Luh_Darrow

The Goat Rampo San makes his appearance 😎

Lola

Great reaction guys! I propose also Ajin, Soul eater and Death Parade to react to or just personally enjoy if you haven't already seen them

yasmina C

Rampo is more like Sherlock Holmes than L, lol he even dresses like him

Lola

Also you know a character is op when his eyes are closed all the time

Redback

Hope yall react to Akame Ga Kill one day 🙏🙌 one of the best osts ever & so many dramatic moments

From the moment he showed up in episode 1, I had my eye on him. "Fox-faced" characters (closed eyes and constantly smiling) almost always have something more going on. Up until this episode, I thought he was gunna be a mole for the Port Mafia or something. Couldn't be happier I was wrong.

Eronthaboy

"damn Double suicide" YEAHHHH Roshi LMAO. This is one of my favorite episodes of the first season just cause of how it feels like a actual case

Cc.Rin4456

damn no more mickey Lupa😔

Sun

Rampo was definitely my favorite character in this series when I first watched this haha even till this day actually.

Lupa is Dadi

this was the episode that made me love the show even more

I'm pretty sure they watched Soul eater before cause I heard them mention it a couple of times in other reactions.

Dopey

I think he's a Savant. Seeing how he can't do simple things like get the marble out and commute but has above genius level deduction skills. Dope character though.

I see what you mean. He very well could be. But I think it's meant to be more ironic than anything else (especially since it's seldom addressed after this episode). Though, him being a savant makes it easier to argue against this quirk being a weird inconsistency in the character writing.

Not Dual Wielding

One my favorite facts about Bungo stray dogs is that you can actually figure out Rampo doesn't have an ability because his is the only one that isn't a literary reference and is just a description of his ability.

Dopey
>>60596060

oh yea, definitely. I would rather have it be that way than mine haha. I guess I was just trying to see if I could compare him to someone in reality, what he would be like etc.

Jaylen Johnson

any plans on reacting to the rest of overlord roshi?

TimmSchmimm
>>60592298

Oh hell yeah, death parade. Always forget it when thinking about really good anime.

Skebaba

Rampo is retarded because his brain uses 100% of its resources for Deduction, hence he literally can't do anything but deduce shit and thus needs someone else to do every other kind of processing for him instead

Lady Jie

Will episode 6 be posted too?

Jazko

MAGI or Talentless Nana!!! Keep the likes up boys!

Jazko

Rampo is like Sherlock Holmes in the case that he is completely illiterate to anything that doesn't relate to solving mysteries. Eccentric. That's why he is based on him I assume. But yeah he's like L also

Jazko
>>60596455

I would think that he is similar to Sherlock Holmes though

Grayson

They have already watched soul eater because on a fire force reaction they noticed one easter egg (the moon). I would like to see them watch Death Parade, Ajin is bad tho

Justin Neason

Damn, Rampo got Sheera's ability that's wild

Not Dual Wielding

I just meant the ability names like Ultra Deduction for Rampo vs Beast Beneath the Moonlight(Atsushi) and No Longer Human(Dazai)

I think ranpo is somewhere on the spectrum, maybe not a savant but, he shows a lot of signs of being autistic.

Quinton Campbell

I've learned to not have a favorite character in any anime world that doesn't have dragon balls.

MisRule

I watched episode in the dub by accident bc dumbass HBOMAX keeps switching from sub to dub every episode 😡but when homie sounded just like Edward from FMA dub🥺bc it is. That’s reason enough for me too love to Rampo and keep watching the dub. Am I the only with that HBOMAX problem thou?

Hoshino Aki

Did anyone point out that Ranpo has the same voice as Captain Levi?

Totally Thomas

Wait, is Ranpo-san's VA the same as Araragi from Monogartari?

PimpDaddy

I thought those discord notifs were mine and i had no new messages lmao then i realized it was coming from roshi's comp hahahaha
