Eren was 100% right, should've killed every freaking person on earth except his people if Isayama had any brains at all. And Hyakkimaru situation are completly different, he just had to kill the mother f that f him up.

Gabriel Souza

I hate Tahomaru even more than i hate Daigo, Tahomaru it's just a hipocrit

Gabriel Souza

Now imagine if you were sacrificed for other people to live lol, F them, it's not Hyakkimaru business

Gabriel Souza

If the message of the show were "you have to sacrifice yourself for other" this show wouldn't be so good. The message is revenge and justice and that's it, and thank god that is exactly what he gets.

DBJXXVIII

Was hoping we’d get a 2 in 1 day special 😂

Room

Lets get sweet home after this yeah?

Devin B

You never know they might hit us with the late night finale upload

Jalan

Please watch Warrior on HBOMAX. Y’all missing out on that. Seriously

Valentino Garay

It's more like he would kill hundreds or thousends of innocent people, yes it's true Daigo made the deal with the demons but no one knows that and they are going to just die because of Hyakymaru actions (I'm still on his side but that's not something you just can live without feeling ...idk guilty or strange about it? because you are killing literally everyone!) Imagine you guys are living in the land of daigo, working everyday, fighting and more, but one day a guy comes and it's going to literally kill you all, would you still be supportive of his actions? or would you rather save your own family and thousands of familys?

Bosastar

Lol Roshi face at 19:19

Bosastar

I think they just scared hyakkimaru may go berserk after getting all his body parts. Not because of him getting them but the process of getting them. Still fuck all of them except for Dororo and hyakkimaru lol

Mari

I hope they do, tryna to see that finale today if possible please

DBJXXVIII

He said he hopes it sticks the landing in the caption so I’d assume they haven’t watched it yet unfortunately

BZD

Imagine Hyakkimaru’s eyes are colorblind. Wouldn’t that suck.

BZD

I feel like they are actually worried about him becoming a demon, like an actual monster, not just a monster in human form. My guess is that it has something to do with the fact that all of his body parts were tainted by demons, not sure if that’s the case though.

Devin B

I mean we saw a horse come back to life and turn into a ghoul because it held a grudge on those people so I don't think it would be hard for Hyakkimaru to turn into a demon due to his rage and anger.

Devin B

That's why the only person that I'm completely against in this show is Daigo cause he willingly sacrificed his son for the prosperity of the land and the people have no choice but to unknowingly benefit from that sacrifice. The people, Tahomaru and Hyakkimaru were forced into a shitty position because of Daigo's action and they have no choice but to pick sides that would benefit them.

WolfEatZombies

Yeah ya'll aren't getting the message at all in this show. You guys just want Hyakkimaru to get his body back and kill every nigga along the way 😂

cody

Been a while since I saw the show. But I believe the implication is that if he isn't trying to get his body back for good reasons. (Not selfish reason.) His journey of blood shed and anger will LITERALLY turn him into a demon. Not a 100% guarantee, but the most likely outcome. He isn't getting his body back to help others or be good, he wants it because It's HIS. Is he justified? Absolutely. Its his body, he should be able to get it back. But in this world, succumbing to revenge and hatred can turn you into a monster. That is why they are saying he needs to abandon this path, or at least try to get his body without so much blood shed and violence, or he will be a demon like the 12 that ate him. They are worried his tainted body will corrupt his heart and transform him. They imply his heart may be strong enough thanks to Dororo, but if it isn't we will have demon Hyakkimaru. Are you okay if Hyakkimaru turns into a demon and kills everyone?

botanbutton

I think it's about the process of getting them rather than actually getting them. Having to kill his brother, and other humans stain his soul. The little bit of demon that was left with him after his body was taken makes it even worse than it probably would be. But I feel the message is clear; take back what's yours but don't lose yourself in the process.

MetaKite

How many people in outside Daigo's land were those demons destroying while they protected his land? We have seen how these demons were terrorizing and eating other people and would have continued to do so. Daigo's land is but a small part in the overall country. He literally made a deal with devils at the cost of the life of an innocent baby and is reaping what he sowed. Unfortunately his people are being caught up in but that is not Hyakkimaru's fault.

Savage2fresh 60

The way that I see it it’s kinda like going to the dark side in Star Wars. The way he’s going about it and killing everyone that gets in his way makes him one step closer to it. In my opinion I’m with y’all and idc what he has to do to get his body back

Devin B

I think because you guys are fully siding with Hyakkimaru you're completely misinterpreting what the people mean when they say he's gonna turn into a demon. No one ever said that him getting his body back is a bad thing but they're worried about the way that he gets it back. Admittedly if people are coming to kill him it's justified for him to kill them but killing in anger and rage like he's been doing is making him lose sight of himself and as he gives himself into his rage he's becoming less of a human and more of a demon.

Sydo

Eyes are the most powerful sense we have, the moment he gets his eyes he will see his dead mother, brother, and Friend. (The deaths are speculations)

Totally Thomas

I know that what Daigo did was terrible sacrificing his son to demons. Everyone who knows knew it was bad. However; if it was between thousands of people living well from a pit of starvation and war over one person, Anyone will choose the sacrifice of a single being. In my eyes, Tohamaru knew his father fucked up, but why let people he grew to care for suffer cause of his brother's rage. Everyone is selfish here, but I'd choose the path that saves the most lives. Sorry Hyakkymaru.

