jesse almonte

The "Death Game" sub-genre is honestly so fun. Real Wolf Game, As the Gods Will, and Battle Royal are all bangers

jb

FUCK THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DAY BETTER

Pucki

excited for your reaction to the end of eps 4

returntolife

WOOOOHOOOO y'all make my college days bearable. ty! i'm broke atm but i still spend $10 each month

Saki

Fun fact, number 67 the smart chick was a runway model. This is her acting debut!

James

Sheera said they wanna run a "choo choo" I'm dying

Adolfo Moreno

Ngl I was simping for number 67 from the jump 🤣🤣🤣

Oui Oui

Did y’all forget these are children games

Ren-chon

i dont know for sure but i read somewhere, the initial game they play with paper cards, the red and blue decides the player or workers,i am not 100% sure tho

Marko

All these assumptions and overthinking are so wrong, im dying lmaooo

kl33z

Watched y’all react to ep 1 & 2, had to go binge the rest last night i was hooked lol. Show really turns up from ep 4 and on

James

These people give me major Amon and the Equalists vibes lol

Kendall Gresham

I don't think that the chick that had the lighter would get clapped if they found out cause it's technically not against the rules. All they had to do was get the shape out without breaking it.

Gabby Boakye-yiadom

Sang-woo was mega trash for not telling the others to go for Triangle.

Devin B
>>68748855

Lol for real I was really thinking what kids game would involve shit

Psi47

(Copied and pasted from last post) Roshi, I'd recommend going back through the episodes after finishing them then switching the audio to English so you can hear how the names are pronounced which is far easier than just guessing. Some of the on-screen actors accents make it very difficult to hear/understand what sounds they're making when they state their names. The Korean language is difficult af.

earthphoenix7068

It's not that the giving the father money trope is common in a lot of shows, it's common in these fatherless societies.

Devin B

How are you going to agree to teaming up with people but then don't tell them anything just so you can get ahead, Sang-woo is straight trash for that

rickie woodson

from what i can see: squares rule, triangles shoot (guards/soldiers/warrior class) and circles are grunts/support

rickie woodson

to me it was obvious the guy was looking for a note. he wasnt eating the snack normally. he was ripping it apart piece by piece. i would have to go back but it looked like it was written in chinese or at least hanja (korean using chinese characters). one of the circles is working with that dude. if they are all kids, maybe its HIS kid or nephew

Thilde
>>68748379

crazy how good she is despite this being her first role

Thilde

Happy to see Lupa join the ride. Lets gooooooo!

returntolife

how long do y'all think it's gonna take ep 4 to be uploaded. i started it and i'm halfway through it but saw this post and decided to wait for y'all so i could watch the rest with you

p.m

hopefully you guys would consider Alice in borderland too after you guys finish with Squid game. It's a Japanese Netflix show that also centred around playing games but personally I think the games are more interesting compared to Squid game but less drama.

Bob

The way roshi and dem criticize people in stressful situations, you'd think they were the seal team six that took down bin laden

Anonymous

Patiently waiting for that ep 4

Bestoria Jy

Please drop episode 4😭

sabivz

DROP IT PAPI CHULI LEMME SUCK YO DX

Victor

Sang woo is really a trash in this episode. And the way the dude did with the circle is actually the safest way. It will take much more time than carving the shape out, but the shape will not break, at least when you do it slowly and carefully. In a sense, I think I would even feel more comfortable with a circle than a triangle.

Wrëck

Y’all really had me 💀 I’m sitting here thinking that “sugar” was laxative or some shit 🤦🏾‍♂️

Amna Khan

Kind of reminds me of Hunger Games.

hallie

lol im korean and i played these games growing up; the honeycomb thing is hard af. you usually get a free honeycomb if you manage to carve out the shape without breaking it but i think i saw like ONE kid in my entire childhood get a free one :') the key is licking the end of the needle so it melts the sugar a litttle. Anyways, thank you for the great reaction!

rickie woodson

i've seen honeycomb before somewhere, maybe in a kdrama or movie but i always thought it was just food lol CLAP!

