Ahh yes, the reveal. Now we just need them to reveal Sakura as Lancers master and we're set lol

Comments

Anthony Chase

Sheera and her Sheeragan was right about Archer all along, my man Shirou is forever bound to be Archer in this timeline of events. Everytime that Shirou took Kiritsugis hand that day, he put himself in that path and the one time he didn’t he became a whole black priest.

Oxalic Acid
>>109752456

Late, but this is not true. Nasu, the author of the visual novel, stated that in no route does emiya shirou ever become archer.

Anthony Chase
>>109752456

Thats impossible as Shirou did become Archer because Archer would have never come to be if he didn’t. What you are saying is impossible. There are timelines in which he does. Timelines in which he becomes more like kotomine. And timelines where he becomes like Kiritsugu.

Ven
>>90833951

You're not serious. Archer's situation is a result of the actions he took in his own timeline. This Shirou has nothing to do with why he ended up the way he did.

kenny

kaguya sama ep 3/4 ?

Edgar Perez

Commented on the wrong episode. Still good ep.

auxag

Bro, you missed the End Credit scene. It wasnt super important though and was pretty short. For your information there wont be another end credit scene till the final episode but please dont miss it. Ep 25, End Credit Scene.

Merfhew

If the haven't figured something out yet, let them?

Wrëck

UNLIMITED BUDGET WORKSSSS

eastbaynick
>>66843387

sir delete your comment theyre not stupid you know. Im late to one fate post and people wildin. Must be a youtube guy

Oui Oui
>>66843387

Not a YouTube guy. Been here for over a year now. And they’re a little slow. No one is “wildin”.

Oui Oui
>>66843387

If y’all really watched their reactions then y’all would know they miss a lot of stuff and 90% of the time never figure it out.

Oui Oui
>>66843387

Lol I’m not. But I see y’all are still the toxic doodoo water community. Y’all really want them to look stupid. Now that’s sad and pathetic

Jose silva

Saber salvation comes much later when a certain someone finds her in Avalon, and by someone i mean Shirou.

kai

yall gone see why gilgamesh called him faker lmao

RANDY PEREZ

Gil called him "Faker" cuz Archer makes copies of weapons, but Gil has all the originals so theres nothing original about Archer.

Sebastian Stróż

I just want to point out that Shinji is voiced by the same VA as Araragi from Monogatari.

BZD
>>66843387

They know Archer is Shirou, but they don’t know about the timeline thing. Just wait and see if they can figure it out themselves.

Pocparks
>>66844406

didnt they /Just/ say not to put spoilers in the comments? delete this my guy

Oui Oui
>>66843387

Lol nah. Y’all are the ones looking stupid. And every time y’all comment, y’all just keep proving it. Y’all also prove that y’all are a sad toxic community

Pocparks

i always coulnt help but laugh that rin is like,,,, in danger of /bad shit/ happening to her and saber is just kinda sitting shdkdhsks like highkey even though rins her master now she still cares more about shirou EDIT: before anyone says anything I understand why saber cant just immediately go after rin but seeing how rash saber’s been before and then seeing how calmly she let rin get snatched is just funny to me

Mikal Adkins

I don't know about y'all but I always wanted to see Archer fight Gilgamesh even though he'd probably lose.

Pocparks

i hope one day yall can get mods for these patreon comments bc good god,,, people will not just let y’all figure things out

Sun
>>66843387

Well, I don't know if you've been watching the other fate reactions prior to this episode, but they pretty much already speculated that much lol There was no need to confirm their speculations when the anime itself was going to in the remaining episodes

Oui Oui
>>66843387

They speculated that he was Shirou from the future. Not that he’s Shirou from an alternate timeline. Seems this community doesn’t pay attention to things like them.

Conf3tti
>>66843387

Why are you the way that you are? Did your parents beat you? Is that why you're so fucking dumb?

Oui Oui
>>66843387

Lol nah. They didn’t beat me. And I’m not dumb at all. Dumb people can’t get their PhD. Why are y’all a bunch of annoying toxic cunts? Did your parents not give you enough love? Did they abandon y’all because they knew y’all would be such disappointments?

