Well you gotta remember his humanity is fading and from a human in a game perspective the lizard men are the least offensive in his eyes to watch fight, it would feel like mobs. And he didnt actually know about the breeding experiments...well he has a suspicion sometimes but chooses to dismiss it as he's better off without the confirmation. The voice that Entoma took was Arche's. The purple haired girl and the leader that both got paralyzed, Ainz himself said that they were to be taken to Gashokukoshuuou to be used as "nesting". It hasn't been stated exactly what he is, but from Aura's reaction alone seeing how she reacts exactly the same when Kyohuukou (Roach Coach) is mentioned, then we can safely assume that the purple haired girl and the leader are doomed to forever live as a breeding and feeding ground for insect larvae inside their paralyzed bodies.

They're not gonna bring this up in the show but basically what happened to the three adventures that were left is, the priest was mind wrecked to believe his god was a rock and the couple were used as feeding/baby growing nests for those roaches last episode. Basically just being eaten from the inside out, birthing roaches and being healed over and over again. Oh and the little sisters are sold into slavery. Death really is a mercy.

To clarify, the new voice Entoma is using wasn't the chick's with the purple hair. She was used as a nest alongside her boy. The girl that threw up, Archie, is the voice Entoma is now using, which her body was used for different things. On that note, both Entoma and Archie are voiced by the same actress. Their fate in the lightnovel is different from their fate in the manga which is different from their fate in the anime. I think at least. Cant remember. I think the LN has them being sold off as slaves like tsuare for their parents debts, the manga might have had them enslaved by nazerick?, and the anime doesnt mention it. I could be wrong but thats what my potentially false memories are telling me.

To clarify something's about foresight's fate (which is even darker than you know): Hekkeran and Imina aren't actually dead but instead are being used as homes for Gashokukochuuou, a parasite npc also one of the top 5 worst nps in Nazarick, holding the title "worst appearance". Roberdyck is being experimented on, more specifically his memories are being altered repeatedly to point he now has brain damage and can't talk right. Arche, well, got off better considering she died painlessly, getting dismembered afterwards. Her body parts were distributed to various members of Nazarick, her head went to silk hat demons who i believe have the ability to use the magic of magic caster by equipping themselves onto said head, dead mans' struggle are believe to be a mass of arms which where her arms were sent, demiurge got her skin to make magic scrolls which he has been doing on his farm with the other "sheep". And finally her voice, more specifically her vocal cords, gotten eaten by a lip bug which is being used by Entoma as replacement due to losing her original lip bug to evil eye. "Fun facts" Compared to the web novel Arche got off a bit better, because in the web novel she gets taken by shalltear, who proceeds to take her down to her floor and well, I can't say specifically due to how graphic it is but lets just Arche lives up to the "doll-like" appearance she's been described as, specifically her now glass like eyes and emotionless features. The "Five Worst" are a group of npcs who each are to bear grotesque appearances and or traits. You just met two of them: Neuronist painkill- thick octopus lady "Worst occupation" Kyounhukou- man size roach or as you say Roach Coach "Worst Residence"

@Steven Fechter Yea it was in the Web novel. I believe Arche was enslaved by Shalltear, but later was granted privileges to live on the 6th floor with her sisters as a civilian. Ainz was able to retrieve the sisters because they were given to him as sacrifices by a cult of nobles who worshipped him So their fates were vastly different between what the author answered in a Q&A and the web novel

It's still possible in a certain perspective. They were thieves. When you catch a thief in your house you don't just let them go when you catch them. At the start of the raid Momonga even asked them why they are doing it to confirm if they were being forced to do this or is it with their own free will that they are robbing someone for money. The only one that stayed alive were the elf slaves, because unlike the rest of workers, they literally had no choice but to go because they were slaves, not because of their greed. If I recall right, they become under Aura and Mare's group.

the web novel and the light novel are two different works that differ in Overlord on a completely different level compared to other novels. In the web novel Albedo doesnt exist as a character. The Light novel is the true canon to the anime.

Ainz quit believing the obvious lies the adventurers were telling because the person who "gave them permission to be there" would not have called him Ainz. If your remember all the way back in season one his actual character name everyone knew him as is Momonga. the Guild was called Ainz Ooal Gown. doesnt really matter too much but it explains that scene a bit better

They were 100% there to sack the place, murder everything inside and rob it blind.If Nazarick was full of low level weaklings the intruders would have happily laughed as they butchered their way through everyone. I really should have worded it differently so here. I was never on board with his actions once I was aware of what they were doing (e.g skin farm, torture chambers etc) but I was hoping for one of those situations where he still has a shred of humanity left but I see that wasn't going to happen and this was just a bit of my frustration and sadness. Also of course I'm going to be empathetic to characters (the foresight group) that you've been with admittedly not very long but the time that was spent with them was strong enough to be sympathetic to their situation and care about them. Sorry if I came across as Ignorant and naive that wasn't my intention.

I would argue that Ainz is a true "villain". In his eye's he saw thieves enter into his home, try to pilfer his treasures, and lie to his face about being given permission to be there. Sure they were not quite the same groups we are used to since up to this point the ones he had been killing were generally scummy POS. So in the end he was justified in dealing with them as he saw fit. Of course the manner in which he killed/dealt with them is what is unnerving so I would also say that yes Ainz is not really a "hero" either. He is the protagonist and thats all. He is kind to those who serve him and ruthless to those who stand against him. He is not without mercy but he is certainly not the skeleton you want to cross. Think of him kinda like Bardock in the DBZ Special. Bardock is the main character and while we root for him and the sayains in standing up to Frieza, we cant forget that Bardock and his crew also are murdering mercenaries who take money, and slaughter innocent bystanders all at Frieza's whim and most of them enjoy it. They are not good guys, they are just the main characters.

This was entrapment. Imagine if you were a poor adventurer looking to make your fortune, of course you want money! ALL people want money. So they go into the dungeon, expecting some danger, but not an undefeatable enemy. They acted as you'd expect humans to act, and none of their actions seemed particularly nefarious to me at all. They didn't know it was AINZ' place, so how the hell can they be blamed? Ainz is a villain, and I feel like this episode is a contrast to the masterful rest, because it seems more like a chance to making Overlord look overly edgy. Or maybe just a bit more time to transition from anti-hero to straight up antagonist.

I looked up the original web novel scene with Arche. People are saying she was raped, but that's not quite what happened. Shaultear asks Ainz if she's allowed to have sex with Arche and he forbids it. Then she goes "what if she's, like, begging me to do it?" and Ainz concedes that would technically be okay as long as there's no torture or mind control involved (while cursing Peroronchino for creating an NPC like this in the first place). Then she just walks off going "This is going to be fun". The next time Arche appears, she's running around acting like Shaultear's horny BDSM bottom dog and sucking her fingers on command. Ainz asks her to teach him how to dance and Arche's request for payment is begging him to finally let Shaultear take her virginity. Ainz facepalms. Shit man, she seems to be enjoying herself a lot more than the dead version.
