Damn, they finally about to make Clayman a respectable villain lol

Comments

Doblox

Been waiting all day for this! LETS GOO 😎

Brenden

stopped studying for my calc 2 test to watch this lmao

Chad

This reaction is about to be comedy. I ain’t even watch yet. 😂😂😂. Sheera and lupa about to clown clay man 😂😂😂. I feel bad for clay man though buddy was just trying to move up in life.

Damion Middleton

Shion Best Girl. But we already know that lol.

KBomb

Slime bout to end T_T my tuesday!!

Byron Wright

In the credits of the episode they showed it, they asked for permission for Veldora to use the Kamehameha Wave and got it.

Amzee
>>67907331

So happy they got the permission, it was in the LN and the manga but it's a lot easier to do that in those mediums

Gille

Tales of the crypt lol

MWS

Shion really been using a mediocre anime as her weapon 😂

Wrëck

I love how everybody is partaking in shits and giggles and lameman is just laying there bleeding out 💀💀💀💀

Devin B

I think Rimuru wasn't able to see through Milim's act because like the rest of us he thought that Clayman was going to be a problem the way that he was being built up but he was a clown that thought he was strong.

Url Robbo

Veldora saying Kamehameha felt so illegal 😂

Anonymous

Y'all need to pay dorohedoro some respect I hope y'all watch that next best Netflix original anime in op I finally started watching and it's blowing my mind

Candy

lol roshi straight up said my guy doing too much talking😂 just get to the ass whopping

Antares

Yall didnt even realize the one who met clayman at the end was Yuuki (the leader rimuru met in Ingrassia, the place where he taught those kids and the guy rimuru made all those manga novels for)

Mikal Adkins

I don't remember if this was explained before or not but does everyone have an announcer like Rimuru? Or do you need to be a True Demon Lord to have one?

Amzee

The Voice that spoke to Clayman was the 'Words of the World' which everyone can hear and it informs people when they acquire skills. Great Sage/Raphael sounds exactly like it because when Rimuru was alone in the cave, he wished to have someone to talk to, so his great sage ability acquired the power of speech by using the Words of the world as a reference (the only other voice it was aware of at the time)

John Spartan

Of course Clayman is a clown, he's part of the Moderate Harlequin Alliance after all

vork88

they dont know clayman is dio voice actor

JJ
>>67908552

lol lets be real, they prolly forgot who Yuuki was

Peony 三色団子

Clayman was definitely stupid, but when I saw his flashback, I felt a little sorry for him. His voice sounded very sad. I want to know more about his back story. In the fairy tale of the dragon princess in episode 32 (season 2 episode 8), there were people who seemed to be Guy and Ramiris.

JTUltima
>>67908772

no, rimuru's skill great sage/raphael copied the voice of the "words/voice of the world" which is why they sound the exact same. the real version which doesn't belong to anyone simply announces when notable events happen in the world like evolutions etc

Jake Thompson

I hate that this episode reminded me that 3x3 Eyes only got an OVA :(

Jdogzero Silverblade

clayman's laugh at the end was perfect for his character. his name is crazed preriot clayman so the crazy laugh fit so well.

Mike W

A few things i wanted to add here that people miss. That tetsuzanko move that veldora did is Yun's shoulder charge from SF 3rd strike and SF4 AE. Baretta's plan to find a loophole into guy's rules shows just how little the demons from the black family care about anyone else but what they want to do, normally finding a loophole to a higher level demon like guy's rule is a death sentence but baretta didnt care in the slightest. Also the demon lord Kazalim has been revealed, it was the elf chick with yuki when the clown got hit by that vampire and people thought he was dead. Also the manga veldora was reading is an absolutely real one called sazan eyes that came out in the 90's lol

Giyuu

We should of known he’d be using DBZ moves when he learned to suppressed his energy from reading DBZ manga I’m just waiting for him to use rasengan now 😂

A1_MiLFshAkE

The Dio in his voice makes it even more entertaining. I can't when Clayman starts screaming XD.

Joel Braaten

Clayman's VA is so good. I loved his maniacal laugh at the end.

DabnDab

I couldnt believe that got permission for the kamehamewave

Thamor

Clapped as you guys didn't notice at all what Veldora said that Milim wasn't controlled...

Maxxy

Veldora is the strongest uchia clan member with his cross-universe sharingan

Lola
>>67912513

You should watch Gintama, there is so much parody of other animes especially Dragon Ball. They literally made a whole episode on that like twice.

Totally Thomas

Imagine a Slime fighting game or something and Veldora literally pulls a Kamehameha!

None None

Imagine laying in a pool of your own blood suffering while all the other demon lords are celebrating your death and joking around like it's a filler episode.

Darius Wells

So if no one had explained it yet, a couple of things got skipped over in the anime that the LN expanded on: Milim had to take down all her barriers to keep the pendant from being dispelled, and then had to keep from passively resisting it so it could look like it was working on her since Clayman is so cautious. The other part was that, the reason Milim was having the blank expression was because she trained herself to eat bell peppers(which she hates) to keep herself from reacting to Clayman’s wildness

chibears .

THIS INFORMATION IS STUFF THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN REVEALED. btw about the demons they have their own ranks. I believe the order of is Lesser demon, demon, greater demon, archdemon, demon duke, and primordial demons. It was mentioned that Guy is Primordial Red and Diablo is Primordial Black, although right now diablo is at the demon duke rank same as guys two maids. Berretta was a greater demon so not nearly as powerful as diablo or Guy or his maids.

