I think sheera is right in saying that the watcher wasn't all in or full power or whatever, because after reading up on their powers the watchers are insanely powerful.

yeah, the watchers are bigger than humans, giant size and can change size as you have seen when he is sometimes encapsulating the entire sky. when face to face they are usually like 8 to 10 feet tall

A lot of things during this episode don’t make sense; the infinity stones shouldn’t work after leaving their respective universe, the watcher could prob beat Ultron himself but STILL one of my favorite episodes of any marvel show. Spectacular!

Never understood why the MCU gave Clint a random family and made him this boring character, although this one episode did him way better than the movies, when comic Clint is living in a messy one bedroom apartment with stained shirts and a one eyed dog. He has so much personality and they didn't do anything with it.

Remember that the MCU is inspired by Marvel comics they take a lot from it, but they can do whatever they want with the source material.

Actually, it wasn't Galactus but simply a nod to him. It was Ultron himself eating that galaxy in that universe.

Just so you're all aware, I'm sorry if someone already said it but that was Infinite Ultron biting the galaxy. His head armor does look very similar too what Galactus' head piece looks like in the comics but it wasn't him. Although, I think they knew it looked similar so they left it there as another tease for Galactus himself possibly lol

One thing I also liked from this episode is that it ties back to episode 7 where they mention that planets have been getting destroyed, and they/we assume it’s due to Thor partying. But now we know it’s because Ultron was making his way through all the planets in episode 7’s universe.

In the comics, he's thrown hands with Galactus once or twice (although Galactus usually has the upper hand). The power scale he showed in this episode was pretty accurate: He's got the sheer power to stand up to the major entities, but he suffers from lack of fighting experience.

I guess that infinity stones can work outside of their original universe now. Or maybe it’s specific universes infinity stones. But now I want to see a battle where Dr Strange gets a pair of infinity gloves, cause he doesn’t do gauntlets—it would interfere with his jutsu, but he will wear gloves. And it makes sense that Dr. Strange is appearing again, because this will probably be a lead up to the multiverse of madness.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the Infinity Stones can work within the Marvel Multiverse. I do remember that DC and Marvel had a crossover event where Thanos ( or someone who had the Gauntlet at the time ) somehow managed to cross into the DC universe where the stones didn't work because their power source is the Marvel universe itself, so since they're in DC's universe, they became worthless.

In the comics, they're tied to whichever universe they came from. Like there was one Reed Richards on the Council of Reeds who had his universe's Infinity gems, but couldn't use them once shit started going down because he wasn't in his home dimension. IIRC, there's a more powerful version of them that works in the entire Marvel multiverse, but I could be remembering wrong

It’s really weird because in Loki they basically demonstrate that the infinity stones don’t work in the TVA, which is outside of the universe. Yet here they have infinity stones work in other universes. I’m just gonna guess that in the MCU/MCM infinity stones only work inside of universes that have their own infinity stones. I’m guessing the TVA, wherever it is, doesn’t have its own infinity stones. But then my theory doesn’t explain how Ultron could use the infinity stones when in the Watcher’s “territory”.

I have 2 theories(from someone who doesnt know shit about comics) Either, like somebody said in the comment, the version of the stones that ultron has is really, really strong that it works in the multiverse setting. Or ultron found a way to connect his universe to the multiverse so that he still gas the power. Being the AI that he is, maybe he found a way to do it Or, hear me, the tva theory doesnt apply because during the tva, there was only one universe and the tva existed in a completely different spaxe

I think what happened is that the stones powers are limited to what the the person using them can comprehend. And when Ultron exceeded a knowledge beyond his own limitations and what his Universe had to offer AFTER there was nothing left for his Universe to offer, that’s when he was able to use the stones beyond his own Universes limitations. It’s like how some people would think that giving a human godlike powers would be a waste, cuz humans can only perceive what they know, so they wouldn’t really be able to use that power to its fullest extent BEYOND what they know. The same way dreams work as well, humans can actually have dreams of something they’ve never seen before. That’s why we wake up when we die in our dreams, cuz we don’t know what comes after that

Sheera is right, The Watcher is def not at his full power, which is why he's gonna indirectly use Strange to do his bidding. A lot of people already said but that wasn't Galactus, it was just a nod to him but it was definitely Ultron. Cosmic being so he's immediately a tier above pretty much every mortal in the Marvel Universe, but among the celestial level beings, he's lower level. I can see a powerful being wielding Infinity Stones giving him a hard time but anything less than that he would stomp.

Yeah.. tbh I thought Hawkeye was lame as fk without powers fighting with the Avengers, but the Hawkeye show made me respect him more. The family drama does weigh down on his potential of being this cool normal guy living as a mess in his personal life, but is strong enough to have a place among the Avengers when he puts his costume on, to go fight.

@BZD Then again NO magic worked in TVA, so we can assume it's just a special place where all these fancy items and magic don't work, just their time gadgets work there, so they don't get bodied by some of those strong ass Variants. You see that one guy use the office phone, it was a fricken "rotary dial phone" which is that super old ass phone where you have to stick your finger in each numbers "hole" and spin it around to dial each number, lol. The lack of magic and stuff is probably just to make the place "Neutral" so they can be in control even if the people they bring in have strong powers.
