Also, that Ninja was actually Jason Todd (2nd Robin) after being brought back to life by Ra’s Lazarus Pit after being killed by the joker (as seen in under the red hood) The baby was in fact Damian Wayne. This isn’t a spoiler because they actually never bring those characters back up throughout the rest of the season. It’s a great Easter egg though.

As for Lupa you shouldn’t be surprised that most of us are in the comments talking about Jason Todd especially after he struggled to remember Terra from TT.

The random ninja is most definitely Jason Todd ( a former Robin confirmed dead because you see his memorial in previous seasons ). Raj died in season 2, but came back to life from the Lazarus Pit ( Remember Raj mentioned ressurections this episode ). It wouldn't be crazy is Raj came across Jason's dead body and brought him back to life ( and the Pit often has fucky side effects like memory loss or whatever's convenient to plot ) and made him a personal bodyguard. Also another tidbit. Talia didn't just fuck Bruce, she raped him. She and him did have a thing but one night she got him really, really drunk and then she had sex with him intentionally to have his baby and kept it a secret from him.

young justice is its own property, especially being an animated show. its promotes itself in a way that you shouldn't have to have in-depth comic knowledge to watch (i.e ppl like roshi), and with that said it in actually does the opposite since there's so much they seem to expect readers to know of comic lore to figure out.

Everyone said it now but in comics or even the movie under the red hood. Jason is brought back by Ra’s Al Ghul due to feeling bad for aiding the Joker which led to Jason Todd being tortured and killed. Him staying and training with them I prefer rather than him going crazy and leaving insane becoming the red Hood. But he also takes the name to piss off Joker as it was the name Joker took as a lesser thug

*SPOILER, kinda?*. The red hooded ninja is Jason Todd, the second robin that came after Dick Grayson graduated to NightWing. In season 2 after the time skip he was presumed dead along with aqua girl and Ted Kord (the original Blue Beetle). Tim Drake (the third robin) Is still the current Robin, he left the team in episode 1 i believe when Batman quit the JL with Green Arrow and the others.

I don't really see how it's a spoiler. Everything they said had either been shown, had an incredible wealth of hints, or is said outright. Dude is with a Batman villain recognizing Batman's apprentice and showing his newborn baby 'brother' on screen. They showed literally every Robin except Jason Todd JUST IN CASE there was any confusion. I'm a casual Batman fan and Todd came to mind immediately, especially since context implies they recently used the pit.