Blackhart

"Finest masterpiece" this man was literally dismantled off screen to be used as spoils of war

Isaiah Rodgers

bra if i was a demon lord and i witness tha shit, i would of left

A.D.Z

Broooo i love how u called dragonball literraly 5sec before the freaking kamehameha

Bob Denver

The Kamehameha had me howling

JsnSkg
>>67911938

I've been saying this whole part of the season he should just call out references from manga when he fights. Just fight like a whole otaku with superpowers. This episode made me very happy. :D

JsnSkg
>>67908483

Nah, he was saying that because that's usually a sign the talker is gonna get clapped lol.

Irosko

I'm a little sad that they changed the manga thing with Veldora. In the Manga the reason Veldora showed up is because Rimuru played a prank on him by switching the cover of the manga to something else and then forgot he did that. Veldora was upset because he wanted to read the next volume (even though he enjoyed the random manga Rimuru replaced it with (Was still 3x3 eyes but also Cells at Work)). Not sure if that was the same in the Light Novel.

Enrique Sensei

To better explain why Shion was able to resist Clayman's mind control, it wasn't out of sheer strength. It was because her and every Tempest citizen that revived was given the skill "perfect memory" and a form of regeneration. Basically their minds are stored in their souls rather than in their brains, which means that they can infinitely regenerate and get back up unless damage is dealt directly to their soul or astral body. So because Clayman's attack had no effect on Shion's soul, it did jack squat against her. Along with her "master chef" skill allowing to her bypass pretty much any defense and her berserker style of fighting, Shion is an extremely dangerous opponent unless you have attacks that can target the soul or an ultimate skill that can override her ability to rewrite the fundamental laws.

Amzee
>>67920817

Yeah, later when Rimuru analyses her attacks, Raphael tells him that her moves would even bypass the many barriers Raphael keeps around Rimuru with his ultimate skill Uriel. She's a frickin beast, second only to Diablo and maybe Benimaru

JsnSkg

Now we just need Veldora to throw his hands up and be like, "EVERYONE! GIVE RIMURU YOUR ENERGY!"

L.C.

Respectable villain? You call that trying to make a respectable villain? What? The dude is just another typical villain. Respect? What? Roshi you on some edibles?

Talon

I'm wondering if Clayman hasn't played himself with this transformation. We saw Rimuru get forced into the harvest festival immediately after awakening which caused him to lose consciousness for 3 days. If he didn't have Ranga and Diablo than Razen might have been able to kill him while he was defenseless. Even Great Sage couldn't stop it, she was just able to run his body while he was out. I'm wondering if Clayman is going to start the fight thinking he is hot shit, and then lose consciousness (since he has no allies to help him) and Rimuru will just eat him.

L.C.

This reaction can be used against sheera when people say that she acts like a child who wants all the credit when predicting something. She be predicting things and when they are right she makes it known and when she is wrong she plays it off and says nothing and when she says something insanely off and ridiculous the other two clap her and set her straight. She ain't afraid to take the credit when she is right tho. Even if 90% of what she gets right is easily predictable to begin with.

Alvin Smith

Man, im starting to feel like slime is becoming a clown show tbh

Amina Bryan

Idk if someone said this already but the guy the Clayman was sitting down talking to was Yukki one of Shizu’s students and the mayor of the town where the children are from. He’s one to remember.

DevilMayCarter

Veldora is a zoning character confirmed. Milim couldn't deal with his projectile game!

lyssa

Oof

jenn

all I'm imagining is a huge ass dragon doing hadouken's and kamehameha's lmao

ANIMEMUSE

Kamehameha!!!!!!!

Candy

and dw they got permission if you see the end credit it says dragon ball when clayman was looking into the sky

Jay rellim
>>67923237

i think respectable as in actually a threat lol clayman has been clowned for so long they're hoping he'll actually be a challenge next episode

logan

Aside from all of this being a part of Rimuru's plan, I'm pretty sure they left him on the ground because he's fodder. Shion folded him and she's a subordinate, if he made any moves there were like 10 TRUE demon lords there and Guy who is a Primordial demon, all of them could effortlessly destroy him lol

PheonixCantra

They wont be getting sued. The paid for the right to do all those references

Dragonfire
>>67943273

No, the only TRUE demon lords at the banquet at the moment are Guy, Milim, Rimuru, Valentine and Dino. The other demon lords at the banquet are Demon Lords by titel such as Carrion, Leon, Ramiris and Frey.

E.j. Pennine

Roshi: What is this? Dragonball? Veldora: Actually, that gives me an idea. KAAAAAMEEEEEEHAAAAAMMMEEEEEE Roshi: Dude I was joking!

Reckless Company

The guy talking to clayman at the table I think its the wizard he talked when he went to see the kids it sounds like him but I could be completely wrong

Yanpo
>>67924826

I mean, it's a show about a guy that got reincarnated as a Slime. I'd be disappointed if it didn't clown around as much as it does.

Daniel Borrego

i like that all the demon lords are all actual nice people lol. what the heck.

TheToweringOtakunt

When your franchise is doing so well, you're willing and able to swallow a copyright infringement suit just so you can make a capstone joke.

godUsoland

6:40 Shion got herself a whole Zanpakuto lmao. Is she Ichigo?

Daniel Borrego
>>67972239

yes it is him. hes the one who sent hinata after rimuru. im wondering if hes actually doing this on leons orders or something.

Reckless Company

They got permission to do the dragon ball z reference and they street fighter stuff

Senjioh

Ok this is the best episode of season 2 for sure how do you top this. Now show us Goku vs Veldora

Tim Drake

I still just hear Dio when Clayman talks lmao

Amzee

it's not that clayman is weak persay (he's the weakest demon lord, but he's still a demon lord seed, stronger then the Orc disaster). Benimaru and Shion really powered up after the harvest festival, making them on par with demon lord seeds and the strongest of Rimuru's underlings (Diablo not included). if it was anyone else in the rimuru camp, Clayman would have probably beat them
