I think its an interesting theory Roshi has but to me it comes across more as a replay of something that happened in the past. I think the "villagers" are blaming her for something that happened to them and that is how they took it out on her, as if she doomed them by some action/inaction. I think that's why in that flashback with Apeas she mentions that everything about her is fake. Because she had no skin or hands. Her responses look a lot like a puppet she's moving with magic (a lot like the wooden one she used to dance with the king).

They were, but you're confusing the timelines. Bojji met the crazy king after it all happened, in Kingbo's flashback his father was still sane, and then it shows the king already mad leaving their kingdom in flames.

Putting the pieces given together the story seems to be that: 1. Kingbo was the heir to the mad king 2. The mad king was formerly a really good king of a great kingdom who reached number 1 on the ranking 3. As number 1, Kingbo's dad(just gonna call him Forest King) went in the Divine vault and chose the treasure all the number 1 kings do, that drives them mad or makes them disappear 4. Forest King went mad from the treasure and destroyed the kingdom 5. Forest King ran out into the woods after destroying everything The rest is more speculative, my personal ideas: 5. Kingbo, as fallen royalty bitter over losing the best kingdom in the world, probably turned to trying to take over the Underworld as the next-best kingdom 6. Kingbo was promptly handed his ass by Desha and put in jail, where Miranjo finds him

And just to reinforce this, when kingbo senior is giving his son the “follow in my footsteps” speech, he’s walking off with the “ranking” official. Next scene is his kingdom in flames and him with the crazy eyes. Also to note, at the beginning Bebin said the shadow clan worked for the kingdom of “Bo”, which is also who the little countess who saved Kage was loyal to. Multiple references to Kingbo and Bo throughout the series so far.

Doubt it because Kage is still relatively young. This fallen Kingdom of Kingbo and his Mad King father Bojji met looks like this took place a very long time ago. But it's still possible it could be. The plot needs to tell us more.

So, I hardcore disagree with you on miranjiro. I think those ppl legit hurt her as they mentioned something about her ppl bringing misfortune. So I think they legit hurt her cuz she was a foreigner of some kind. Also, she mentioned in previous flashbacks that much her body was fake, like when she was helping Spear Guy.

Totally agree. I don’t think her body was all “real” when she shows up as a grown up. The villagers blame her ppl for bringing misfortune so I think it’s not exactly a memory but it is something that happened to her

And the thing about the destroying the gate to the Underworld, I have a theory: maybe King Desha will use it to get in and overtake the country. Because although the captain and and his squad come with Bojji and Desha ordered him to use this chance to take the kingdom, Desha himself is still nowhere to be seen. It can be completely wrong though, like King Desha may have a lot of faith in the Captain and his Order of the Underworld and how King Bosse predicts any of these events.

He was prolly the latest #1 King, since the Ranking dude was walking next to him, and an early episode one of the Heavenly Four asked him what the #1 King chooses from the Divine Treasure Vault, since all #1 Kings throughout history always choose the same thing, and go either mad or missing (or in this case both, I suppose?) shortly after getting to pick that 1 thing from there
