Alvin Smith

im surprised people still watch anime intros tbh, theyre full of spoilers

Montra

Yeah, this show gets you attached to characters so quickly. They all have such compelling stories

BoxHead

KEMONO JIHEN 😩😩😩😩👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Beef Gristle Mill

I'm surprised this almost got roshi and not some of the stuff in violet evergarden, it was really sad and shitty tho, but sweet at the end.

L.C.

I love the OST's (soundtracks) in this series. Super emotional and reminds me of so many damn emotional scenes from this show.

Alexa

Damn that end almost had me crying again. Big emotions

Jdogzero Silverblade

this show has masterful writing to get you so attached to each character so fast. then kills them off for story and still gets a surprised reaction.

Smash Bran'Discootch

Ayo Lupa I was right there with you my guy. No shame in showing the emotion the show is trying to evoke in you.

SilvaSeal

We almost got roshi this time

TheDroppedFry

Without a doubt one of the greatest animes of all time, in terms of emotional torment lmao

Solivigant Kaiba

I really wanted to give Lupasan a hug at the end ngl. Is he OK? I hope so.

Anonymous

Seeing Lupa wiping his face, trying to hold back tears, and then finals a few falling. That broke me.

Bxneeyyx

Does anyone know the uploading schedule?

Trevor

episode was indeed bussin

Somono

What was that about not getting attached?? Oh yeah, throw that out the window.

Lychee

Damn I can't wait for next week 😭

Narutofreak94

This is a beautiful show 😭😭

Devin B

It's hard not to get attached to Gugu cause not only does he have a tragic story but he's doing the best he can to live with his disfigurement despite the odds being against him

Calvin Delaney

Lupa, no shame at all, i can't count how many times i bawled in just these two episodes alone.

Why? Just watched 9 and all I got from it was how annoying this little girl is and how much I wish we could have had Marsh instead; Unless you love hearing privileged little girls complain about how easy their life has been to a kid that has been through actual trauma..

Skyl3t0n

The Intro isn't really a spoiler since one doesn't know whether they are real or just predictions, for example March as an adult.

Homeskilletbiscuits

It's OK to vibe to an anime opening, just try not to dissect it too much cuz then you start to notice things.

Jalen Christofer

i never watch anime intros so many spoilers lol

Mikal Adkins

Don't know if someone already mentioned this or not but the person singing the opening is Hikaru Utada (same person who sings the Kingdom Hearts songs).

Tbh I can't remember any anime where roshi actually cried except the last episode of vinland saga. Idk if I missed a reaction but I think vinland saga is the only one right?

Dune

His brother definitely didn't deserve that ring in the slightest, but it shows how good of a person gugu is. He doesn't think there's any hope for himself but he has still hope for his brother to become a good person and live a good life. It makes you angry, sad and warms your heart kind of at the same time.

Ohais

The thing is though; I think now Gugu's brother is about to get arrested or hurt, becuase that person definitely recognised the ring. And they're both blond males with the same pants. I have a feeling something's going to happen to him

Ohais

Also, I think Gugu's brother was spending all his money on gambling. Because when we first met "his friends" they said, 'You better win tomorrow.'

Devin Witt

Have they talked about watching/reacting to Ancient Magus Bride? I don't see it in their posts, also haven't seen them say they've seen it already. If they haven't seen it, I highly recommend it for a reaction.

godUsoland

Every episode claps Lupa-san.

Thamor

Lupa clapped...well more to come.

blickvic

gugu is best boy, @ me

botanbutton

I love the outro song "Mediator" so much. Composed by Masashi Hamauzu. Yep, he composed for FF13.

lyssa

Sadge

JsnSkg

That's why for spoilery op's, I watch it once without looking very carefully, then skip it for every episode after.

Yoori

It’s really hard not to get attached bc the characters are written so well

yasmina C

I was so pissed when Gugu gave his brother the ring, but it just shows how amazing of a person he is <33 I love Gugu

lyssa

O man this my first time watching this show been on my list definitely loving it

Nikolai Cannady

I don't remember if anybody told you guys, but the OP song is by Utada Hikaru it's called Pink Blood and the lyrics definitely relate to Fushi's journey, great reaction as usual!

Didier

The reason why I think you guys work perfectly as a trio is because : Lupa is an interesting reactor to watch because he's so sincere in his reactions. He's the comical element of the group, most of the time it's like he's having a hard time staying focused on whatever's going on because he's so eager to make a joke every minute. But when the feels hit him, it hits harder than the others. Roshi on the other hand is like the opposite of Lupa. He's generally less inclined to react emotionally to scenes and you can see he makes it a point to miss as little narrative elements as possible. They're almost like Yin and Yang in this aspect, and then you have Sheera who is like a combination of them both. She notices the smallest things, predicts most plot-twists in advance and makes dirty butt jokes at every occasion she gets.

Sy'mon Almeida

never seen Lupa that devastated .. at the end

Kyjuan Washington

Sheera literally describing ptsd at the end there.
