There's only one Fortress Inquisitorius and Cal invaded it 5 years prior. Which is why I'm surprise they didn't mention him when they talked about how impenetrable it was and no one is stupid enough to attack it. And even more surprising how they didn't even bother beefing up security after the first time a Jedi infiltrated, especially the underwater hatches or even reinforce the windows.

Vader and Kenobi are the best parts… the rest of the show is average at best… they had such an awesome story to tell… I don’t care for Leia Escort Mission or Reeva redemption… we all know how that ends and nobody cares… it’s Called Kenobi… not Star Wars- inquisitors

I’m in the minority… but man… this show has been a let down… most of the scenes are so over the top and unrealistic… really? The stormtroopers are THAT bad? That fight choreography with the Lady Officer was a joke… her speaking so fucking loud to her microphone was a dumb move, I don’t care for Reeva and Leia…. This is Obi Wan Kenobi & Darth Vader… mixing reeva and Leah feels like it’s replacing Grogu that they HAD to put a escort quest in this… the disguise Kenobi had while walking away was a joke…. NOBODY noticed? The ship being super close and being hit by Reeva, again really?? I’m dissatisfied with the way I envisioned this show… it’s not as bad as Boba Fett… but Kenobi and Darth Vader are the only reason to watch this show… end rant…. Oh yeah… the UNDERWATER BASE IS NOT LASER PROOF?! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH Oh yeah… one of Vader’s Main bases and the Base of the Inquisitors has ZERO orbital defenses. You can just swim in, or better yet just fly in! Fuck it, everyone is allowed, because why not, it’s not like ANYBODY would try to come, so why bother with basic defenses…. This episode is a FILLER EPISODE in a 6 episode limited series….

I'm pretty sure Reva had no plans on letting them get away. The tracker was likely placed as a precaution, but she acted as if the escape itself was all a part of her 4D Chess plan just to save her skin.

It would be ridiculous if Reva or any other Force User could mind read anybody at anytime. It should be like Force Persuade, but ridiculously more difficult to pull off. So yeah, I'm glad they had her fail to mind read Leia. That ability needs some serious limits or it would be OP even for an Inquisitor.

I don't believe JEJ is actually performing the lines. From what I gather they are using a new technology (forget what it's called) but basically what they are doing is using his past recorded lines from old sound bank files and using them to splice and piece together sentences. But the actor is still credited.

I'm really hoping the last 2 episodes ramp it up. So far I feel like it's been one big old bait and switch. They made so much hype about Hayden coming back I really thought this was gonna be about Obi-Wan and Vader. Yet so much of the plot, story and screen time solely revolve around Leia and Reva. Like Hayden was on screen for like 2-3 seconds max in episode 2. I get that he's in the Vader costume but lets be real, that could literally be anyone and even the most hardcore fans wouldn't be able to tell. This episode was such a filler episode why not have it centered around Obi-Wan and Vader both in the healing tanks and show some new flash back scenes of the both of them during the clone wars. Why was most of the episode focused on Reva integrating Leia when we as an audience know that Leia knows nothing and we know nothing really happens to Leia which means there's no real tension or consequences to those scenes. Even if you forget all the sloppy writing and plot conveniences this show just simply isn't about Obi-Wan and Vader, they are just simply THERE. lol sorry for the long ass rant.

@Kevin couldn't agree more so far this has been a giant bait and switch. This could've been an awesome filler episode with Obi and Vader in the healing tanks and they show some flash back scenes of Ewan and Hayden back in the clone wars.

@paulothy Blind Wave did a reaction to One Piece on April 1st, in the reaction they said they would be watching an episode once a year and looked forward to getting to the end of it by like the year 3000. It was clearly just an april fools joke and they weren't really going to react to the series. Some like Doffy, got a tad butthurt and started to clutch their pearls because they couldn't tell it was a joke so they complained "How dare you lie!" "This will be the last month I sub!" "This is BS how do I get my money back!". If I remember correctly I made maybe three or four posts out of the +400 comments they received over the next couple weeks, one of which was like "those of us who don't watch one piece actually found the joke to be funny".... I think that's what he's talking about. I don't know what that has to do with my James Earl Jones comment lol but it's ok,clearly he's still a little sore back there

I'm gonna go ahead and say they should just let the showrunners for Mandalorian take over for everything Star Wars, because the directing in this show so far has been nothing short of embarassing. The weird cuts, the obvious lack of another take when the line delivery is weird, insane plot contrivances (even for star wars) and just an overall weird structure to the story. You can tell the actress for Reva is giving it her all, but I doubt she had very good direction. Her lines feel so stiff in this episode to me. Same with Obi-Wan, to be honest, though it's not the same. He has the advantage of playing the character for so long and it being one with such a long history, so he has a lot to pull from.

2:26 The "Recovery Tank" as Lupa called it is actually called a Bacta Tank. The Bacta is the fluid in the tank which has the healing properties. They use one to heal Luke in The Empire Strikes Back after they bring him in from the cold. It's also used by Boba Fett to heal himself as well. In the final episode of season 1 of the Mandalorian, the droid actually heals Mando head injury by spraying Bacta fluid on it.

The massive tomb is used to lure Jedi to the base so they can trap and kill them. Even in death force sensitives could still have a presence as long as their bodies are preserved to some extent. This was seen before in Starwars rebels (which I believe takes place about 4-5 years after this show) with Luminara Unduli, her body was used as a trap to lure in Kanan and Ezra by the grand inquisitor. Finding people through the force isn't a new thing though, because we see this with the Jedi that found Obi-wan in episode one, the force kinda led him to Obi-wan. I just wish the show put more emphasis on the tomb being a trap by showing a spirit form of their body or something like rebels did, or even Obi-wan still feeling something through the force even though his connection to the force is weak.

It's a bit of a damn if you do and damn if you don't. A lot of people get angry when there's exposition of any kind, and just want the show to stick to the action and drama. Other people get angry when they don't understand everything that's happening, cause they need the exposition to help with their suspension of disbelief. Then you have a huge amount of people that just want any excuse to hate this show and they will side with any criticism, whether it be legitimate or not. So people with legitimate concerns often believe they have more support for their positions than they do, and get upset when those that disagree with their points accuse them of having the same agenda as those that "support" them. Which is why I don't pay any attention to professional and consumer reviews, and rely solely on marketing to determine if I'm interested. Then, if I'm interested, I just watch the show to make up my own mind on whether I like it or not, always with the understanding that the writers and directors are always making decisions based on how to piss off the least amount of people as possible.

Yes. The only thing you need to know is that both of the children are later important (main characters in the old star wars movies) and Obi Wan was a large part of Darth Vaders youth when he was known as Anakin Skywalker. Anakin became Darth Vader because he was tricked into thinking he lost his lover and children. Obi Wan fought him but failed to redeem him.

26:10 I heard its actually crazy how crappy the security is. The Rebellion was possible largely because of resources that the Rebels stole from the Empire, its insane. The Empire had become so successful, they had no threats and all the resources in the... galaxy.... The security became more and more lax, so they were stocked up with expensive ass equipment that the Rebels coulda never afforded, but the Rebels were able to routinely steal stuff here and there to keep up the fight. They have continuously placed importance on Leia's droid, called Lola? Reva was even holding it for a while, the obvious guess would be that Reva placed a tracker on it.. they didn't show us what happened to it when they escaped, but since Leia has not made a fuss about losing it, I think she still has it, so yep that has to be the tracker, I think. Edit: Oh shit, confirmed at the end of the episode, lolol.
