We all can agree it wasn’t his call to not tell Johnny about his son but we all know Robbie wouldn’t have willingly went to stay with Johnny. Yeah they're not really taking into consideration Robbie's feelings cause if he wanted to tell Johnny that his mom left him he would've but he didn't cause he still doesn't forgive him completely. Plus I doubt Daniel would tell Johnny that without Robbie's permission so I can see why he didn't want to tell him but most of it is just Daniel being petty.

It’s not about him living with him it’s solely about how he just decides to not let his father know a thing about it, Johnny understands that his kid is still mad at him but that still does not make it okay in the slightest what Daniel is doing. So what if Robbie won’t be happy about it, it is not his kid plain and simple the kid is still a kid

It's not Hawk's fault... There’s no bad students, only bad senseis. No doubt Kreese is, but Johnny is also inexperienced in his care for Hawk. He was honest and resolved the issue with Miguel after the Robbie Keane distrust moment, but from Hawk's POV, he was still coiled up.

Like I always say, the only reason Demetri wasn't a bully at the start of the show is because he simply couldn't be. He's always verbally berating people that he knows or believes won't hit back. His friends basically. I noticed this on my second watch through of the first season. I know that he was supposed to be comic relief, but if he was my only friend and he spoke to me the way he spoke to his friends in the first season, I would have gladly chosen to have no friends.

That's a murky legal area. An un-emancipated teen can't legally run away from their home. So Daniel would be aiding and abetting Robbie. However, Robbie's mother abandoned him, so Robbie, under those circumstances, has reasonable cause to run away. Daniel then has the responsibility to inform the authorities that Robbie was abandoned by his mother. Doing so, the police would then contact the father and either fine the mother or both parents for child abandonment. So even if Daniel had no responsibility to inform the father, and I believe he was both ethically and legally required to do that under the circumstances, he was most definitely legally required to inform the authorities that a child had been abandoned.
