It's not edited I'm pretty sure. They're his VODs. They said they had all of them, so I bet they'll start releasing them again while they're waiting for the second set of part 6 episodes. I hope so at least, I love seeing Lupasan's reaction

Safe to assume the rest of part 3, 4 and 5 just got lost. That sucks but nothing is worse than waiting fucking 2 years for Netflix to finish stone ocean and break the 2 year gap in between jojo parts this delaying part 7 anime for 2025 instead of 2024.
