The way I see Joe is that he doesn't particularly want anyone that's the same as him or anyone he wants to control but when he has a certain image of someone anything less of it is not perfect for him. Same thing with Love it was perfect until his image of her got destroyed when he really got to know her.

Finally caught up to season 3. Will be fun checking this out with your comments on Joe the Stalker. I am mostly interested how Love's character will grow as Joe is stuck on his "You" stalking obsessions and finding new love.
