For sure! I had the exact same reaction to the pen when I was originally watching lol. I googled the it and that's what led me to the audio dramas. I'm not sure why they were never officially translated or released, since they tie in directly to the plot but they have some neat info...if you don't mind reading a subtitled podcast for 4 minutes lol. Also, that giraffe kid who writes into the Homo Sapiens is the host of the audio dramas.

Why do you keep saying MHA took inspiration from Little Witch Academia? Not sure where you’re getting this information because it definitely didn’t.

If thats how they react to the fried chicken, I can't wait for the "Yeahhhhh????"'s when Yano appears lmao

I have a lot of respect for the writer(s?) of this anime. It's impressive to be able to make a work that is improved on by a second viewing. Great foreshadowing is one of the best ways to do it. Like Roshi said, there are a lot of little things that connect in a way that makes perfect sense, but it's a very difficult story to put together without knowing how they fit together in the end. Really enjoying rewatching this along with the duo's commentary.

Ginger Dwarf

Based description guy noticing the heart pen. Check out the bonus radios for more info.

Ougi

cant wait for u to be back on summertime rendering, the last 2 eps have been peak fiction

returntolife

i mean the characters also never seem self-aware that their animals, idk if i'm over thinking that or what.

Humble Johnson

Not me throwing ass to the intro song

rickie woodson

the black cab tanaka was in was behind odakawa when he picked up M (black cat). tanaka handed her the phone before she got into odakawa's taxi. maybe she is his sister? they are both cats of similar shades (black and grey)

Totally Thomas

Is the Heart-Pen here the same deal like Psyched did with freakin' pineapples? Just a fun Easter egg to have?

Jay rellim

when the black cat said soul food LMAOOOOOO

Carl Arboleda

Late in joining the series but does anyone know the idol manager's va?

Drake Rage

Really liking this anime. The solid mystery theme and interesting interactions are keeping me glued to the screen, lol.

Damn so that monkey fellow has not only never eaten out at a nice restaurant, he didn't take like 5 minutes on his phone to check if things work different from how he knows? What a scrub.