remy LeBeau

WE want the trio on everything/. THE LOVE HAVE FOR YOU ALL is to MUCH

Cabral

the poop theory got me laughing so much

Narutofreak94

Hey can someone confirm if player 212 played one of the ghosts in Goblin? She looks familiar lol

Davon Thomas
>>68751383

They aren't supposed to have any outside items. Thats why they were stripped so that way no one has any advantages in games or tries anything funny with the guards

Yolo Samurai

I mean, these are probably the most OUT OF LEFT FIELD theories I have ever heard in my life. Where the hell did yall get that the smell of sugar meant that they were going to have to play a game where they have to poop out the bread that they just ate? XD

Jin Shim

I remember when I was younger seeing a wagon of honeycomb where if you win you can get a big ass fish, dragon, or somethin else also made out of sugar. Wanted to play it so bad but mom said we had places to be 😭😭

Arc

They focused on his button because they want to make sure w can recognize him

Lim Chun wei

Roshi talking like he won’t beg for his life if he is about to get shot even tho they chose to come back to play the game

MoonChild88

But the detective wasn't there cooking. He was in his room. Am i tripping?

Devin B
>>68773439

I think they went in there rooms to eat but after that all the circles came out to make those sugar honeycomb and then went back to sleep

C T
>>68771430

Idk if u kno this but weakness in a confrontation is as good as digging your own hole and making yourself a target in some cultures especially black people

Benji

You guys should also react to sweet home and hellbound!! Both are great kshows! and good reaction videos to have!

Lyandro

No, the detective wasn't in the kitchen

Dayta13

Daamn Sheera! I already watched the episode once and saw it again with you guys and I still missed that the square mask that was killed was the same guy that told police guy to stay after the game.

kurumi Tokisaki

Sheera over here thinking they had to exercise the poop out had me dead lol

Imani

Not sure if you guys caught it, but Sang woo looked so uncomfortable and changed the subject when Gi-hun was telling the story about their childhoods and the little briquette stoves they used while they were eating lunch because Sang woo was using his briquette stove to k*** himself in the episode prior (the bathtub scene). I found that really heartbreaking

Joncarlo Alvarado

"they need the exercise to go doo-doo!" xD y'all had me dying on this one

kagamiluvr

y’all’s theories on this one had me screaming

Samurai_X_420

Yo the shit out the note theory is probably the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard from y’all!!! 😂😂😂 Where did you get that from? Because it wasn’t the show lol 😆

Astor Lefflinker

That squid intro of Lupa and Sheera is so cute and funny lmao my favorite intro ever

Alexa

Ya'll literally thought they were gonna have them shitting I'm dead 🤣

Dune

Yo the subs really said men snigger lol wtf. it that just bad translation from snicker or is that a foreign thing?

Adrian Valiente

lmao they thought they had to shit out paper I'm fucking wheezing.

godUsoland

I actually knew about this game the moment I saw the kids running to the old man in the flashback. Saw it in a video about Korean street food way back lol. +1 for Youtube Algorithm!

Drake Rage
>>68753616

It is a little annoying when they yell at people in a life-or-death scenario. Especially if you watch their gaming videos, their play-styles are hilarious, BUT shows how bad they would be in a life-or-death scenario. Roshi's gaming play-style is basically running around like a headless chicken. He gets so scared that he just rushes through the game and many times does not even follow the story or explore the area (in Horror games). Lupa is cautious, but extremely slow and **easily goes into panic-mode (just like Roshi)**, so Lupa would get CLAPPED in games with a time-restraint like these games, LMAO.

Cian Perkins

Don’t Japanese kids also play this game/a very similar game at festivals? I swear that I’ve seen it in anime before, so I was kind of shocked that none of them recognized it.

Cian Perkins
>>87235147

Also, you guys were asking what kind of game this was, like yeah it would be weird to just play on its own (like the other games we’ve seen have been), but I’m pretty sure that usually you take the shape back to the booth you got it from to exchange for prizes

Zackary Keith Justice

i legit watched this about a week ago and the firs tthing that i thought of was how the worker's song made me think of it as a demented version of the oompa loompa song
