You can already feel the author is running out of material for her. In the more recent parts of the manga, she's less of a character and more of a background element who pops up to do something quirky when the chapter needs to fill two extra pages.

That’s always been how the mangaka has generally used Fujiwara though, she’s never been a major character in terms of development, she exists as a contrast to something else happening in a situation or to introduce a game to play. Chika has consistently been denied any real character arc or development

The manga's ending in about 10 chapters, so future seasons are going to be significantly more expensive to make (the manga publisher normally has a hand in helping with the funding since it promotes book sales). They may just decide season 3 is a good enough stopping point and call it here.

They kinda fucked up adapting chapter 127 (the third section of this episode) Here in the anime they made you think that Ishigami did everything on purpose, while in the manga it is crystal clear that he doesn't have any idea of what he's done P.S yeah, now you get why most of us readers fuc*ing despise Chika
