to somehow infer that I said Korra was a Mary Sue and then tried to say Aang was when I never said that and neither of them is a Mary Sue, it's just that Korra's writing, as a show and as a character, sucked ass. Lol. People try to blame Nickelodeon for all the issues of Korra, and that's just not how it was G. Sure Nick did some shit, but they also genuinely fucked shit up even from the start.

Dante Vega

I'm assuming from those paragraphs you haven't watched either show don't speak in matters you can't comprehend.

Destin Hill

Lmao what? Bruh, I watched both shows. I watched TLA as it came out and have watched it in it's entirety twice since then, once before Korra and once after Korra. I have watched Korra twice, once as it came out and once after. I have also watched videos on the show itself talking about what it does well and what it does poorly. If you disagree with me, that's fine. But if you're going to try and act like some all-knowing asshole, go fuck yourself or try to refute me instead of telling me "but ur dum tho". Prove to me Korra wasn't badly written. Prove to me that the main cast of Korra, Asami, Mako and Bolin aren't horrendously two-dimensional and get little to no development and that the supporting cast wasn't vastly superior. Prove to me that Korra wasn't bullshit overpowered and that they could only ever beat her by first tormenting her or breaking her down by various means, or by throwing some bullshit enemy that made no sense in existing in the series. Don't just sit there and go, "well, you're stupid and I'm smart, so you're wrong and you should shut up."

Adanis Costa

Lupasan's gonna love season 3

Qasim Sonson

Megan is Rachel Dolezal 😂

totally-not-a-weeb

kinda surprised no one commented on garths eyes turning a bright green after getting that blood transfusion...

Jai Lewin

beast boy anyone his names garfield

CJ Dennis

13:06 the creators of Hello Megan are the Creators of Young Justice with their last names reversed: Instead of Greg Wisemen and Brandon Vietti, it's Greg Vietti and Brandon Wisemen lol. 😆 😆

Sayveon Barber

You have to stop comparing alok and atla they are totally different you can expect everyone to be the same, it was different in aangs time people thought the avatar wasn’t coming back and the were in a war, so it was harder for him to train with elements but in korras time the white Lotous we’re waiting for the avatar and there was no war everything was peaceful and don’t you remember what tenzin said korra was good at the physical side of bending instead of the spiritual side of it so yes I can see how she was good at bending at that young age and yeah I get what your about Korra it was extremely rush but maybe you should be considerate and don’t just type your thoughts about a show some people really like. No disrespect

Brandon Gibbs

Yeah M'gann might be scary looking on the outside in her true form but on the inside she is the adopted human form she chosen. Good thing she didn't let Psimon get to her like that.

Lamaree Jackson

The little lip smack lupa always does when he knows something 🤣

Julius

I took notice of that, but not correctly. I thought that maybe she accidentally transformed into a white Martian, not that she actually was one.