Ryan Seinath

it's not about getting his body back making him bad. It's the fact that that path leads to murder. you can say they deserve the smoke and i can agree with that but murder is murder and that changes people. no one in the show that's not in daigos party says he's wrong for wanting his body back. the whole becoming a demon thing is a matter of consequences to hyakkimarus path.

Kyojin Kirā

For all the people in the comments, they don't care. They will sacrifice everyone on Earth for a donut that was stolen from them. They are cool with eren killing billions of innocent people just for the sake of a few and it's the same way here lmao

FreshxEli Tv

His sacrifice allowed them to have that they deserve nothingness if he wasn’t born they’ll be in the same place with him born demons took his body he can take it all back it’s his birth right

Jcek Ap

They will stick the landing. While personally I agree (fuck them all), I believe they, like everyone is saying, mean literal demon transformation from negative emotions. None of that metaphor stuff. For example - The Horse and Demonic Power Up.

Zeklo

While I do think they're laying it a bit thick here at the end, the whole point is it's meant to be grey. It's not forcing it's 'message' down your throat because the message IS grey. It's just ya'll are very much riding with Hyakkimaru that it seems so contrary. Hyakkimaru isn't doing anything wrong. He wants what he's owed. Tahomaru isn't doing anything wrong. He's killing one to save thousands. Both are doing what they must, even if it costs them a piece of themselves. Daigo is the only bad one. Even here he's worried about things because he "has to have made the right choice". Not because people are dying, or he saved people, or yatta yatta. He simply doesn't want to even consider he was wrong.

Isaac

Can we be mad at these benevolent gods who ignored the plight of the people too? Nobody seems to wanna be mad at them. Y'all just wanna be mad at Daigo. The gods ignored them and pushed Daigo into making a choice for himself and the people. It's like when a Government Office does nothing for a run down town that turned into a slum/ghetto. The only way people are gonna prosper now is turning to drug selling. I always looked at this series like that since the beginning when Daigo killed that Monk due to their faith slipping because these Gods aren't doing shit but putting their texts on read.

ball like trey

They don't explain this but the demons was causing the disasters in daigo land so when they asked the gods for help they gave him a son capable of killing the demons and leading his lands to prosperity in Hyakkimaru but he was to impatient

Jae

So you’ll sacrifice your life for people you never met and showed no appreciation for your sacrifice? Plus dude was an infant so he couldn’t even make the decision. Eren whole life was destroyed at a young age and watched his people die, so is it fine for him to just accept his fate and die for his ancestors mistakes

Isaac

Damn you'd think the gods would send one of those divine signs to a local priestess or something to let him know Hyakkimaru was "the one."

Thomas_Stilinski

"your body will be stained with human blood" maybe those humans should have stayed outta the way

Greg Harrison

It's grey-ish and don't think it's right to hate Tahomaru, since the guy's like 15 and only doing what he thinks is right for his people. When it comes to the whole demon thing, they're mainly saying he's losing himself in it. You can have a good cause and still lose yourself in anger and hate to become a demon (literally due to all the supernatural shit or metaphorically).

Liudmila Duk

day 23 saying that the trio react to kanata no astra

Erica Collins

rip mutsu and hyogo. They were loyal til the end and I respect that 😔🙏🏾 idc if y'all hated them lmao they were cool to me 😂😂

Totally Thomas

Everyone needs at least one "Ride-or-Die" friend/family in their lives. Daigo only cared about his legacy, and his wife only cared about a child not there. Glad Tohamaru had those two with him.

Drake Rage

@Jarrod Nah bro, if a 100 guys come knocking on this guy's door one morning wanting to kill him, he would choose to lay down and die instead of fighting back, since 1 innocent person's life is worth less than a random 100 guys wanting to kill him cause his great-great grandfather owed them money, LOL. /s

Dude559

i think the big lesson is less about Hyakkimaru becoming less human and more about how the fortune they gained from him is precious but unsustainable. I also think that why the show is called Dororo is that despite everyone having some super "wise" nonsense to spout (looking at you mom and priest) the only one that is actually hitting the nail on the head is Dororo.

Dude559

Genuinely the only characters i regret to see dying...Their loyalty deserved better....But then that is exactly what they signed up for i suppose.

Joseph C Gdaniec

I really don't get the whole "just Hyakkimaru" as the sacrifice. These assholes are ignoring that they powered up these demons which were in other parts of the land killing innocent people. They are responsible for way more people's suffering than just Hyakkimaru. Like there is legit no way to justify this complete bullshit. Like how is Hyakki getting his body back "bad" and "making him not human" when what his asshole dad, mom, and brother did and are still doing to him is just glossed over, like they aren't human by moral standards anymore either so what argument are they allowed to make at all?

Jake Young

They keep saying Daigo was prosperous... but we still see Hyakki's dad causing refugees and beuing cruel. Where was the prosperity for them?