Nabiatu Kalokoh

tbh I'd just ignore the comment section for this show or have someone you trust go through the comments and relay the interesting tidbits to you. it's honestly ridiculous how you literally said in last episode's caption not to spoil and people still didn't get the message. it's like they think you're stupid or can't put 2 and 2 together on your own, idk

Oui Oui
>>66843387

Well just to stop y’all annoying toxic little babies I’ll delete my comment then laugh when they don’t figure it out like usual or when they continue to miss things

RANDY PEREZ
>>66844992

thats not a spoiler ? archer says "trace on" in this video they know he copies weapons. He even told Saber he can make a copy of her sword. Theres no context in that scene thats why I cleared it up.

BZD
>>66844406

It’s not really a spoiler for this. They’ve already said they aren’t watching the Fate route and she can only be saved in the fate route, and even then it’s still unclear whether or not she was saved.

Oui Oui
>>66846585

I mean there have been a lot of times they couldn’t put 2 and 2 together and the same people complaining about “spoilers” are the same ones who tell them. For example when they thought the hacker’s dad was the Azure King. They also tend to miss a lot of things as wel

BZD
>>66845897

Spoiler I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Archer is Gilgamesh’s hard counter just like how Lancelot could have beaten Gilgamesh due to his capability to counter Gate of Babylon. The thing about Gilgamesh is that he really should never lose, if you are looking at only his abilities. But the other thing about Gilgamesh is that he is unbelievably arrogant and often won’t pull out the big guns until he feels he is facing someone worthy of it, like Iskander. But against Archer he wouldn’t want to sully Ea by using it on him.

Oui Oui
>>66844992

I know it’s not. I’m making fun of people who think that’s what a spoiler is.

Mikal Adkins
>>66845897

How is that a spoiler? That's just me expressing interest in seeing a fight between Archer and Gilgamesh.

BZD
>>66845897

No. I was writing a spoiler and accidentally hit enter

JsnSkg

Moving along nicely. Looking forward to your reactions to the final stretch of this series, and then the Heaven's Feel Trilogy after that.

BZD
>>66842125

Thoughts on just binge watching the rest of Fate and airing it now? ;)

Darren Banks
>>66844992

for all the connections she made between Gilgamesh and Shirou's heroic spirit, I'm suprised Sheera didn't catch that.

Conf3tti

Imagine commenting spoilers and then being a crybaby when people call you out for it. Wild.

None None

In the original VN, he had a weird sword fixation that didn't really make it into the anime. Any time he'd catch a glimpse of a sword in battle, he'd suddenly start dreaming about it the next night and had no idea why. Archer using Unlimited Blade Works was supposed to be the point where everything clicked and you realize he'd been subconsciously starting to register weapons into his Reality Marble without realizing (even though he couldn't summon it yet). It was a cool detail that kind of tied everything together, but I guess the anime couldn't figure out a good way to show it.

george mcvey
>>66844992

this is something that is directly said in a later ep so yes it is a spoiler.

Polygon
>>66845897

@Benjamin Lancelot can't beat Gil even with Knight of Honor, idk why people always bring him up in the list of Servants who could. The Fate/Zero Light Novel makes it explicitly obvious that when Tokiomi used his Command Seal to withdraw Gil during the dock fight that Gil was about to trash Lancelot and every other Servant there. “The next count of glowing Noble Phantasms reached 32. This time, even Rider kept silent. Berserker has endured a continuous attack of 16 Noble Phantasms, but there was no way to resist twice that number. That was the same for all the servants. No one could estimate the limits of the latent power of the Golden Archer anymore."

Fernando Perez
>>66846585

If it's something that gets literally said later in the series, then yeah it's a spoiler. I'd argue it's only fair to say something if they misunderstood some information that doesn't get clarified later or they specifically ask for clarification on something.

Viela Guay
>>66845897

No Lancelot is one who is capable of beating Gilg under the right conditions (a large part of those conditions resulting from neglect on gilg's part). It's even the plot point of an alternate Fate/Zero story. Yes Gilg can thrash pretty much most anyone if you're just comparing raw damage output and such, but he's literally designed to be overcome via circumstantial conditions, which is what makes him such a good narrative antagonist archetype of the insurmountable wall

Viela Guay
>>66848121

Tbh the biggest casualty of the adaptation is all the shirou stuff. It was downright shocking to me when I read the VN and found out how much better of a character he was

john segun doe
>>66844406

Man you cant fix stupid. lmao. Why does one pay money for reactions to a show only to spoil it

ApplePieOG

I HATE Shinji so much. Every time he shows I just want him to get Noble Phantasm'ed

Anonymous

They are officially 6 episodes away from the Heaven's Feel movies, AKA some of the best modern anime fight scenes up to now

Jose silva
>>66844406

Not really a spoiler considering their skipping the og fate route plus their reunion never got animated so i doesn’t really matter.

