They are really amping this arc up in the anime!

Comments

Grayson

is there no audio, or is it only me?

Akioooo.

Ngl I started to skip chapters in the Manga of this Arc... But this was LIT.

Beastywolf

I am with Roshi I remember how boring this arc was in the manga when it came out weekly but this anime has really changed my mind on this arc so far.

Yeah, I honestly didn't care much for this arc, but I ain't gonna lie. If they can keep them coming like this it might just change my opinion

EndeavorxGoat

It was great in the manga too💀💀 you just never decided to give it a reread 😭

rośe 薔薇

I love the creative choice of the narration of explaining the quirks is Deku just nerding out

Big Daddy Dre

“Can’t expect him to be nasty off rip” after y’all trash invincible for losing fights😂😂

Rereading after it was done was way better. The weekly release for this arc felt like such a drag.

Randy Macklin

Replace every time Kuroiro says "dark" with "black" because his power is about blackness specifically. His Quirk is literally "Black" (the English word) and his Hero Name is Vantablack not Vantadark (that sounds so stupid).

LeafEatingCow

I thought ppl are born looking like their quirks if they are mutant-type quirks. Like tokoyami was born with a bird head and mina was born pink. Because in episode 1, they said a baby was born emitting light (I'm guessing its a mutant-type quirk). Emitter and Transformation type quirks develop over time.

AzureSiegfried

Yea the anime is doing this arc justice this shit is sick.

The Pebble

I forgot how hilarious the meeting of both class's edge lords was; They both are impressed with the other's "darkness talk" lmao

Craig Stanley

Kuroido in Japanese means Black Color.

The Truth

AOArlert

Anyone else's intro completely silent?

Shaw

Mushroom Girl is low key one of the strongest characters in the verse.

Tokoyami is an emitter. Appearance doesn't really matter, sometimes people are just born with odd bodies, that may or may not be related to their quirk. Mutant quirks are quirks that permanently alter the body, meaning that the alterations are the quirk itself. Ex: ojiro's tail, tsuyu's whole body. Transformation quirks, are alterations that can be turned off and on. Ex: Kirishima, and shishio(the beast guy from 1-B). Emitter quirks are quirks have affects outside of the body. They're the widest ranging, and include anything from lasers, matter alteration/generation, energy absorption, and more. Ex: One for all users, Aoyama, Koda, Mina.

If a mushroom grow out my eye someone gotta die

Anonymous

The face that mushroom grew all over the invisible girl and she's fully naked makes my skin crawl

TheToweringOtakunt

So... if Aizawa hits Invisi-chick with his power, is the whole class just staring at her buck as naked self? Because I'm pretty sure she's just streaking her way through life... Also, Shadow Man's last name is literally "The Color Black". I'm done.

I guess he cant, because he cant see her. And yes it seems she is without clothes. Or maybe she has a suit made out of hair, similiar to Mirio?

L.C.

They are really diversifying their animation abilities. I like the way these fights are going. I don't see how people couldn't think these fights are lit. Anime is really firing this arc up.

cade-carter

kendo and momo did their work study together and got with the snake hero lady and she put them in a commercial

Seven

I believe this arc felt boring in the manga because 1: Each chapter was shorter than usual (Horikoshi was having personal problems). 2: Reading the short chapters week to week felt like it was being dragged on. 3: The placement of this arc was out of the blue, and at the time people were more interested in the actual story than the school stuff.

Revis

don’t doubt mushroom girl

Senpai

NEVER underestimate the power of Mushrooms.

Earphone Jack

Bruh I died laughing at how Aoyama screamed after Kuroiro grabbed him when I first saw the episode this morning! 😂😂😂

Denji

I just thought about it, but why does kendo have a lisp now? Did she always have it?

Halibel

Ty studio bones

Cameron Hall

As someone who started reading this after the arc was finished i agree. I didn't find it as boring as people who read week to week. It was fun especially the ending of the arc.

Omar Harriott

Ay bruh lupa really crushing that "MY HERO"😤

Senjioh

So is Hagakure naked or does she have a suit that can bend light to match her quirk?

Alex

It's like Studio Bones learned that we were *so* disappointed with the first arc last season, that they were like "And we took that one personally" so they amped it up big time here. So good.

Devil’s Advocate
>>58447054

I’m assuming she’s naked considering we can only see her gloves and boots. She was also asked if she was cold a couple of episodes ago.

Otter Mane

Im pretty sure Tokoyami was born looking like a chicken

Settsu

Bruh the intro made me think my headphones broke!

Mahmii

*Kuroiro. And yeah, I realized when they flashed all of 1-B’s names that ep. I was laughing like crazy cuz I got the joke 😂

JustJulz

Kuroiro hit that bane, you merely adopted the dark I was born in it lmao

Ever Alezano

Yooo, whats going on with their videos? No sound at the beginning :/

AjohnJexy 123

Maybe it’s just me but I just don’t feel the same hype. Probably cause watching AOT made the bar higher for storytelling.

Brandon Rodgers

Please tell me I wasn’t the only dying when sheera said my arms

Razor4884

Imagine if that girl made mushrooms grow inside of you... like in your lungs. She could be a scary-ass villain if she wanted to.
