sainttrunks1982

The show brainwashes everybody to believe all Amanda,Sam and Robby & Miguel do wrong is Daniel's fault. smh

Travis James

27:35 someone asked me why robbie was still pointing even after he walked away and i cant take that scene seriously anymore lol

Z King

That damn Sheeragan 🤣🤣🤣

Antonio

Been waiting for season 2 of Roshi Kai

Reckless Company

he trained people in the army of course he knows how to lie and make people feel bad for him

Namjoon'sWife

HELL YEA👏👏👏👏👏👏🙌🙌

daytona

yes back to old schedule...

Cabral

rickie woodson

yall doing dexter? BET. next month i will increase to that tier

Tomas

Sensei said Me and the guys have to watch a movie called Over the Top and be ready to discuss, haha! Man these writers are good. Also good fun Stallone movie from the 80s.

Lord Winters

The drums were just the audience hyping Daniel up. Saying that they were behind Him and not Chosen.

Lil Uzi Vert

Can you and Lupa hold your own karate tournament? I want to see you guys 1 v 1

Minimelt

"explain this in the story, PLOTHOLE!" yall wanna bring up how miguel's asthma hasn't come up since johnny chucked his inhaler and said "not anymore"?

navynextdoor

I had watched all of cobra kai lol waiting for that season 4. But I was just waiting until that moment yall was going to know was that fake ass apology was a whole plan.

kuroihana

has squid game taught yall nothing?

Devin Witt

Kreese turned into one of my favorite villains after watching this series. If he weren't set in his ways, he could easily be one of the best sensei's in the valley. That's the thing about old people though, sad/regretful over past mistakes, but unless they are willing to learn/grow from their mistakes they will not change.

DABSLABOG

that shit had yoshi in his bag lmfao and then the smirk of pure evil

Trey Milliner-Williams

that one lil kid lost hella weight. mans said he was tired of yall fat jokes lmao

Ellis Gandy

haha no the drum technique is a dodge, like he avoided the spike at the fish port, and a counterattack, as a former karateka myself its actually sound, the problem is they chose a jacked up camera angle to catch it lol

Mr. Toastman

I like how the one discontinuity that Roshi noticed was Miguel with his braces off, but not that Aisha lost like 40 lbs in a day 😂😂😂

Divine

I know Kreese used his apology as a ploy to get back into cobra Kai but I feel like deep down he really meant what he said

Antoine

Drums are meaning to pivot with yur hips to extend punches..

The Pebble

You're joking, but that is how people think and the actor might've been motivated by that irl; I.E. Negative reinforcement works, be hard on people lol

Mr. Toastman

This nigga Kreese is sooooo evil, it's hilarious

The Pebble

Ehhhh whatever; The physical training In Karate can make a difference, but without tourny rules to protect you, you're about to catch hands in a street fight lol

Carlos

Kreese a villain, but goddamn Terry Silver a whole super-villain. Man was on some cartoon shit in KK3.

The Pebble

Not bullying, but being honest with people about their problems instead of pretending, for example, being fat is just a characteristic and you should be proud of it; That is insane, it's bad for your health and you should feel bad about it, not from others bullying you but from your own lack of self care.

rickie woodson

i want to know this inside joke lol im laughing anyways. theory: roshi clapped himself pretending to know metallica lol

Medunuuu

F cobra Kai. I’m currently looking up brumation

rickie woodson

dont feel bad. he's just a good actor. this is my 50th time watching this ep/season and i got misty eyed too. he said ALL the right words and softened his face and voice at the right moments. krease is an evil fuck! so fucking good at being evil.

Antonio

Nah I feel like if Roshi activates his Roshinnegan or his Black Air Force Energy he folds Lupa

The Pebble

Roshi, you're hurting yourself man, it's a subjective genre but Metallica is a GOAT my guy

Ellis Gandy

Looks like Chozen was indeed chosen to catch dim hands lol and a honked nose!