Jose silva
>>66844406

Bro stop been so cringe i never spoiled anything about this or the movies plot so it never really mattered.

Yanpo
>>66844992

What you spoiled is that Gilgamesh knows more about Archer than he's let on.

ApplePieOG

Rin pacting with Saber is one of my favorite scènes in all of Fate. It's also one of the strongest forms of Sabers in anime to date. Pure badass

Cjay26

I hope y'all are able to react to Heaven's Feel after this

Most Sane Oreimo Fan

If you hate Shinji now, you'll hate him even more in Heaven's Feel

Skebaba
>>66844406

What an asshole he is if true. Couldn't even jailbreak my boi Merlin even tho he is also on Avalon, smh...

Charlie baker

The more i see of these comment section explanations while reading out of curiosity, the less i want to make the jump into fate. My friend talking about it had a similar effect of just making me think this is way too overcomplicated to possibly be satisfying coherent. More power to the people who can make the push to but i think its just gonna be one of the series i just never sit down for,who knows maybe after i get into monogatari series ill be ready to jump into fate

Hakurei Oni
>>66865866

Fate isn't that complicated don't let people scare you off. It's no different than Star Wars, yes there is a ton of lore and really in depth material if you want to go looking for it, but the movies themselves have a simplistic and easy to follow plot and none of that extra lore knowledge is necessary. Same with Fate.

Reign
>>66865866

you talking about fate being complicated when its just the same story 3xs with diff twists but you wanna watch monogatari that has Japanese wordplay you wont even understand lmao. Aight. :clownshoes:

Bossman15blaze

Ok to explain it is the same universe and time line he is just a future version the show will explain what rin is talking about later

None None
>>66846585

I'm pretty sure they've mentioned before that they already have someone middlemaning the comments for them, otherwise they'd get spoiled in every series they watch. So they see a whole bunch of people in the comments arguing about spoilers but not the posts with the spoilers.

Reign

Heaven feels gonna fuck you guys up lmao. Also Sheera called it. Archers is referred to as Faker a lot and him and Gil got serious beef because he essentially is like a hollow copy of him since the shirou that is this ARcher is from the Fate timeline where they constantly fight gilgamesh whos obsessed with saber and copies lot of his shit. Also the thing he said to saber about someone saving her is reference to him breaking his promise to her from FATE like I said before Saber is not really a heroic spirit she's actually a living person who freely gives her services to the grail because of her past regrets. Shes still alive and is trapped in avalon waiting for shirou who promised he would save her ( in the fate route they were lovers each route Shirou falls for a diff girl )

Fernando Perez
>>66865866

I will say it's really not that complicated, especially if you just read the VN which does a much better job explaining things than the anime. I find that the anime adaptations go at a way faster pace, so they have to throw everything at you in a few lines or cut it entirely. The VN feels much more natural in its storytelling and pacing, so you'll be lost far less often, if at all. People just like making it more complex than it is by spouting random lore or extra information that isn't necessary to know what's going on.

DevilMayCarter

Archer is so Taskmaster right now...(and I don't mean the one from Black Widow)!

Polygon
>>66845897

Sure, but that's true for anyone lol. Anyone can lose depending on circumstances. I was speaking in a more general sense.

Reign
>>66870448

I am a bad person. My parents showed me no affection, so I seek attention through posting spoilers underneath anime reaction videos. Truly, I am the lowest of the low.

baja
>>66870448

We know Seek help, seek other people outside internet, parasocial relationship is not healthy, and you trying to force your wau to being recognise, for one thing only, is kinda sad. I hope for the best for you

baja
>>66845897

I dont know much about fate shit, but i still think, gilgamesh not being able to be summoned as summoned, is downright criminal to his potency. If im not wrong, gil in his prime was believed to have mastered every weapon in his arsenal, that would make him fcking insane

Cancel

You guys were wondering how Archer knows all the stuff he does about the weapons and other servants. He knows because he himself was once Shirou and fought in the fifth holy grail war, where he probably found out all their names during that time. So since he learned that when he was alive, the archer summoned to this war always has the info on the other servants and masters. Of course, he doesn't share that information since he's hiding his identity.

alonso616
>>66865866

i was the same after watching ubw for the first time but after a while and watching heavens feel i decided to get into the rest of it. it was a bit of a commitment but much less than i thought and the fate franchise ended up being my favorite in all of anime. in the meantime i’m sure you’ll enjoy the monogatari series it is really an excellent watch.

kimwa
>>66870448

bro youre the reason they ask not to have spoilers mixed in with comments

Ougi
>>66865866

you sound like a sad elitist, monogatari is my favourite show but no need to to be so condescending.