Mozart Waddell

Kreese followed manipulator tactics 101. The best way to tell a lie is to add some aspects of the truth in it. Can't blame my man Johnny was vulnerable.

Devin B

All I know is we're gonna see a bunch of side step and pocket sand if these two fought

Cablemonkey

Now we just need a character who wears a ball cap to turn it around backwards before going sayaien. Only Stallone can make a full movie about arm wrestling.

Yahroh

LET THE SEASON OF FELONIES COMMENSE. I love this season craziness

Mad4Life

I'm really glad you guys decided to watch the movies. I know that the show starts off showing Johnny's point of view and you guys had a bit of a biased for him but I felt like you guys were being too hard on Daniel, calling him pity most times when Daniel really did go through some traumatizing shit himself. I feel like you guys are less biased now and see everyone's point of view which is dope.

Lord Winters

Naw the drum actually wasn't about any technique. It was just the audience showing support for Damiel. That's why everyone there had one, it was a traditional tool of audience appreciation. That's why Everyone in attendance had one. The scene was showing Chosen that his own community was in support of Daniel over him, and Showing Daniel that he wasn't alone. Remember people were there for a dancing ceremony, The drum had nothing to do with fighting.

Youngmamba

Nah Jonny and Danny might have put that energy out there but what drove a wedge between the kids was johnny turning them into assholes and not really seeing the problem with it until the tournament.

Youngmamba

Really? I don't think so, I mean at his core he doesn't feel he did anything wrong. He took a weak boy and turned him into a winner.

Ben2730

@Roshi youre telling the metalicca story on your next stream xD

Random Guy

If I had to join Miyagi-do or Cobra Kai, I'd obviously go for the Cobra Kai. It's the more practical one of the two especially in a real fight. As my master always says, there is no second place in a real fight. Which is a good coincidence cause the Cobra Kai martial art (TSD), is the grandparent of the martial art I am practicing.

Ellis Gandy

I agree that the writers intended that for us the audience, and it was effective as a story-telling device. But WITHIN the story, it was definitely a technique. Earlier in the movie, Miyagi demonstrates it at the fishing docks when he lets a sharp hook fly that was hoisted up in the air. He dodges at the very last moment by pivoting to the side. Miyagi then calls it the "drum technique". Daniel then tries the same thing twice, and barely gets it right (but the hook still tears a hole in his shirt). He then asks Miyagi if there is a counterpunch to the technique, to which Miyagi says "ask drum". Aikido practitioners use a similar technique of avoiding strikes, and may follow back around with a punch. This was the 80's, so film makers didn't usually dump all the exposition out, like movies do now. Instead, they peppered these hints throughout the movie and expected the audience to put it all together. Same with the first Karate Kid: he learned the crane technique just by watching Miyagi do it, but we never see him practicing it. So its a delightful surprise when its revealed at the end.

Rex Perez

So you watched Karate kid 1-3 and didn't do a reaction?!?!

Ale

What Sheera said about tres leches had me dead

rickie woodson

been a minute since i saw the season (and by minute i mean like 2 weeks ago) but im mad you know who isnt here yet. thought that was episode 2 but i guess ep 3. im ready for the reaction to THAT character. the true anime character is coming

Spencer Smithers

lol how the hell was Miguel's cheap shot Danny's fault?

Isaac

Glad y'all watched the movies. People woulda been sick of stuff flying way over your heads.

JT

roshi cant use the old man card in squid game he was like the old guy was aizan from the start 😭 aint had no trust

Stephen D

Kreese must be a fan of Naruto because he seems well-versed in the talk no jutsu.

Drake Rage

I can't believe y'all fell for it. He literally said his plans for Cobra Kai was: "less kissing ass, and more kicking ass".... He said that this very episode, lol. This old man told us at the Breakfast-place that he thinks that "People should start beating kids more often, because they have grown too soft." Does that sound like something a man looking for a "second chance" would say? lolol. It was obviously a play. Roshi dropped a tear or two, too, LOL. "I was the guy who always rooted for you." That is a damn good quote though, really impactful.