Charlie baker
>>66870448

Lmao you guys do see its a different guy commenting below the main comment right, the avatar is colorswapped its not reign saying it

Giyuu

They said my man gave up on going to heaven so he could save people while he was dead too 😂😂😂😂

KimKaiRen

Yeah u need mods for the comment section. I've never seen so many spoilers for any other show than this

KimKaiRen

I just can't wait for u guys to get to Heaven's Feel trilogy. Watch it in Blu Ray if u can

Cheshire

NOT A SPOILER: Fate takes place in a multiverse. Just clearing that up. Also, like everyone else says watch Heavens Feel after

ElasticMemories

Spoilers everywhere in the comment section again lol

ElasticMemories

Heaven's Feel really should be watched in Blu Ray. Pretty sure you can download it from... nyaa.si or something according to a youtuber?

Dublis91
>>66993736

1 and 2 were pretty good but Heavens Feel 3 was f'n incredible. For me its the ending of the whole Stay Night saga.

Jeremiah Clark
>>66845897

You seem to know a decent amount about fate. Do you know if their making a new series to follow the events after Fate/UBW

Wrëck
>>66870448

Nigga you just said sheera called it right? So why tf are you down here writing a novel about it lmao. I GUARANTEE they don’t care about the extra shit if they wanna know something they’ll ask.

PyroPhoenix
>>66870448

What is this FATE you are referring to? Is that route a game or has it been adapted to an anime too?

PyroPhoenix
>>66870448

Archer hasnt lived that long to have gone through all those fights. He is shirou from the FUTURE. so think about it. He didnt live through the past eras but then how could he have been there? Because remember they said that he wanted to keep helping others even in his AFTERLIFE, meaning after death. He became a heroic spirit therefore meaning he can be summoned during ANY holy grail war. So all those betrayals and hardships were all from times he was summoned to fight as a servant in different holy grail wars from different eras. That is why he has so many copies of legendary weapons and is also why gilgamesh called him a faker, because archer has COPIES of every single heroic weapon just like gilgamesh has the ORIGINALS of every single heroic weapon

PimpDaddy

talking about mortal kombat? they always got lines before the fight hahahaah

thedragonemperor

If you notice that in this fight, Lancer would have 100% killed Archer if Archer had not provoked him to throw the spear. If Lancer continued to use his noble phantasm and fight close range, Archer would have been killed rather swiftly, considering Lancer also brings superior speed, strength and agility in comparison.

chou sion

fuck shiro, all my homies hate shira, team archer all day. shiro's fucking goofy goody choises resulted in archer sufering for basically eternity, yet shiro refuses to let go of these ideals that would lead to that. I would have killed shiro too, and he should/should have killed him. fucking plot armor is the only thing that will/could save shiro, just cuz he is the mc. again fuck shiro even if the show chooses his views cuz he is the mc, I'm still team archer #fuckshiro

chou sion
>>69509267

you tripping lmao, archer could have also used his reality marble which would be ggs, second he wasn't even trying to kill lancer in the first place but was using him to hide from caster. though lancer has the strenght and movement speed advantage. archer has greater reaction speed and is a much more better fighter, with much more experience and he is very versatile, he could always switch from close to mid to long range combat whenever he wants and he is efficent in all. in a bloodlusted battle archer negs, I mean there was a route in which shiro (using a bit of archer's power) was able to speed run the grail and neg all the servents present

SquaaaSquaaa
>>90833951

Yeah he is a dickhead for that, but you didn't need a whole paragraph for that 😂 You could've said your whole second sentence and end it at that, calm down man :P

Kyrose
>>69509267

Spoilers for the Fate route ahead: Archer's reality marble would not have been anywhere enough to kill Lancer. In the Fate route, Lancer survived against Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon for 12 hours straight, and Archer can only hold up UBW for a few minutes at most

Bernkastel

Shirou is overhated tbh
